Process to rent was easy and fast, and the car was new and clean. Good price for a few days' rent.
Booked online, went smoothly. Once on location to pick up the car, it turns out that the credit card holder must be the same as the main driver. This was not clear to us inexperienced car renters when booking. This change takes 24 hours, in other words, we came to the office for nothing. An employee wanted to think along, but was reprimanded by the other. So not customer friendly. Very unfortunate. Ended up having to pay for a second driver to get a car.
