Een heel ontspannen ontvangst gehad bij binnenkomst. Christiana is erg behulpzaam, heeft humor en neemt de tijd. Dit bedrijf springt er echt uit. Een veel hartelijker ontvangst dan bijvoorbeeld bij Sixt en Hertz waar we eerst waren geweest en ze alleen 1 auto uit het duurste segment voor ons aanboden en verder niets. We kunnen niets anders zeggen dan een perfecte service, afhandeling en buiten dat een prima (nieuwe) auto.

Very nice people with fair prices, they can speak English, french, Spanish as well, cars are in good condition, and they worked with the hotel we were staying at, which eased our return of the car, we could just left it at the hotel directly.

Ich habe mit dieser Vermietung sehr schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Wir mussten mehr als 1 Std. warten, bis wir die Dokumente (in einem Van!) ausfüllen konnten. Zuerst verlangte die Vermieterin gleich 80 Euro Cash, weil wir nach 18:00 ankamen (wohlgemerkt wurde unser ursprünglicher Flug gecancelt). Danach wollte die Vermieterin gleich wieder 30 Euro Cash für den zweiten Fahrer. und meinte, sie habe Ihre eigenen Vertragsbedingungen (die stimmten nicht mit denen unseres Reiseveranstalters überein). Dann war der Tank nur zu 3/4 gefüllt und das Add Blue Warnsignal leuchtete von Anfang an... Und zum Schluss verlangte sie noch von uns, die Parkgebühr für den Mietwagen am Flughafen selber beim Ausgang zu bezahlen (war nur 1 Euro, aber hier geht es ums Prinip). Wir würden nie wieder bei Auto Prudente einen Mietwagen buchen.

You should rent your car here at Prudente. Christiana is great: very easy-going, very releaxed and professional. We went to Sixt and Avis first but forget about the big companies; Prudente is the one you need. Cars are actually available, price is VERY competative and like I said, its all very relaxed and easy going. We drove off within 30 20 min or so. We will come back next year!!

De afgelopen weken steeds 4 dagen per week hier een auto gehuurd. Perfect en heel prettig geholpen door Christiana. Wat een klantenservice. Goeie nieuwe autos. Beste zaak voor het huren van een auto.

Avoid this company!!! They didn t show up to meet us from our flight (they only do Meet and greet and we gave our flight numbers) they then told us if we wanted to rent the car we would have to pay 40 in cash for late fee. Lots of hidden charges and really aggressive attitude if you questioned. Really horrible start to a holiday

Um desastre, fiz uma reserva para um amigo da zona com todas as despesas pagas, o meu amigo não conseguiu levantar a viatura porque a agência solicitou 200 extra quando não foi indicado no momento da reserva, o cancelamento da a reserva foi solicitada na entrega no mesmo dia em que o site diz que as devoluções são aceites em 48 horas e quase não cancelaram nem querem devolver o dinheiro. Portanto, tenha cuidado, não é recomendado. Eine Katastrophe, ich habe eine Reservierung für einen Freund in der Gegend vorgenommen und dabei alle Kosten bezahlt. Mein Freund konnte das Fahrzeug nicht abholen, weil die Agentur zusätzliche 200 verlangte, obwohl dies zum Zeitpunkt der Reservierung nicht angegeben war, die Stornierung des Fahrzeugs Es wurde eine Reservierung für die Lieferung am selben Tag beantragt, obwohl auf der Website angegeben wurde, dass Rücksendungen bis zu 48 Stunden akzeptiert werden, und sie kaum storniert haben und auch das Geld nicht zurückgeben möchten. Seien Sie also vorsichtig, nicht empfohlen.

Me salía un Peugeot 208 4 días en solo 129 . Con franquicia de 1600 , llegó allí y me dicen que o dejo 1600 con tarjeta de crédito o no vale, les dejo una de debito y me dicen que no. Que solo me queda como opción seguro sin fianza a 25 el día, eso supone que de 129 cuatro días,pasa a 229 cada día. Mal. Me fui sin alquilarles el coche. Y visto lo visto,me alegro. No volveré a alquilarles.

Tarifs attractifs sur le site, mais sur place elle veut faire payer franchises, assurances, badge autoroute pour une location de 2 jours. A la restitution, vous soupçonne de dégâts sur le véhicule... Estafadores, intentar alquilar un vehículo en esta empresa es empezar en 400 euros una semana y, sin haber visto ni en vehículo, por que te atiende una portuguesa muy simpatica en un banco fuera del aeropuerto, acaba en un cargo de 6000 euros en la tarjeta y tener que avisar a la Policía, menos mal que lo conseguimos parar a tiempo y no se salieron con la suya...

Scam company, please avoid. Paid for everything online and on arrival they added processing fees and apparently the insurance I already paid for through carjet wasnt valid as they are a broker so was forced to buy insurance twice. Then they added a service fee on top and then tried to force us into leaving a 4500 deposit. Shocking customer service and clearly just out for quick money from tourists. Should be closed down and investigated. They were so dodgy they had to do the paperwork in the street as they werent allowed to do so in the Airport. Youve been warned. Stay away.

Do not rent from this company , they didn t stand by fact we already purchased insurance and tried to dupe us out of and extra 50 a day AFTER paying a deposit and insurance with VIP Cars ( they said it s their agent and nothing to do with them ) . They conduct their contract signing on a park bench in front of Faro Airport. Read the other reviews too before you do. I will be reporting them to Faro Airport and the Tourism Board.

Worst car hire experience of my life. Hired in Faro they were unhelpful and didnt explain the hire T& Cs properly at all. Called them for support and they were flat our rude, hanging up the phone, advising if you have a problem with our service you must call in person to our office, then hung up. RUN A MILE!

Be aware that from the moment you step into the office they are trying to get every you have. First 15 minutes I have to decline every attempt to pay for all possible kind of insurances that exceeds the original amount for renting the car, and if you dont they want to block an amount on your creditcard that even exceeds the value of the car!! If you dont take any extra insurances, they keep pushing the car assistance, so that means that they dont even trust their own cars? Than just to get acces to the tollways you have to pay 50 for the electronic device, and if you dont and enter a tollway anyway, you will get fined double. (FYI in the place I went after this, if you enter the tollway, an amount of 20 gets activated wich is not refundable, but the amount for the toll gets taken from that 20 , at prudente cars it gets ON TOP of the initial 50 ). Because I am tired of debating and just want to have the car I agree for the 50 so I give my documents to get things settled and leave. Then the problem is that the creditcard is on the name of my spouse so that seems to be a no go UNLESS YOU PAY THE FULL INSURANCE FOR 40 /DAY UPFRONT THAN THERE IS NO PROBLEM ANYMORE!! Never before or even in the place I went after this (Local cars) we have encoutered this problem, but at Prudente they try make me believe otherwise. After I thanked them for their time (I decided to leave the arogance for what it was and spend my money elsewhere) they took me back to the hotel, for which I grant them one star.

If I could give no star i would. First off we rented a car , she did not explain that it was a one way system that you cannot turn onto a road left or right and that you have to come out of the area come down by roundabouts and turn back to your chosen destination , she did not explain to my partner who drove, that rules in Portugal are different, she expected us to know . Then didnt bother to say the beach and the strip were very close and parking was available we walked when had spent money on the car. My partner was very stressed out and sweating and so was I , she also offered motorway toll fee , we paid as we didnt know the roads and how it worked. we were very angry . She told him the car was easy drive. Let me tell you my partner drives alot of vehicles and this cars gear stick was stiff and that is dangerous, especially when you dont know the roads. They are quick to take your money and then if something goes belly up. Its on you. Yes insurance is included but remember youre in a foreign country. I and my partner wouldnt recommend here. Prices are great but the way we were treated and spoke to was unacceptable. You can get better, but we decided we would trust local rental company and low and behold spoken to like morans if I spoke Portuguese would she have spoke to me in tat manner I think not. Weve rented before and always asked and told about the rules of the road beforehand, I hope this is done here for any foreign people renting from yourselves as it causes fear and upset on the road she also made an attempt at insulting my partner saying that was easy drive but it wasnt. The clutch needed fixing, also it was the fact he didnt know the rules of the road beforehand and a nearby melt down . I was afraid . Wouldnt recommend and if your renting anyway let me tell you .lastly for anyone new to here . When you take ur car , turn left go down the roundabout and come back up You can not turn left or right like in the uk

The cars clutch was stiff , car needed servicing. Wasnt at all easy and Ive driven many cars. when we told her, she said it is easy car to drive. Wasnt explained rules of road. Asked for toll , paid just In case I was fined for not. It is an option though but if you dont know the area and use roads , rules without I wouldnt recommend or renting. Spoken to very rudely. I didnt know what way to drive there ,was my first time she didnt explain the rules at all. Dangerous , can cause accidents especially to people, who it is , their first time over there wanting to drive . I hope you do explain to people in future how to drive there . I drive a lot of vehicles from cars to vans etc for a staff member to tell me otherwise was comical and ignorant on their behalf. We even tried to bring it back and get a refund but you cannot once you take it out. Rules and regulations all in the fine print. Read it beforehand.

Das Auto war super und sauber, allerdings war der Preis echt teuer. Dazu wurde bei der Buchung gesagt, dass bei Teilkasko-Versicherung eine Kaution von 3500 belastet würde, was ich so noch nie erlebt habe. Man wir dort sehr auf Vollkasko gedrängt, was den Preis weiter in die Höhe treibt.

Clapped out car. Rude owner. Unprofessional staff. Unlawful deductions from credit card. Unrenovated and chaotic (single-branch) office in Albufeira (its office at Faro Airport consists of the front seat of the aforementioned car). Rent at your risk.

Great cars very good Staff

Avoid this SCAM company at all costs. Right from the very beginning of getting the car from them at Faro airport the 2 people we dealt with gave us a bad vibe. They seemed to mention if you were to break down a few times and gave me a card with a phone number on it. That all seemed suss and I haven t had that before after renting many cars in many places. The car provided did not run correctly from the beginning , so on the second day we reported the problem , we were told that the car can act like that when its cold in the morning . Later on that day the car broke down and had to be recovered by a tow truck . We were left stranded after being told that a taxi would come to pick us up (this never happened) and we had to get an uber back to our accommodation. The next day they supplied a replacement car after I again had to get an uber to their head office. On returning home after the trip, they have fraudulently took 2000 from my account as they said the original car had its fuel changed , implying I had put diesel into the petrol car. I have tried to explain that I had the car for 2 days and picked it up full so how could I changed the fuel to diesel?. They are Scammers and should be avoided at all costs .

Rude lady at the reception. We were asking normal questions such as the exact information needed to rent a car and the lady responds to us by shouting.

Great experience. Rented a van to move house. Everything was as advertised...Van was new and clean. Staff in the office were very helpful and we were assisted very quickly.

Excellent car rental experience for our 3 week rental period. Amost all of the staff are courteous, friendly and professional. We did not take a transponder at 5 euros per day for the toll highway and in retrospect it wasnt a good decision. Although our GPS was set for No Toll Roads, we were forced on in a few occasions as alternates could not be found. During the first week of rental, I returned to Prudente and asked if I could now have a transponder. The staff member rudely lectured me for not taking it at the start and informed me it was against their policy to activate mid term. I said I made a mistake and understand that I will be fined for being on the toll road. I was definitely courteous in my request and followup remark. The staff continued to lecture me even as I headed out the door. Guess they had a bad day. Would have rated 5 star if this did not happen!

Zunächst einmal war das Fahrzeug selbst in einwandfreiem Zustand. Es war sauber und gepflegt, und ich hatte keinerlei Probleme oder Sorgen während der gesamten Mietdauer. Das Personal der Vermietung war äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich und sorgte dafür, dass der gesamte Prozess von der Buchung bis zur Rückgabe des Fahrzeugs reibungslos verlief. Ebenfalls war der Transfer vom Hotel hin und zurück zur Abholung sowie bei der Rückgabe kostenfrei. Darüber hinaus war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bei dieser Vermietung ausgezeichnet. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass ich eine faire und angemessene Gebühr für das Fahrzeug zahlte, ohne dass ich das Gefühl hatte, dass ich übervorteilt wurde. Ich kann diese Fahrzeugvermietung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und gebe Ihr fünf Sterne. Wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einem zuverlässigen und professionellen Anbieter sind, der Ihnen ein tolles Fahrzeug zu einem fairen Preis bietet, dann ist diese Vermietung definitiv die richtige Wahl für Sie.

Alles was perfect geregeld en heel duidelijk uitgelegd! Ook kregen wij een mooie nieuwe auto! Wij hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad dankzij Auto Prudente.

Alles ging vlot. We werden opgehaald in de luchthaven van Faro met een naambordje in de aankomsthal. We hebben de wagen achtergelaten bij drop off op de lange termijn parking P3. Alles is correct verlopen.

We hired a car for 2 days and the whole experience was excellent. We had a few questions prior to booking and they were answered quickly. They offer a zero excess for just a little more which most other companies we looked at didn t offer. We were picked up from our hotel to collect the car and the car was collected from our hotel at the end of the hire. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We repaid definitely recommend this company *****

Nous avons loué une voiture pour 9 jours avec Auto Prudente durant notre séjour. Les tarifs sont compétitifs et nous avons été très bien accueillis lors de notre arrivée. Cristiana était très aimable. Elle parle français et sest occupée de nous tout de suite et ce fut très rapide. Rien à redire sur le véhicule et lors de la remise des clés rien à signaler ils ont été très honnêtes. La caution a été récupérée dès la remise des clés ce qui est très rassurant. Merci à eux pour leur accueil et leur service je recommande à 100% car cest probablement la meilleure agence de location sur ce secteur.

Kaucja pobrana zgodnie z tym co poda o DiscoverCar, poniewa nie brali my pelnego ubezpieczenia w wypo yczalni bo wykupili my go wcze niej w a nie przez DiscoverCars. Po oddaniu auto bardzo dok adnie sprawdzone, na szcz cie nie mieli my adnych przygód i kaucja zosta a od razu zwolniona w ca o ci, tj. dostali my potwierdzenie z terminala o zwolnieniu, czekamy póki co na zwolnienie depozytu w banku.

Goede nette auto voor een lage prijs! Let wel op: als je de pincode van je mastercard niet weet om het deposito te storten, dan moet je 15 per dag betalen als zijnde verzekering. Deze code is anders dan de pincode van je normale pinpas. Dit is mij helaas overkomen terwijl ik eigenlijk zeker wist dat de code juist was ingetikt. Omdat het pinapparaat aangaf dat de code onjuist was moest ik het dubbele aan autohuur betalen, een dure les. Wat mij opviel is dat bij het afleveren van de auto er één klant in de winkel was, hem overkwam precies hetzelfde probleem als mij, wat mij een vervelend onderbuikgevoel gaf.

Well organised. Clear agreements. Cheapest in this region! Very much enjoyed the car, which was clean and pleasant and had a better view of the area. Be sure to return it with a full tank of fuel, otherwise it will cost you three times as much.

As a female I was physically assaulted by their male staff for trying to record his aggression. The old lady behind the desk was also verbally abusive and poked me as he twisted my wrist to get my phone - all due to being 2 hours late - despite emailing them several times.

Albufeira safe car. A nice team who speak French, with recent cars. We rented a Fiat Panda with 12,000 km on the clock.. Small downside the price 250 euros for a week in September a bit to my taste. But a very serious business. I recommend.

I hired a car for two weeks with Auto Prudente. I had a fantastic experience and highly recommend their service. Firstly, I received the exact car I ordered. It was spotless on collection! During handover they were completely transparent about fees and toll expenses. There was no pressure to upgrade so I felt informed to make comfortable choices. When I cleverly got the car stuck in sand (don t ask!!) multiple members of staff went out of their way to support me, helping to avoid costly emergency response fees. They supported me over the phone and three members of staff came out to meet at the beach to help push the car onto solid ground. This was all out of contract and offered for free. Using a local company ensured I received care and support when needed. I can guarantee a larger multinational company would have been far less empathetic and costly!

Im not very satisfied with with this rent a car. They basically make people pay for double the price if you dont pay with credit card. The prices shown via third party websites are not transparent at all. And after I returned the car, they did an additional charge which they have not sent me an invoice or any notification for the reason behind it. They just charged me without my consent. I dont find this rent a car professional in the way they handle things. Call first and get all the prices from them first before doing any booking online. In my opinion the websites they advertise their services, just trap people not showing the real prices.

I would not rent from here again. When I picked up the rental, they repeatedly mentioned that I did not get the insurance, which of course I did not, as I have my own insurance. I should have taken this as a sign, as four days after I returned the car, I received an e-mail telling me there is a crack in the windshield, which they billed me 200+ for. I have rented cars all over the world, and never in my life have I been billed for something as small as this. There is also no one to check the car if you return it at Faro Airport, so dont be surprised when you get a damage invoice from them when you return home.

Op aanraden van de eigenaren van het appartement waar wij verbleven hier een auto gehuurd. In eerste instantie wilde ik dit op het vliegveld doen, maar er nu voor gekozen om de dag na aankomst de auto op te halen en na afloop hier ook weer heen te brengen. In mei via de website een auto vastgelegd voor onze vakantie. Een week voor aankomst zag ik dat de auto die wij gehuurd hadden 200,- goedkoper was voor de huurperiode. Benieuwd wat ze daar mee zouden gaan doen, ik wilde dit namelijk wel noemen. Op de dag dat we afgesproken hadden de auto op te halen, werden we zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en vrijwel meteen gaf ze aan dat wij een upgrade hadden. Een nieuwe Hyundai met 4000km op de teller. Dit omdat de auto die wij gehuurd hadden goedkoper was dan toen wij boekten. Dit vonden wij een prima alternatief en achteraf was ik blij dat we een grotere auto hadden gekregen. Het gehele proces verliep soepel en ook geen enkel probleem met mijn creditcard of iets dergelijks. Aan te raden is de all-risk verzekering en een tolkastje. Ze wenste ons een plezierig verblijf toe. Bij het inleveren wel even omdenken dat je de auto weer voorziet van de hoeveelheid brandstof die er ook in zat op het moment dat je de auto meeneemt. :-) Bijna vergeten..... Verder had ze voor ons een rekening voor de tol. Ze kon die niet innen van de creditcard, het bleek dat ze een cijfer verkeerd had overgenomen. :-) Wij hebben totaal geen problemen gehad met Autoprudente en ik zou hhet naar aanleiding van onze ervaring een ieder aanbevelen. Wij gaan er in ieder geval de volgende keer weer heen...

Super Wir wurden pünktlich an unserem Hotel abgeholt und nach Albufeira zur Autovermietung gebracht. Alle Formalitäten erledigt und los ging es. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Goede uitleg en service. Mooi kantoor en aardig personeel. Goed advies. Opgehaald vanaf hotel locatie naar de verhuur locatie. Prima en mooie schone auto. Goed advies over de tolweg en kosten daarvan. Maar er komt dan altijd weer een extra toeslag uit voort.

Wir brauchten sehr spontan einen Mietwagen, im Hotel hätte man beim Anbieter einen Tag Vorlauf gebraucht. Wir hatten Online eine Reservierung und konnten 30 Minuten später das Auto abholen, es kamen keine extra Kosten dazu und uns wurde nichts aufgequatscht. Hatten uns aber auch für die teurere Variante ohne SB entschieden. Preis-Leistung war trotzdem super. Das Auto war sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand und man konnte es ohne Zusatzkosten am Hotel abgeben/abholen lassen. Gerne wieder!

Renter beware here : while rates seem fair there is always a catch ...they tell you that to use and pay for the tolls on the highway you have to RENT THE AUTOTRANSPONDER thats already in the car !!! Its $50 ...we said we likely wont be using the tolls as we are local so declined the rental. As it turned out we did use the tolls once and as per the contract, no problem, we accepted responsibility for the charge AND LEFT IT IN THE CAR IN CASH ! STILL we were charged $50 and my cash payment for the tolls has not been returned. No where in the contract does it say that the transponder will be charged no matter what !! This was through my Visa : its a charge I did NOT authorise they have no business putting it on.Why is it the case in Europe there is always some scammy aspect to car rental no matter who you book with !!! Some little or big add on someplace in the chaos between the company,brokers, person at the desk on the day .... This is an edit to my review above : Pursuant to their reply below rechecked the website and there is NO MENTION of rental of the transponder on their website under terms and conditions. The contract has no mention either : states The e toll service is available for rent by providing a valid credit card and the express consent for it to be charged automatically. The e toll service implies the full responsibility of the client for any payments and penalties provided by Portugese law I declined the rental BUT paid the EU 4 for the tolls I used. I rest my case and as I was charged rental WITHOUT MY CONSENT would like it refunded immediately.

It was my first ever car rent, but everything went smoothly . The lady at the office was very nice and helpful. If I ever be back in Albufeira, I will 100% choose AuTo Prudente again.

Cheap enough, but watch out for pricing. Internet prices are cheaper than the leaflets they drop out local hotels. Car we were given had been in minor accident and not repaired. Will not use them again.

Booked through a third party (discover cars) for surprisingly low price, yet apparently the contract stated that one needs a credit card for the deposit. As I only have debit cards, they required to take their insurance of 20 /day in order to rent the car

On est venu nous chercher à l hôtel pour la remise du véhicule. Voiture laissée à l hôtel en partant (5 km d Albufeira). Véhicule propre et de bonne qualité malgré kilométrage élevé. Choosing this company to rent a car was the biggest mistake in my life. Rude, disrespectful and unprofessional staff. If there was a chance of rating them lower, i was going to choose that. They charge extra for EVERYTHING and the prices are not the same as on the website. They ask you for 20euros just to rent a device that allows you to use the motorway/highway and 35euros to add an extra driver. The car had a problem with the fuel level and with the transmission. I dont recommend it to anyone!!!

We decided to hire a car last minute for 3 days (manual). The staff were really helpful and had the best prices in the area after some research. There was no funny business it was all straight forward and no deposit needed. Also you have unlimited mileage during your hire. Overall great company and cars.

Mehr als empfehlenswerte Autovermietung. Ich habe das Auto eine Woche vor dem Urlaub online gemietet mit den nötigen Gerät für die Maut und voller Versicherung. Vor Ort konnten wir es dann einfach abholen und losfahren. Die nette Bearbeiterin hat uns sogar noch ein paar Tipps gegeben, welche Orte man ansteuern kann. Die Abgabe verlief auch problemlos. Ich würde jederzeit wieder ein Auto hier mieten!

I am satisfied with the service provided by Auto Prudente. I was able to rent a car without a credit card after paying a refundable deposit of 400. The car is clean, well-kept, almost new. The cost of renting for 2 days is 280.

Be aware it looks like all Algavre car rental including Auto Prudente are running a big scam trying to enforce on you extra payment for an electronic device for extra 20 so you can use motorway A22 or A2 otherwise youll face fine. And thats utter nonsens and scam. You can pay for use of Portugal motorway online within 30 days without any electronic device. Shame on you scamming car rentals. Also be aware that the Full Insurance do not cover everything you will be still liable for damege rims or lost keys which is again not stated when you pay for everything included Insurance. Car was averaged condition Service light On and of course for two from the class you always get the worst/slowest/lest equipped one whent the other one sits all day out of the front of the office to fool more victims.

Hired a mid sized car for 5 days in early December 22. Gave a good discount on hire charge plus excess insurance. Clean car, no issues - did the job. No hassle on return and no nasty surprises on the credit card on return to the UK. Nice people - would use again.

Rude, and a swindler. Advised by our hotel, we called and asked for prices. First price on the phone was 680,- (without extras) we checked random websites until we stumbled up on their own website, we checked the price, same car, but with extras it was much cheaper. So we called again and got an even higher price. We asked the hotel to help us, and we got the website price including al extras saving us nearly 200,- The drive 5 pay 3 and pay 5 drive 7 is also bullsh!t, stop advertising it if you dont give it.

Well, from my side I would give them 0 stars as they have horribly expensive prices but ... thats not all!!. We rented a car for only two days and when we came to their office a lady offered us to pay an extra 10 euro for road tax to be able to use the motorway otherwise we can find ourself with a fine. Of course to avoid a fine I paid that 10 just to find out after a week we came back to UK that they charged my credit card with another 6 again for using the motorway and telling me that the 10 was only to rent the device for the motorway gates. Just to make clear, I am not angry for the amount but for the way they take out the money of your pocket. These things should be included in the rental price!!! I will never ever use them to rent and I do not recommend them at all!

After a Heasty decision made to rent a car by me on our 2nd last day in Albufeira, to treat my 15 year old girl to a road trip I went to Auto Prudente(which I had spotted from a bus the day before) I was absolutely shocked to be told the cost for a Fiat 500 for 3 days was 300 and 170 for 1 day. As I didnt want to disappoint my girl I chose to pay the 170, because after checking out nearby car hire businesses online , which were offering the same car for 50- 70 but at the time were closing at 1pm for 2 hours.

I would give a zero star if possible. We felt the leaflet we got with all the cars advertised was just a trap to attract tourists as they did not have all the cars they were advertising. Also the lady at the reception was very rude, one of the rudest in all Albufeira.

TOP ! Online gereserveerd en de auto stond al klaar bij afhalen in Albufeira. Goede communicatie via e-mail vooraf. Ook met betrekking tot verzekering en E-Toll device. Nette huurprijzen (verzekering is wel duurder dan de huur voor een week). Geen gedoe met inleveren; auto was ontzettend vuil geworden, maar geen commentaar hierover; 3/4 tank benzine meegekregen en ook zo ingeleverd. Ik kan me geen klachten bedenken over Auto Prudente. M.b.t. de auto: Peugeot 208, jonge auto (ca. 1,5 jaar) met slechts ca. 20.000 km was toch al behoorlijk afgetrapt. Heeft al veel te lijden gehad daar in de steile straatjes en hellingen; met name merkbaar in de eerste 2 versnellingen (ratelbakkie); zonde.

Rien à signaler sur le véhicule, service un peu long à la location (sur trois agents, un seul travaillaient, les autres faisaient acte de présence)
