Horrible pickup experience. 2h waiting in the queue (and we were lucky as the queue was growing behind us). There are 3 counters and yet only 1 (and at time 2) people were serving the customers. Every 15 minutes there was a huge slow down. Never again, they were the slowest of all rental companies. Seems the qualityof service is getting worse every year.

Objednali sme si jeep Avanger a dostali sme namiesto Cupru Formentor, teda o triedu lep ie auto. Na za iatku sme zaplatili navy e poplatok 28 eur, ako depozit za benzín, keby sme auto neodovzdali s plnou nádr ou. A to sme dostali auto s polkou nádr e. Odovzdali sme auto s polkou a depozit nám bol e te v ten de vrátený. Vrátenie auta trvá menej ako minútu a to o lovek stratí na za iatku, tak získa na konci. Auto bolo nové. Na La palme sme dostali dokonca o 2 triedy lep ie auto.

Très bonne expérience. Jai récupéré la voiture à laéroport 30 min dattente au guichet, la dame très gentille et souriante. La voiture était nickel jai laissé une caution de 40 à lacquisition qui mont été remboursé dès le lendemain du retour. Organisation facile retour de la voiture a 3h45 on dépose le véhicule sur le parking et on jette les clefs au guichet. Je referais appel à cicar pour mes autres voyages aux Canaries !

I regret having to write this review after what began as a positive experience with CICAR. This was my second time renting from them, and I was initially satisfied with their service, even recommending the company to friends and acquaintances. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. During my last rental, there was an issue with the vehicle, which required a replacement at the office in San Sebastián de La Gomera. The car had to be towed due to a problem with the accumulator, and another car was provided for the remaining rental period. When paying the rental fee, I was assured that my fuel deposit of 36 euros would be fully refunded upon returning the car with a full tank. However, due to this breakdown and subsequent paperwork, only 18 euros were refunded. The explanation given was that there was some error in the documentation, but I was told the mistake was visible in their system and that I just needed to contact customer service to have the remainder refunded via bank transfer. Fair enough, I thought, and I contacted customer service via email with all the necessary details explaining the situation. To my first message, no answer came for two weeks, so I sent a second message still no response. A third message, CC-ing their info desk, finally elicited a reply. But it was far from what I expected. They claimed to have reviewed the documentation and insisted that I had been refunded the full amount, which is absolutely untrue. Since then, I have sent two further messages attempting to clarify the situation, but I have received no reaction whatsoever. Calling customer service only places you in an endless queue with hold music, making it another dead end. The lack of willingness to resolve the issue or communicate properly has been incredibly disappointing. I expected much better from a company I had trusted enough to rent from again. Based on this experience, I can no longer recommend CICAR and will not be using their services in the future. If you value responsive and trustworthy customer service, I urge you to look elsewhere.

Amazing experience with renting a car in whole. There was a a bit of queue to pickup but it was worth it

I have never rented a car before (Heard those stories about tricky terms and hidden extra fees). Not with cicar. Service is great, car pick up and return took maybe 5 minutes total. Reserved fiat 500 and got 500 hybrid. Great car that served us ca. 900 km within our 10 day stay with no issues whatosever. Took us to Anaga, Garacicho, Taganana, El Teide and many other places. Highly recommend fiat 500 for your first visit to Tenerife.

Bei der Rückgabe wurde leider, obwohl ich das Auto noch nicht komplett geleert hatte und freigegeben hatte, der Tankstand gecheckt und zweimal kamen Mitarbeiter und wollten das Fahrzeug mitnehmen. Bei dem Stress übersah ich mein Portemonnaie in der Mittelkonsole, welches ich vorher dort nach dem Tanken abgelegt hatte. Nur kurze Zeit später kam ein Anruf, das mein Portemonnaie im Mietwagen gefunden wurde. Bilanz: 185 verschwunden. Natürlich darf man hier nicht sagen, dass es geklaut wurde, aber man denkt sich seinen Teil. Der Finder wurde nicht zu erkennen gegeben. Es ist sehr schade, nachdem ich vorher so überzeugt von Cicar war, hinterlässt das ein sehr sehr bitteren Nachgeschmack.

Good experience again with Cicar: + We got exactly the class of car we reserved - with 4 people and luggage it was import for us to have a station wagon + We could easily extend the reserved period by 3 hours due to a change in return flight departure time for just a little premium + Car was clean and in good condition - We had to wait 1 hour at the counter for picking up the car just before Christmas - but probably we were lucky when I read about the waiting times here.

Wir haben für 2 Wochen einen Wagen in TFS gebucht. Die komplette Abwicklung vor der Abholung, bei der Abholung und bei der Rückgabe war hervorragend (Schnell, unkompliziert und kompetent). Anscheinend verlieren auf den Canaren nahezu alle die Fähigkeit Auto zu fahren. Daher ist eine Vollkaskoversicherung ohne Selbstbeteiligung absolut notwendig! Unser FIAT 500 hatte 117000km gelaufen, war voller Macken und in den 2 Wochen ist uns beim Ausparken auch jemand in den Wagen gefahren. Bei der Rückgabe haben wir lediglich die Schlüssel abgegeben und die Frage beantwortet, ob der Sprit auf dem gleichen Level ist wie bei der Abholung (wurde auch nicht vom Vermieter gecheckt). 100% Weiterempfehlung!

No pude recoger el coche después de esperar durante más de 2 horas en la cola. Hay que poner una solución! Otras empresas tienen check in online o se puede hacer la gestión en un ordenador en la terminal. Una lástima porque CICAR tiene los mejores coches y las mejores condiciones

Wypo yczalnia wynajmuje auta z niesprawnymi szybami które po naporze obni aj si na tyle e mo na otworzy drzwi. Mowa o Fiacie 500 którego wynajelismy w tej firmie. Pk powrocie do auta po kilku godzinach okaza o si ze zosta otwarty a z baga nika znikn y rzeczy o wartosci ponad 1500 euro. Polecam wynajem w firmie, która dba o stan pojazdów...

Terrible servicio. Cuando llegamos a la recogida del vehículo el empleado nos comunica que no hay coches. Que debemos esperar un mínimo de una hora hasta que lleguen vehículos y los preparen. Aclaro que teníamos las reserva echa tres semanas antes. No nos pueden confirmar por escrito que en una hora tendrían vehículos disponibles. El empleado que nos recibe no nos facilita su nombre y en todo momento nos expone que no es su responsabilidad antender nuestras molestias. No volveré a reservar ninguno de sus servicios jamás. Al final cogimos otro coche de GoldCar en un mostrador contiguo, donde nos atendieron de maravilla y fueron serviciales.

Alquilamos un coche a través de su web con 1 mes de antelación. Cuando llegamos a Canarias y nos acercamos al mostrador de Cicar, el chico nos dijo, con una actitud nada empatica, que no tenían nuestro vehículo y que debíamos esperar. Sin saber cuándo tiempo de espera podría ser, a lo mejor 1 hora, 2 o quien sabía. Desde luego no supieron darnos un tiempo estimado, solo que había 19 personas más por delante nuestra que estaban en la misma situación. Menos mal que decidimos mirar en otra compañía situada en el mismo aeropuerto y pudimos alquilar un coche, comenzando con nuestras esperadas vacaciones con alegría y sin llenarnos de la mala experiencia de esperar sin fin. Lo que eso sí, pagando más por nuestro vehículo, ya que no teníamos reserva. Sin duda aquí puede hacerse valer la frase: lo barato sale caro.

I had a very disappointing experience with CICAR. I rented a car in Tenerife (Reservation 3MXSM) and returned it in pristine condition, even topped up the fuel tank beyond what it was when I picked it up. Despite providing evidence of two separate refueling stops right before returning the car, CICAR refused to return my 30 deposit, claiming the tank was empty. Their customer service was uncooperative and dismissive. If anyone else faces a similar situation, I strongly recommend keeping all receipts and transaction records. If the company refuses to resolve the issue, you can escalate your complaint to organizations like the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net). Don t let them keep what s rightfully yours.

Third experience with Cicar, third time happy with it:) Everything went smoothly: upgrade without any extra, no waiting time both having and returning, no unlogical questions during the return. Highly recommend!

Lets face it, they are very cheap, but after two breakdowns requiring car replacement in one week, here is some advice if a breakdown happens to you... Firstly, check that both parts of the flat tyre kit (pump and sealant cylinder) are present. In the event of a breakdown, dont expect to get a response on the helpline number given (we never did on either occasion, and the second time made 74 calls). Just get yourself back to the airport and keep a receipt of the taxi (we were able to claim back a part of the cost incurred). At the airport go to the staff in the car park (who were great with us, hence the 2nd star), not the terminal, where you would likely be at the back of a very long queue

The car was fine, had a loose wheel bearing and some intermittent dash warnings, but was ok throughout the week. The reason for 3 stars was having to queue for 2 hours to sign a piece of paper and make a credit card payment. The company does a lot of things right and because of that, theyre popular and very affordable. I probably wouldnt rent from them again solely because of the queue situation. Id rather pay more elsewhere with no queue and have 2 hours more of holiday

Sicuramente il miglior autonoleggio delle Canarie. Assicurazione casco sempre inclusa. Nessuna limitazione per le strade sterrate. Talvolta la fila è abbastanza lunga. Meglio utilizzare gli sportelli interni nellarea ritiro bagagli.

Customer experience was state of the art! They rent cars with full insurance and without own contribution in case of damage. This probably was the reason why I got a car with scratches and dents all around the car, it gave me a lot of confidence and reduced stress about driving in narrow and crowded spaces. They just gave me the keys, told where car is parked and off you go! As a father of three I was concerned about the baby seats which get instantly dirty the second kids touch them. It was also not a problem, baby seats were already full of stains but not smelly nor sticky! Returning the car took seconds, lady took the keys, checked if dash clock works and said untill next time! Ill definitely come back! This is the best car rental you can imagine! Technically car was ideal and whole travels were totally stress less. FULLY RECOMEND!

If you wnat to wait 2h AFTER you already made a reservation only, thats the right place.Why do i make a reservation if have to wait 2h in line anyways?!!!

The cars are cheap but the employees dont know how to work. There is a huge queue and they walk around talking to each other and on the phone. I waited an hour for the documents, then another half an hour for the keys. As a result, the employee when handing out the keys was rude. In short, next time I ll pay more, but I won t go back to this.

Unfortunately they do not manage it well before Christmas (we came on 15th of Dec). We were waiting 2,5 h in the queue to pick up the car we booked and paid for. Only 2 people were serving the customers and it was super slow. I know it comes with a low price, but 2,5h wait it is just outrageous.

Arrived at 5:30pm, very long queue, pick up the car at 9:30pm, over 3 hours waiting!!! This is ridiculers!!! Stay away from this car rental company!

We are still in the middle of the holiday and I am writing this review with deep regret and frustration. 1- At arrival, 2.5h queue at the airport to pick up the car. The only star is for the smile and attitude of the staff. However, we booked an automatic car, they gave us a very tiny manual car and even our luggage couldnt fit into the trunk. They asked us to exchange the car the next day at the other cicar points. There are 5 cicar points in total in Tenerife. 2 - The next day we arrived at the North airport, their main base. Spent another hour to get the car changed for an automatic car. There was a weird smell like urine in the car covered with lemon air freshener. However we thought the car was nice and our nightmare ended. We took the car and continued the journey. 3- Same day in the afternoon, the second car started to show problems. A red warning saying engine oil critical showed in the middle of the highway and within 3s the car lost all the power and the car stopped, from 120km/h to 0. It was extremely dangerous. We thought it was just a sensor problem and restarted the car everything seemed ok. However the same red warning and engine stopping happened 20min after. 4- We called the center, and again, another star for the staffs attitude, they offered to change the car, at the airport again, we told them its too dangerous to drive as the engine stops every 15min. They said theyd send someone to bring another car (a 3rd one) to us. We spoke and gave them our location, agreed on 9am the next day. Now with 1.5h late, almost 11am we still cant see the 3rd exchange car arriving. We have spent in total one FULL day already of our holiday dealing with various issues. Maybe we have been unlucky. Honestly all those could have been handled better. We feel heartbroken that our precious holiday is being ruined due to issues that could have been addressed better by Cicar.

Absolutely rubbish experience. We have to wait for hours to get the car. If you knew there will be so many customers, why don t you recruit more staff during busy season?

Sehr lange Wartezeit (ca. 2 Std.)

Am Schalter war der Service sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider war die Abholung des Wagens dagegen problematisch, da er nicht wirklich gereinigt und schlecht gewartet war - der Wagen war nicht abschließbar, das Reifenprofil grenzwertig und die Reifen hatten keine Ventilkappen - möglicherweise auch bei Cicar und nicht nur bei anderen Mietwagenfirmen ein Trick, um einen Platten zu provozieren, so dass der Mieter den neuen Reifen bezahlen müsste. Es gab mehrere Vertröstungen, bis der Wagen soweit repariert war, dass wir ihn auf- und zuschließen konnten. Der Defekt trat einige Tage später aber erneut auf, bei der nächsten Cicar Station wurde er kurzfristig behoben. Einige Tage später erhielten wir einen Anruf von Cicar, dass wir den Wagen as soon as possible bei der nächsten Cicar Station für eine anstehende Wartung tauschen müssten. Und unmittelbar nach dem Telfonat funktionierte die Schließanlage des Wagens wieder nicht. Erst jetzt wurde der Wagen - allerdings nicht wegen dieses Defekts, der immer noch nicht ernst genommen wurde, sondern wegen der anstehenden Wartung - getauscht. Der Ersatzwagen aber ist nicht nur größer als vorher vereinbart, sondern hat auch weder Bluetooth noch ein USB-Anschluss - gehts noch?

Preise sind okay, aber wir standen am 13.12 nach der Ankunft 2 Stunden in der Schlange ,dann bekamen wir ein anderes Fahrzeug das normalerweise weniger kostet, war zwar nicht ganz so schlimm aber der Benzintank war auch noch leer, das Auto hat auch etliche Kratzer und kleinere Dellen die wurde nicht registriert, ich hoffe das wir da bei der Abgabe keine Probleme bekommen!!! Haben heute über eine Stunde in der Warteschlange gestanden! Da fängt der Urlaub nicht gut an! Das kann man auch besser machen liebe Cicar-Crew!

Prima autoverhuurbedrijf zonder vervelende verrassingen. Heb hier al meerdere keren een auto gehuurd. Alle keren was de gereserveerde auto niet beschikbaar maar kreeg steeds een gratis upgrade. Prima voor elkaar en geen extra verzekering dat zit bij de prijs in. Ik heb steeds een auto gekregen die jonger als twee jaar was. Tips, als het je uitkomt de auto op een doordeweekse dag ophalen want in het weekend is het bizar druk. Op zaterdag en zondag sta je snel een uur of langer in de rij.

Plutôt satisfait du véhicule loué chez Cicar (une Peugeot 208), la voiture était parfaitement propre et en parfait état, le retour du véhicule est extrêmement simple : il ny a quà rendre les clés sur le parking et au revoir (pas de caution donc pas de contrôle du véhicule au retour) ! Malheureusement on ne peut pas en dire autant de la procédure de récupération des clés. Prévoyez minimum (MI-NI-MUM) 2h dattente dans le terminal, et ne vous attendez pas à un sourire une fois arrivé au guichet, lamabilité ne fait pas partie du cahier des charges de CICAR, même si le personnel fait de son mieux au vu du nombre de réservations quil ont à gérer. La seule distraction pendant la longue attente est dobserver le visage des gens qui arrivent dans le terminal et découvrent la longueur infinie de la queue, cela vaut le détour et permet de passer un peu le temps... Globalement cétait une expérience satisfaisante, les paysages incroyables rendus accessibles par la liberté que procure un véhicule sur place vous fera vite oublier lattente à votre arrivée.

Crónica de un desastre: Hacemos una reserva online de un coche. No sé para qué sirve, porque cuando llegas a la isla X, tienes que hacer una cola interminable. Más de 2 horas y cuarto esperando. Nos dan un coche que no tiene nada que ver con el segmento solicitado. En teoría es un upgrade. Nos dicen que hay un depósito de más de 30 (que no aparecía en ningún lado en la reserva) para que nos despreocupemos del combustible. El coche nos deja tirados al día siguiente, se ve que era un upgrade de puta madre. Tardan casi 40 minutos en traer otro. Este lo traen con poca gasolina, exactamente el ordenador marcaba 120 kms de autonomía. Lo usamos hasta el final del viaje, repostamos cuando toca y lo devolvemos con 110 kms de autonomía. Nos dicen que no nos devuelven nada del depósito... porque son sus reglas. Se quedan con más de 30 por la cara. Yo no sé qué clase de descerebrado hace las reglas en esta empresa, pero a la mejor alguien podría tener un poco de lucidez y pensar que a alguien a quien le haces esperar más de 2 horas en una cola, le das un coche hecho una mierda que lo deja tirado al día siguiente, tardas muchísimo en reponerlo, etc... quizás te puedas ahorrar robarle otros 30 cuando lo devuelve. Es una vergüenza que existan empresas así, con ese desprecio total al cliente. Ojalá duren poco.

Great experience for the second time. Reserved a peugeot 208, received a Cupra Formentor instead. Brand new, spotless condition, 8speed automatic, turbo gasoline engine, 360 radar, 360 camera, lane assist, radar guided auto speed with crawling function, upgraded stereo with amazing sound, rgb ambient light, sunroof, etc... Returned the fuel deposit within a couple days. Return at a different airport without extra charge. Its a pleasure doing business with them.

Jai loué un jeep Avenger pour la semaine de Noel en confiance car lagence était bien notée. Grosse désillusion ! temps dattente au comptoir 1H30 !!!...un guichet saturé et désorganisé car pointage à la main des immatriculations. On me fait un contrat pour une Peugeot 2008 et finalement je me retrouve avec une Seat sale et cabossée... et pas mal de km au compteur. Procédure de retour simple et efficace. Expérience décevante dans lensemble...dommage.

Mi smo odusevljeni koliko su brzi, efikasni i organizovani na jednostavan nacin. U roku od 3 minuta smo preuzeli auto. Dosli na salter, dali dokument, platili i dobili kljuc. Auta su u odlicnom stanju, poprilicno nova i opremljena u fullu. Imate i full osiguranje! Za povratak auta jos lakse. Dosli parkirali i predali kljuc u kucici Cicar-a . Nigdje ovako lako nisam uzela auto. U Valensiji smo cekali sat ipo vremena za auto..itd

Don t use this company if you have an option. They completely not ready for the reservations they took. There is more then 100 people in the queue to pick-up a car and only one person in the office. There is less the 10 people in the queue for the rest of the companies. There is also no priority with the infants.

Muy mala experiencia. La recogida del vehículo ha ido perfectamente, pero a los pocos kilómetros ha saltado la alarma de la presión de los neumáticos. Hemos parado en una gasolinera para hincharlos (+1 ), pero no se ha solucionado. Hemos decidido llamar al teléfono que se indicaba en el llavero del coche y nos han preguntado si traía kit antipinchazos o rueda de repuesto. Nuestro coche no llevaba nada, así que nos han dicho que si no era muy crítico podíamos acercarnos al aeropuerto donde lo habíamos alquilado para que nos lo cambiasen. Hemos entrado al párking (+13 ) y, después de esperar 30 minutos, han venido los mecánicos. Se han llevado el coche y nos han dicho que nos lo devolvían arreglado. Ni se han planteado darnos otro coche y, por tanto, hemos perdido tiempo por su forma de gestionar estas incidencias. A pesar de tratarse de un problema previo del coche, no se han hecho cargo del ticket del párking ni del coste de comprobar la presión/hinchar la rueda en la gasolinera (+23 ). La próxima vez optaremos por otra empresa, aunque no sea una empresa local de las islas.

Absolutamente lamentable. Esperas de DOS (2) HORAS para poder recoger el coche simple y llanamente porque no lo tienen suficientemente bien dimensionado para atender la cantidad de clientes que tienen. Las colas que se forman son, ya sea en la sala de recogida de equipajes o fuera en la terminal, insoportablemente largas. Una pena.

For me it was an easy procedure, good (and new) car. I think these are the main reasons when youre renting a car. Probably best renting car company (at least in Canare). Take into consideration that I didnt have any accident / event. But when I returned the car, I saw a women returning a car without a mirror. From outside I saw the problem was solved very quick (they have insurance - without so called excess).

Very dissatisfied, simply disappointed. I have plans to visit Tenerife from November 13 to November 21, but 14 days before my scheduled trip, there are no available cars on the entire island through the CICAR website. Reaching out to customer support yielded no results. I cannot recommend this company to my friends and am giving it 1 star.

Llevo tres años alquilando coches de cicar tres veces al año en diferentes islas y lo que no es normal es que últimamente haya que esperar una hora para que te den el coche, si siguen así buscaré otra empresa.

Me parece una vergüenza perder un día entero en el aeropuerto TF Sur por la mala organización y gestión que tienen. Si están desbordados o ponen más oficinas o un personal más eficiente. No es ni justo ni correcto tener que esperar 3 horas para recoger el coche. Es que ni para una urgencia. Así que gracias por la espera. También, ya que estoy, destacar a los trabajadores que llevan y traen los coches a los clientes. Conducen sin miramientos y de una manera temeraria. Háganse mirar eso también. Gracias

A fuir!!! Personnel peu aimable, véhicules non révisés, sur taxe de carburant au départ et jamais de remboursement même en rendant le véhicule avec le plein ( paiement en cb). Nous avons eu un problème de fuite de liquide de refroidissement et un voyant avec problème moteur, aucune possibilité déchange de véhicule. Aucune réponse du service commercial lors de demande.... 3 fois loué chez Cicar et lentretien des véhicules de pire en pire.... Pour mes prochains voyages jirai voir ailleurs.

Once you get your kar keys. After having to queue for an hour everything is ok. Clearer signage is needed for both leaving the car park and returning the cars. Virtually every car in front and behind me went into the paid car park which has its entrance just before the rental cars entrance. Ofcourse to get out of the car park you have to pay. Regardless of the fact that youve spent about 90 seconds there. Perhaps its done on purpose. I dont know.

I have been renting from Cicar several times a year for years as it is an excellent car hire company in the Canary Islands The conditions are fair, there are no nasty surprises with the insurance and the cars are great However, the pick-up at Tenerife TFS urgently needs to be improved Standing in the queue for 2.5 hours is very unpleasant

Vacation off to a rough start! After arriving at the airport, I ended up waiting in line for 3 hours hundreds of people ahead of me. I d strongly recommend choosing a different car rental company to avoid the hassle.

Tragedia, w kolejce stoj ju 1,5 godziny i przesun em si mo e o 5 metrów. Jedna osoba w obsludze i 100 osób w kolejce...

We waited 2,5 hours in line in the terminal. Everything took forever! Once I got to the counter, I had to write home address etc. by hand (I had booked online). After that the employee waited for 5-10 minutes for someone to call back regarding which car to give us (no work was done in that time - and the line grew longer by the minute). Once at the car park, the car was nowhere to be found. When the car eventually arrived, they didn t have the kids seat that we had also pre-booked, which meant more waiting. The car itself was rubbish! The engine already asked for service when we picked it up. The employee told us just to ignore it, even though we could hear that the engine sounded off when idling! The rear right indicator was broken, which meant that we got honked at A LOT (as no one could see when I was indicating to turn right). Not coming back!

Beware - huge waiting times to pick up your reserved car. Probably the best rental car company in the Canary Islands. Prices are some of the cheapest and include full coverage, no worries rental. 2 star rating is because of the 4 hours of waiting in line to pick up the pre-reserved car, this waiting seems to be a recurent issue. Employees treat you like dirt, customer service is overwhelmed, sometimes they give you whatever car is in stock, irrespective of your choice. Would be nice to see them reinvest some profit into customer service.

Katastrophal: Wartezeit am Sonntag 3h30 min. Eine Frechheit. Meistens nur 1 Person am Schalter. Gewünschtes Auto nicht erhalten. Parkplatz nahezu leer. Sie mussten offensichtlich immer warten bis Autos zurückgeben wurden. Fahrzeug war auch nicht gereinigt.

Wir kommen bereits mehrere Jahre auf die Insel und haben dieses Jahr das erste mal einen Wagen von CICAR gemietet. Wir erhielten bei unserer Ankunft am Aeropuerto SUR einen fast neuen und gepflegten Wagen, bei dem aber nach ein paar Tagen leider das Display am Armaturenbrett ausgefallen ist. Wir haben das Fahrzeug am Flughafen Süd vorgestellt und ohne, dass sich jemand vom Defekt überzeugt hat, sind wir in nicht einmal 15 Min. mit einen identischen Ersatzfahrzeug vom Hof gerollt. Das war sehr erfreulich und hat uns überzeugt, die richtige Vermietung gewählt zu haben. Leider haben wir bei dem Tausch versehentlich die Ersatzschlüssel unseres Apartments vergessen. Dies fiel uns allerdings erst rund 10 Tage später auf und große Hoffnung, dass wir den Schlüssel wiederbekommen würden hatten wir eigentlich nicht. Am Flughafen Süd haben wir uns an eine Mitarbeiterin gewandt, die alle Hebel in Bewegung setzte, um uns weiterzuhelfen. Nach mehreren Telefonaten konnte sie uns tatsächlich die freudige Botschaft mitteilen, dass die Schlüssel gefunden wurden und nun zum Flughafen gebracht werden. Ein großes Lob an die Mitarbeiterin, die sich trotz des gerade aktuell veränderten Standortes am Flughafen und damit verbundenen Stress für die Mitarbeitenden, die Ruhe genommen hat, um sich unseres Problems anzunehmen. Es ist schon erstaunlich, mit welchem Engagement und Ruhe die Beschäftigten das Chaos von Eintreffenden und Abzuholenden Fahrzeugen bewältigen. Einfach Top!!

Achtung: überweisen Tankkaution nicht zurück! Nachtrag: Geld wurde überwiesen, nachdem rechtliche Schritte angedroht wurden. Auto war in Ordnung und es hatte vor Ort alles gut geklappt.

Cicar chosen for my first Tenerife holiday after my great experience in Lanzarote with this rental company. Once arrived to TFS terminal on the 12 November at 12.00 AM local time after more than 5 hours long travel and getting up at 4AM and queuing again 1 hour to get the car however i already reserved the car months ago and made also pre-checkin giving my documents in advance it is totally scandalous the rude manner outside the parking the way the two arrogant cicar guys treated me (but i saw also others) just because i asked how the car works and i asked why the car has no normal usb charger. Apart of this nobody told me at the checkin that i have to bring back the car with 1/4 fuel which totally out of norm instead of getting the car with full tank and give it back with full. Terrible service, zero customer focused approach. I don t recommend this company!

Reservamos en muchas ocasiones con cicar y sus filiales, pero lo de hoy es lamentable, más de una hora y media para darnos las llaves de un coche, la gente haciendo cola estaba desesperada, lamentable la escena de hoy.

Premetto che ho già prenotato un auto con Cicar a Fuerteventura, e lì sono stato soddisfattissimo del servizio, tutto molto veloce e facile. Questa volta, a Tenerife non posso dire lo stesso - ci è voluta più di un ora per ritirare l auto, con i dipendenti all interno dell ufficio che erano svogliati, e continuavano a parlare tra di loro. Penso che il processo di check-in debba essere digitalizzato in qualche modo, ad esempio non so facendo un pre check-in su internet caricando in autonomia i propri documenti in modo da ridurre al minimo le operazioni al desk. Detto ciò, una volta ritirata l auto è filato tutto liscio, con l eccezione del fatto che al momento del check-in mi sono stati addebitati 36 come cauzione per il carburante, nel caso in cui avessi restituito l auto con il serbatoio vuoto. Al momento della restituzione dell auto, l ho consegnata con il serbatoio pieno, e da allora non ho più ricevuto nulla. Solo l altro giorno ho scritto una mail (dopo 2 settimane dalla restituzione), chiedendo perché non mi avessero ancora rimborsato i 36 , e il giorno dopo l ho ricevuto. Per cui attenti, non dimenticatevene se no se li intascano

Llevo muchos años como cliente de ésta empresa y nunca había tenido ningún problema, pero en esta última vez he tenido que soportar dos horas y cuarenta minutos de cola para poder recoger el coche y así no puede ser .A partir de ahora no volveré a alquilar un coche en cicar al menos en el aeropuerto de Tenerife sur.

Ho prenotato un auto di media gamma, una Opel Astra online e pensavo solo che avrei dovuto fare un rapido check in non appena arrivato al loro desk. Arriviamo in aeroporto e ci troviamo una fila che è durata più di 2 ore solo per fare la fotocopia di patente e c.i. Tenerife sur è un aeroporto piccolo ma ci sono diversi punti per le auto a noleggio, cicar lavora tantissimo perché più economica ma, il loro desk in tutto l aeroporto è uno e bisogna aspettare una vita. Dopo ad aver fatto il check in ritardando di 2 ore il nostro arrivo in hotel(che ci ha comportato una penale per il ritardo), ci hanno consegnato una macchina con la frizione consumatissima e con il freno che non funzionava (andando a 50km/h la frenata era lunga circa 35m se non di più). Il giorno seguente sarei dovuto andare al Teide con quella macchina con altri 3 passeggeri e la macchina in discesa non avrebbe mai frenato e sarebbe stato pericolosissimo e poi era completamente in riserva di carburante proprio a 0. Ho fatto notare immediatamente il problema chiedendo la sostituzione dell auto (già pagata ovviamente) spiegandogli proprio la pericolosità del freno non funzionante e la risposta di uno dei ragazzi è stata: Beh ma è una Opel, non puoi pretendere che funzioni. Peccato che ho una Opel da 4 anni e tutti i giorni percorro un dislivello da 1350 metri slm a 100m slm quindi le Opel frenano da dio. Mi sono dovuto svegliare alle 6 del mattino perché non era sicuro andare al Teide con un auto simile e mi son dovuto recare a cicar per farmi sostituire assolutamente l auto (stavolta con modi ben più decisi). A quel punto finalmente mi è stata data un auto sostitutiva, quando sono arrivato sul Teide avevo già perso la funivia prenotata mesi prima per più di 30 e il permesso orario per poter raggiungere la cima del vulcano richiesto più di 6 mesi in anticipo. La macchina sostitutiva era valida e ha funzionato bene, ho fatto il resto delle esperienze sull isola ma di una settimana mi sono stati rovinati 2 giorni (hotel di domenica e teide di lunedì). Personalmente sconsiglio fortemente questa compagnia e per 50 in più opterò per le altre con cui mi sono sempre trovato benissimo con macchine valide nuove e pulite. Sbaglia solo chi non le fa le cose, dicevano. Ok ma se si sbaglia si è anche pronti e cortesi nel correggere gli errori e soprattutto senza battutine e strafottenza. Le Opel frenano, è la lingua del ragazzo che non ha avuto un freno. Statene alla larga!!!

Leider trotz Reservierung fast 3 Stunden in der Schlange gewartet!!!! Trotzdem 5 Sterne weil es sehr günstig ist. Wir bekamen ein gratis Upgrade und ansonsten lief auch alles perfekt. Auto war top! Mitarbeiter sehr nett. Auf der Insel sind Kratzer und Dellen der Standard. Zur Sicherheit trotzdem Fotos gemacht, dass diese schon vorher vorhanden waren. Die Rückgabe war dann super unkompliziert. Einfach Schlüssel abgeben und fertig.

Ohne Hinweis das Auto mit leerem Tank erhalten, ich Frage mich überhaupt wer so mutig war das Auto so leer zu fahren. Extrem lange Warteschlange am Flughafen (insgesamt 1,5std gewartet) Die Begründung war, alle Autos würden im Stau stehen, auf meine Frage was passiert ist (ein Unfall oder sonst etwas) konnte man keine Antwort geben. Angeblich fand keine Kommunikation statt. Nach 1,5std wurde man zum Parkplatz geschickt und dort saß ein anderer Mitarbeiter seelenruhig mit allen Schlüssel und alle Autos war geparkt, als wäre nie etwas gewesen... Sehr komisch und wir sind fast liegen geblieben mega cool gemacht von euch

Obrovská fronta na leti ti na obou stranách pobo ky. ekali jsme 2,5h, i kdy jsme m li rezervaci hotovou online. Vemte si rad i taxi a auto si nechte doru it druhý den k hotelu. Museli jsme platit depozit za benzín 28e (p lka nádr e). Vrátili jsme dokonce s plnou, ale do te nám nikdo zpátky depozit nevrátil (14 dn ). M li ho vrátit zpátky na kartu. Na e auto m lo problém s motorem, tak e hned druhý den jsme se sna ili (marn ) na pobo ku leti t dovolat. Nakonec nám auto vym nili na jiné pobo ce v Costa adeje, kde jsme bydleli. Byla to na e n kolikátá zku enost s Cicar, ale první ne 100% pozitivní. A doufám, e peníze za depozit nám po urgenci vrátí.

Very good prices. Second time car upgrade for free. However, both times car has dirty windows and no window wash liquid. Also very unpleasant 1 hour queuing in the airport window holding a baby in hands. I had everything paid and confirmed in advance, still 1 hour waiting. Only 1 lady working on inside part, serving place empty. Long slow queue a lot of time wasted. She was explaining to everybody for 15 minutes where to go and where to pick keys. This could all be preinformed in email website in advance and queue resolved. I was so tired of waiting.

Les plus: prix très compétitifs, bonnes voitures issues dun parc important, personnels très sympas au check-in et check-out (un peu moins au guichet dans laéroport), voitures à peu près propres mais peut mieux faire. Le moins très important: 2 heures de queue au guichet dans laéroport pour débuter le check-in qui se poursuit ensuite à lextérieur sous une tente à la lumière dune lampe torche. Bref 2h15 de perdu pour récupérer sa voiture. Cest fatiguant et scandaleux. Le personnel fait ce quil peut.

Hemos recogido el coche el Miércoles 27 de Noviembre a las 00:14h en el aeropuerto sur. Muy contentos con el trato amable, empático y muy proactivo del chico que nos atendió en el mostrador, David creo que se llamaba. Llevamos muchos años alquilando con Cicar y siempre nos atienden bien pero el chico que nos atendió anoche fue de las mejores experiencias en atención al cliente con esta compañía.

Ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie e, con nostra grande sorpresa, ci hanno fatto un upgrade gratuito: avevamo prenotato una Peugeot 208 e ci hanno dato una Peugeot 2008, perfetta per esplorare lisola, soprattutto con il cambio automatico. I rented an Opel Corsa (automatic) and got an automatic Opel Crossland (automatic) for the same price. It was clean in nice condition with 33000 km, reversing camera, various sensors, speed limiter, etc. I had to wait in line for half an hour to get the key, it is possible to pay by card or cash too (you have to pay a little fuel deposit too). Then I found the car in the main car rental park. The return is quick and easy: drive back to the same car rental park (just follow the signs on the road surface, the barrier lets you in automatically), and just give the key to the employee in the small Cicar office in the car rental park, from whom you will also get the fuel deposit back, if the fuel level is correct in the returned car.

Na lang zoeken en vergelijken bleek dit de beste verhuurder op Tenerife. Een nare verrassing van schade aan de auto door iemand die geen briefje achter heeft gelaten. Even gevloekt want voor dit lage verhuurbedrag kon het toch nooit full risk verzekerd zijn. Bij teruggave sleutels wat nerveus, was nergens voor nodig, standaard full risk verzekerd zonder eigen risico en geen enkele reactie op melden schade, gebeurt zo vaak was het enige wat ik hoorde, zelfde dag nog borg voor benzine terug. Echt geweldig, volgende keer weer bij dit bedrijf.

A tenerife è sempre un casino noleggiare un auto. Noi abbiamo provato anche con un altra compagnia ma ci ha dato problemi per la carta di credito e non ci hanno neanche ridato i soldi. Questa è la migliore in quanto ha prezzi onesti (noi abbiamo pagato 150 per sei giorni con assicurazione completa, ma se avete over 25 anni pagate la metà). Non serve carta di credito o robe varie, solo avere più di 2 anni di patente. mi sono trovata molto bene e quando tornerò prenderò sempre da loro.

The receptionist at the airport exit was very friendly and helpful. I booked a Fiat 500 for 4 days, but they didnt have any available at the time, so they gave us an Opel Corsa, which was much better. 4 days of many kilometers without any problems.

Great experience, highly recommend. Our flight landed at 2am and CICAR said their office would be open for us, we were not sure if it would be it was open, which made our life very easy. Hired a car for a week, on the first day the car got broken into, CICAR replaced the car very quickly so we could enjoy the rest of our holiday. Have used them before & will use them again.

Noleggiato una opel corsa tramite il sito. Al ritiro delle chiavi fatto al massimo 10 minuti di fila e procedure molto veloci. La macchina era recente ma con 118.000 km e con varie ammaccature. Presa con poco meno di mezzo serbatoio. Per la riconsegna basta parcheggiare nel parcheggio dove hai preso lauto ed è tutto ben segnalato

Have rented from Cicar 10+ times now. Always from Tenerife south airport & Gran Canaria once. They ve always been great. Sometimes get stung with a queue but that s to be expected. The recent trip I didn t even have a single person in front of me, was served straight away. Cars have always done what they say on the tin, never broke down, never disappointed me. I ve always been upgraded to what I d consider a better/more expensive car than I paid for. Some people may expect the exact car they book, but for example I recently booked a seat Ibiza automatic, and was given a seat Arona automatic (the same car but on stilts). It was lovely to drive, economical, and done exactly what we wanted it to do. Every other time had been the same. On return you hand the keys back and away you go. No excess makes for less stress on holiday worrying about people scratching it etc, which has never happened but atleast you know if it did, it wouldn t upset you too much. Never any fuss when returning the car checking every alloy for a mark like most other companies. I ve always used cicar, always recommended them to friends and until I get a bad experience, they ll get my money everytime I go to the canaries

La migliore sul mercato di Tenerife , per il noleggio auto. Economici, precisi, cortesi, velocissimi sia in aeroporto alla consegna , sia per la riconsegna del veicolo nel parcheggio antistante aeroporto. Nessun altra compagnia era capace di consegnare la macchina alle 02.00 di notte, infatti il nostro aereo da Napoli arrivava a Tenerife alle 01.30 , avevo il timore di arrivare e di restare appiedato , invece con enorme sorpresa ho trovato ufficio consegne in aeroporto che aspettava il nostro volo.

Wir hatten bereits frühzeitig aufgrund von Empfehlungen von Freunden unsere Autos auf Teneriffa und Gran Canaria bei Cicar gebucht (jeweils mit verschiedenen Abgabe/Abholorten aufgrund unserer Reiseroute) und waren am Ende von dem Service, dem Preis und dem Angebot schwer begeistert. Die Preise und der Service sind wirklich nicht zu toppen. Aufgrund des engagierten Personals und der inklusiven Vollkaskoversicherung waren sowohl Abholung als auch Rückgabe innerhalb von 2 Minuten (ohne Diskussion um irgendwelche Kratzer oder Dellen) erledigt. Die unlimitierten Kilometer und ein gratis Zusatzfahrer runden das Angebot ab. Bei Abholung haben wir jeweils ein Upgrade bekommen. Die Autos waren penibel sauber gemacht worden, sodass man dachte in einem Neuwagen zu sitzen. Noch ein kleiner Tipp: Insbesondere für Fahrten abseits der Autobahn ist ein Automatik-Wagen sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns wirklich jeden Tag gefreut die geringen Mehrkosten für die deutlich entspanntere Fahrfreude investiert zu haben.

Wenn man schon ein Auto gemietet hat, muss man zum Schalter am Bagage drop off, aber von der anderen Seite. Wir standen kurz im drop off Bereich direkt, und wir sollten ein Mal außen rum. Top Autovermietung. Wir kamen nachmittags am Flughafen an. Cicar war der einzige Schalter von allen ohne Wartezeit. (Nicht weil es unbeliebt ist, sondern weil die Abwicklung sehr unkompliziert und schnell ist) Es wird einem keine extra Versicherung aufgeschwatzt. Die Übergabe ist so einfach, man kann sogar in bar bezahlen. Keine Kaution für das Auto. Nur für die Tankfüllung. Die Mitarbeiter am Stand waren sehr freundlich. Wir haben einen Jeep Avenger gebucht und einen Seat Arteca bekommen. (Ich empfehle bei der Buchung ein Automatik Auto, falls man viel auf der Insel hin und her fährt. Vor allem wenn man im Norden ist, da man oft durch die Serpentinen fährt und man da sehr oft schalten muss.) Das Auto war einfach zu finden und in einem guten Zustand. Die Rückgabe war sehr einfach. Auto bei Cicar geparkt (Pfeile auf dem Boden bis zum Ende folgen). Auto parken. Nummer merken und Schlüssel abgeben. Kleine Tank Kaution zurück bekommen. Würde immer wieder dort buchen. Das einzig negative: Die Scheiben vom Auto waren von innen sehr stark beschmiert und wir mussten sie erst mal reinigen bevor wir fahren konnte.

Wir haben hier vor 4 Wochen ein Auto gemietet. Der Wagen war super, sogar eine deutlich höhere Kategorie als gebucht. Der Check in und Check out waren total unkompliziert. Aber was uns am meisten gefreut hat, war der unproblematische Umtausch, nachdem der erste Wagen in den Bergen aufgebrochen worden war. ( Fenster war eingeschlagen worden ) Mit dem Protokoll der Polizei hin, kaputtes Auto abstellen, ca 8 min auf ein anderes, gleichwertiges Fahrzeug warten und wieder losfahren. Danke nochmal an das Cicar Büro am Aeropuerto norte. Also, wir können diesen Anbieter zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Wir haben für nächstes Jahr wieder dort gebucht.

Servizio impeccabile! Abbiamo prenotato online, qualche giorno prima del nostro arrivo a Tenerife. Ritiro e riconsegna delle chiavi super efficienti. La macchina che ci hanno dato era praticamente nuova e corrispondeva alla classe superiore rispetto alla nostra prenotazione. In aggiunta, i prezzi sono i più convenienti dell isola. Super consigliato!

Wir haben bei Cicar ein Auto für 8 Tage gemietet. Da wir zuvor auf dem Festland bei Key Go Rent eine sehr negative Erfahrung gemacht hatten, waren wir Cicar gegenüber zunächst unsicher und skeptisch. Der gesamte Prozess von der Online-Buchung bis zur Fahrzeugabholung verlief jedoch reibungslos und äußerst unkompliziert. Das Fahrzeug befand sich in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand, hatte nur 65.000 km und erwies sich als sehr zuverlässig. Auch die Rückgabe des Fahrzeugs gestaltete sich sehr effizient. Obwohl wir davon ausgingen, dass die Rückgabe mehr Zeit in Anspruch nehmen würde, war der gesamte Vorgang in maximal 5 Minuten abgeschlossen. Auf die Rückerstattung des Betrags für das restliche Benzin warte ich noch, jedoch ist unsere Abreise von Teneriffa erst kürzlich erfolgt. Auch die Preise sind äußerst attraktiv sehr günstig für so gut erhaltene Fahrzeuge.

Comme chaque fois rapide et efficace Réservation faite via internet, on nous a déposé la voiture directement à l hôtel idem pour la récupérer. Très pratique pas besoin de courir après une agence. Prix très correct par rapport à beaucoup d autres agences de location. Pas exigeant. Je conseil l assurance aux cas où. Très sérieux . Nous réservons chaque fois chez eux lors de nos voyages à Tenerife.

La mejor compañía de alquiler de vehiculos con la que he alquilado, en España y fuera. Barato, cómodo para recoger y entregar el coche (en los dos aeropuertos de la isla de Tenerife) y con una atención perfecta. Ojalá operase en todo el mundo.

Prix annoncé 154 prix final 200 . La voiture ne correspond pas à ce qu on a demandé. Pas de tour contrôle pour voir l état de la voiture. Gros problème au niveau de la boîte de vitesse et beaucoup de dégâts extérieurs. Je pense que les avis sont variés car plusieurs modèles de voiture et donc année ainsi que Km. Nous avons prié pour ne pas tomber en panne pendant notre séjour. Je ne recommande pas du tout cette agence. Très déçues.

Excellent. Reservation sur le site internet, nous avons payé sur place en sortant de lavion. (155 euros + 25 euros pour la moitié du plein dessence) Pas de caution. Nous avions réservé une fiat 500 et avons eu une opel corsa très propre, avec 38 000km.

Abbiamo noleggiato via internet una 500 ibrida che purtroppo ci ha dato problemi di batteria. Una volta tornati al centro noleggio, la ragazza è stata gentilissima e disponibile, ci ha cambiato immediatamente una macchina dandoci una Kia Ceed perfettamente funzionante e abbiamo potuto continuare la nostra vacanza in modo eccellente. Sia il noleggio su internet che la restituzione sul punto facilissimi da eseguire. Ottimo

Una delle migliore compagnie di noleggio auto che ho incontrato fino adesso. Prenotazione semplicemente e veloce, noleggio e compreso di assicurazione casco e non e richiesta la carta di credito. Nonostante io ho prenotato una macchina del segmento C mi e stato dato un auto del segmento superiore senza nessuno costo aggiuntivo, e anche seggiolino auto senza nessun costo aggiuntivo.

A legjobb kölcsönz a szigeten , 5 per alatt vettem át az autó kulcsait , sokkal nagyobb kategóriát mint amit foglaltam , de a kis autó árában!! nem volt benne sok benzin de ezért depozitot sem fizettem , kicsit több üzemanyaggal vittem vissza , de sebaj , visszavételnél csak a parkoló számát kérdezték , leadtam a kulcsot és kész.! Köszönöm szépen ! Upgrade. Szeptember elején ismét béreltünk.. Opel corsa jutott .. aztafost. Második nap .. 140 km benzint írt emelked n keresztez dés lerohadt.. 15 perc szarakodas után elindult .. tankoltam .. másnap lejt n írta kevés az olaj 29 euró vettem olajat.. .. er tlen idegesít autó. Benzin kaukció nem mind adták vissza pedig több volt benne mikor visszavittem Nem értem az okát.. Ja ablakmosó tartály lyukas volt ami okozott némi problémát .. talán azt vontak le ami benne sem volt .. olajat kifzették a számla ellenében . Most nagyon vegyesek az érzések nem köszönöm szépen!

This is the best car rental company we ever came across. The pickup/ drop off process was so quick and easy, the car was clean and had a nice smell, the car seat we received for the baby was a really decent one (which is rarely seen with car rental companies). We were involved in a small accident with a motorcycle driver (not our fault) in Puerto de la Cruz. The back windshield was completely broken so the car needed to be replaced. We had full insurance and the replacement process went so smoothly and quickly with their office in Puerto de la Cruz. So with them being so helpful, this incident went almost unnoticed and our vacation was not affected at all.

La mejor empresa con la que he alquilado coche. Reservé un Seat Ibiza que pensé no tendría suficiente motor y me dieron el FR que ha funcionado perfectamente. Consumo bajo. La atención inmejorable, rapidez, eficiencia tanto al recoger como al entregar. Devolución inmediata de los 20 euros de gasolina. Sin fianza y a todo riesgo. Toda la semana por 206 euros. Tenerife nos ha encantado pero el trato de los canarios es verdaderamente ejemplar. Ojalá volver, sin duda alquilaré con CICAR.

Siempre te alquilado en Cicar, a veces coches durante un mes, pero últimamente , según cojo el coche me salta el piloto del aceite, y tengo que perder una mañana o una tarde en ir a que me lo rellenen, tendrían que tener más cuidado y darte el coche con los niveles de aceite correctos . Por lo demás , siempre ha sido genial

We always rent cars with Cicar, but the last 3 times the oil pilot went off 3-4 days after picking it up. A shame, because we have to lose time on our trip to solve the problem, also having a very small baby.

No te piden prácticamente ninguna condición en comparación con las demás empresas. Llegas al aeropuerto, recoges la llave, te avisan de la gasolina que tiene el coche y en eso se basan para cogerte una pequeña fianza (en nuestro caso 18 ) que si dejas el depósito igual, te lo devuelven. A todo riesgo, sin franquicia, sin plus por ser menor de 25 años todo perfecto, repetiría sin duda.

We didn t know that car rental experience can actually be enjoyable before Cicar. The pick up and drop off were smooth and easy, the staff were nice and friendly, the car was fine. Great prices, no hidden fees and no scammy practices.

Nous avons réservé une voiture pour une semaine une seat ibiza groupe 4 donc assez petite voiture nous avons eu un gros 4x4. Bon cela peut passer, nous remarquons des le début qu il reste 5% d huiles moteur donc à tout moment le moteur peut peté. Après avoir envoyé un mail sans réponse nous allons directement à l aéroport qui n est pas à côté de notre hôtel. On nous propose de changez de véhicule cal part d une bonne intention. Plus de carburant dans la voiture alors que pour la première voiture nous avons du paye 35 d essence, il en reste encore pas mal. Nouvelle voiture mais nous avons encore du paye l essence à nos frais sans geste commercial. Même plus de produire essuies glace non plus, il ne vérifie vraiment pas les voiture. C est un peu vous et votre chance

It was absolutely terrible experience at the end of hiring. The situation took place yesterday- 22nd of August. 15 minutes after we returned the car to the company, we realised that our car charger was left on the dashboard. We even took pictures of it- it was clearly visible. We came back happily to the office to ask for help, being sure we would get our charger back. The car was already moved to the other parking space, but the charger was stolen. Lady in the office pretended the employee hadn t found the charger, even though we showed her the pictures of the car and the charger inside. I am very disappointed of such dishonesty and the act of theft. There is a thieve among the employees of Cicar at Tenerife Sur Aeropuerto.

Todo genial, rapido y sencillo con ellos les comenté que hubiera sido genial si tuvieran en cuenta entregar los coches con parasol, ya que en Tenerife aparcas al sol y quien es el guapo que se monta luego, deberian aunque te cojan un pequeño deposito por si no lo devuelves pero es necesario por todo lo demas sin quejas, economíco y eficaz, casi toda la isla solo se ven coches de ellos, buena señal

Très bonne expérience au CICAR, le service est très rapide et professionnel. Nous sommes arrivés et avons payés rapidement le véhicule et sommes partis en moins de 5 minutes. Pas de caution ou autre. Très bon rapport qualité prix également avec un large choix de véhicules récents. Je recommande fortement pour vos séjours à Ténérife!

Parfait, réservation en ligne rapide mais il n y a plus d informations. C est dommage prise du véhicule à l aéroport. Paris a duré moins de 5 minutes avec le payement de la réservation. la voiture correspondait bien à ma demande, il est dommage de servir la voiture à un client avec très peu de carburant à la limite de la réserve Celle-ci avait un peu de problème d accélération mais sinon bonne voiture
