I went to the garage for the first time to take my bike to the garage for a simple gear adjustment. In addition to the service being simple (for those who understand and know how to do it), the attention paid to the bike was very good. On his own initiative, the mechanic made some adjustments to other components and told me that one of the parts was broken (the frame). He recommended that I speak to the bike's brand so that they could take over the warranty, since it hadn't been used that much to have caused that damage. The brand confirmed the mechanic's analysis and agreed to replace the same part. This shop has earned my trust. 👌🏼

When a bicycle is delivered, proof of acceptance should be provided (customer ID, bicycle model, work requested, estimated delivery time) to be used at collection.
