Stay away! Very old scooter in bad condition. Got broken far away from the city. No assistance and arogant approach from the owner.

Hugo was amazing renting any motors was so easy and they don’t have insane prices it’s straight to the point and the service was so good super friendly and they had 24/7 care for breakdown of the bikes. Also have so many activities for reasonable prices would recommend
Good scooter Company. Also its really helpful having a scooter in Albufeira, because of the fact that there are a lot of hills and the walkingdistance is often far to some places. Also the owners are good and honest people.
I used scooter from this hire shop for three days. I can fully recommend it as perfect service. All scooters are new in good condition and rent prices are very good. I didn't ride any motorbike bike before, but I received good instructions and test ride, before I went on road. Thank you very much.
Overall the rental was okay but not without mechanical issues. I'll start with service - friendly and always contactable! No issues there. Since the prices are fair know what you are getting into. The quality of the scooters are questionable - our first scooter broke down 25km after renting it. However we got a replacement within an hour. The scooters don't feel particularly safe and often have multiple issues like a flat battery, loose box, shoddy starter etc. My suggestion is to check the scooter before hand, from the starter to brakes - our were a bit shoddy initially. Overall if you're on a budget then use this place. But just know that you won't get the best or most reliable scooter every time. But service is good and you'll have no issues getting a new scooter if needed.
Amazing experience. We were there for 6 days but only hired one for the last two days of our holiday after spending a fortune on taxis. With the scooter we felt like we could go anywhere anytime with not worrying about getting a taxi here for €10 euro then going to eat for another €10 etc ect. This is also a lot easier to hire rather than a rental car, and much cheaper especially fuel! Definitely recommended. If we went again we would hire for the whole holiday.

Pour mes vacances au Portugal je cherchais de base une voiture mais le scooter que Hugo nous a loué à révolutionner nos vacances. Accueil magnifique avec sourire et dans la bonne humeur. Avec des prix défiant toute concurrence, il nous a aussi aidé pour réserver nos activités sur lesquelles ont a pu avoir des réductions de sa part. Un grand merci à lieu je recommande fortement.
Je cherchais à louer un scooter pour des petites Vacances à côté d albufeira et j ai eu raison d aller chez ce loueur très gentil avec des prix meilleurs que chez les concurrents Situé juste à côté de la rue passante très facile à trouver, je reviendrais. Je vous remercie Léo B.

Réservé par Whatsapp 2 scooter, impeccable, arrivé sur place, accueil très chaleureux dHugo et arrangeant sur les horaires. Il nous a remis le dimanche a 13h 2 scooter flambant neuf ainsi que des casques neufs également et très confortable. Petit plus le top case qui permet de ranger le casque et un sac quand on roule. Le scooter est le moyen idéal pour découvrir larrière pays et tous ces magnifiques villages, grâce à Hugo nous avons pu découvrir la région bien mieux quen voiture.

Tous ceux qui parle français venez jamais louer de scooter ici!!!!! C est cher, les scooters ils avancent pas et ils sont tous casser. On a louer un il démarrait plus et il ne veut même pas rembourser. Je déconseille vraiment ne vous faites pas voler votre argent

Vorab, eine absolute Empfehlung!!! Wir haben den Roller bei Hugo für zwei Tage gemietet, der erste Tag hat 40 gekostet und der zweite Tag 20 . Zwei Tage sind hier auch tatsächlich zwei Tage, nämlich 48 Stunden. Wir haben den Roller um halb 12 abgeholt und auch zu diesem Zeitpunkt zurückgebracht. Hugo war sehr sympathisch, immer gut gelaunt und für immer für einen Witz zu haben. Es ging alles reibungslos, wir haben eine gute Einweisung bekommen und auch viele Tipps, an welche Strände wir fahren sollten. Kann ich nur jedem empfehlen!
Roller mieten leicht gemacht, Preise sind angemessen, der Captain ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Roller und Helme waren auch gut. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.
Ho messo quattro stelle e non cinque per lo stato degli scooter un po datato. Ma per il resto Hugo il propietario è disponibilissimo. Ottimi prezzi e massima elasticità in tutto.Ci ritornerei senzaltro

Hello all motorcyclists, I rented a 125cc scooter for five days from this scooter rental company and there is no better price-quality ratio in Albufeira. Also on a relational level the boss is really great he knows his business. GOOD ROAD

Goede plaats om je scooter te huren!! Ik heb 94 betaald voor 50cc 3 dagen, met full-insurance inbegrepen wat schade aan de scooter dekt tot 150. De bestaande schade aan de scooter vóór de huurperiode wordt samen overlopen en deze kan je zelf aanvinken op een blad. Ik heb zelfs geen borg moeten betalen. Ik zou zeggen, huur je brommer bij Captain Scooter!

I can not rate the scooter or the service. We have been here twice during the mentioned opening hours, both times nobody was there. We were here at 16:30h and were told by the neighbor who called them to come back at 19:30h or at 10:00 in the morning. We were here shortly after 10:00h and waited for 15 minutes. Then we went down the stripe to rent some other place. Please correct your opening hours.
I hired a scooter for 2 days and it was great. Very reliable and cheaper than the other companies that the hotel leaflets have. Actually the taxi driver Gale Taxis dropped me off there instead of the one I was going to as she said they were good. Im glad she did. Very friendly staff.

Rented 4 scooters for 2 days and it was fantastic. good scooter that met expectations. The price is also good, in short if you want to rent a scooter, go to Captain Scooter.
Rented 2 scooters for 5 days, total rental cost was Euro 300 and a deposit of 300 . Works out to be euro 30 per day with complete third party insurance and an excess of euro 150. The bikes were in good condition and adequate for algarve streets and roads. They provided helmets and chain locks at no extra cost.. What stood out was the fact that they picked us up and dropped us back when we requested and never even charged us.. really appreciated the gesture. Hugo and Kasia did a good job. Hugo smiles a lot while Kasia is all business, but she means well. Id recommend captain scooters. Hassle free checkout. Now will just wait to see the deposit being credited back to my account
