Avoid this place, try to pick up at another agency, the service at the counter is very bad and as I didn't want their insurance or fuel, even worse, I don't recommend this counter in Mem Martins at all.

My insurance company reserved the car for 5 days. When I went to pick up the car, they told me at the counter that it would be better to take out daily insurance against all risks, for around €13 per day. I accepted, I needed the car for one more day, ok, no problem, but since they are closed on Saturdays, I only used the car for 7.30 hours, not even one more day. To my surprise, they charged me another €13 for the insurance, that is, on 8/12 I paid €13 twice, I complained, it wasn't worth it, they didn't give me the €13 back, but I didn't use the car for another day. Emails went back and forth, they were right. I warn anyone who is at the counter giving you the car keys, depending on your face, the conversation changes. I don't recommend this Mem Martins counter.

Friendly service, the process of collecting the insurance vehicle went smoothly, and as a bonus I had a brand new vehicle. The most complicated part is the insurance companies who never explain the entire process.

I have never been robbed like this in my life! Yesterday I went to pick up a car and said that the tank was 2/3 full. A Brazilian employee, Murilo, told me that those cars were like that and that they were full. Today when I went to deliver it, I paid €40 and marked the tank full. On top of that, I was threatened and all I had left was a complaints book and a complaint to the company. All Brazilians working there and all of them are disgraceful. It's a robbery scheme!!!!!

Terrible service. They say one price over the phone and then increase it by more than 50% on the day of the rental, claiming that the call center doesn't know the prices. Not to mention that the deposit for the car was 3/4 and on the day of delivery they wanted to charge a full deposit. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

At the end of May I decided to rent a 9-seater van for the end of August. I went to this place and was told that I would only have to go closer to the date. In mid-July I went back to the place and was told again that it would not be possible to make a reservation because it would have to be made at least "2/3 weeks in advance". Today I went back to the place to finally make the reservation and to my surprise they had no cars available. My question is, why did they not let me rent a car the first few times I went there, even though there was availability at the time? Terrible policy.

Terrible service and they even steal money! On the 23rd, my partner and I went to pick up a car that our insurance company sent us since ours was being repaired. However, as soon as we arrived, we found out that we had to pay a €100 deposit or we would be without a car until ours arrived, so I paid the deposit. On the day we went to return the car without knowing what the mandatory times were. My partner and I got there at 12:30, it was already closed for lunch, so we went home to have lunch, to kill time and there we were at 2:00 pm. To our surprise, in addition to the deposit, we still had to pay €35 because they said it was already in the daily rate, that the hour had passed. I said that we had been there at 12:30, and then the lady made up that she was still there at that time when she wasn't. Meanwhile, my partner said that we had filled the diesel tank a little more, if not, he could even open a gap to avoid more trouble, the gentleman was still rude and said "if you mentioned it was your problem, we don't care about it, nor do we value such a thing". We left there furious, however, today, June 2nd, I went to check, the deposit still hasn't been returned. So, this company, in addition to the rudeness of the employees, of having kept more diesel, of an extra €35 per day when we were there that hour, still has my €100... I just say... BE CAREFUL and I don't recommend it!! Now the rest is up to the police!!

I would like to inform and warn everyone who wants to contact this company about the situation that happened to me: When I was given a car, the employee suggested that I take out insurance against risks and so on for the car in question. I refused because I only needed the car for 2 days. I was immediately informed that if anything happened, I would have to take responsibility and pay a deductible of €2,000. That's why always! Before signing the document, you should write down all the risks that the car has!!!! And take a photo for your safety. Once I got home, I parked the car where I usually park mine. The next morning I came across a scratch that was probably made with a key or something like that! This scratch was made on purpose since it was on the opposite side of the accessible area, that is, someone took the trouble to go around the car and step on the ground and bushes to do it. In short, I am sure that the risk was created by the same insurance company in order to fine me!! This scheme is already known!! I do not recommend this insurance company to anyone! Be careful and be careful not to fall into the same scam situation!!
