My dissatisfaction is that your yellow van with a ramp at the back did a spectacular maneuver there in Vila Franca de Xira. And then went on to "step on" eggs. Judging by the comments, you rent the vans. So don't think it's normal to have less good ratings. Good luck.

On March 3, 2024, I found a van from this company, registration number 12NL06, Ford Transit, making dangerous maneuvers on the Estrada dos 4 Castelos, driving in a way that seemed as if the driver was drunk. He was driving almost completely in both lanes, where it was not possible to overtake and vehicles traveling in the opposite direction had to duck. After seeing so much criticism, I cannot help but make one more and ask the person in charge of this company to think carefully about who they assign the vehicles to.

We caught a van from this establishment on the A1. The driver of van 43-JO-68 was extremely reckless and aggressive, pushing his high beam and cutting into several cars when changing lanes. I have never had an accident in my life, but I was about to crash on the A1 at 120km because these gentlemen are complete freaks.

Ricardo and Edgar are so kind and helpful. I had a problem with my van and they helped me so quick and have so good service that I am speechless about. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing service. We had a problem with our water pump in the van and we went without a booked appointment cause it was an emergency. The mechanics helped us directly: checked the problem and solved it in less than an hour. But not even just fixed the problem, they were so kind with us. We highly recommend this place if you have any issue with your car or van around this area. Thank you so much again, guys. (We are the girls with the dogs and the van)

I didn't give 0 stars because it's not possible. We made a reservation 1 month before, and 5 days before the pick up they changed the car. When we asked for a fire extinguisher (it's mandatory having one if you're driving a truck) he told us he only had one and it had already expired. After ALL that, 30 MINUTES before arriving Tofina they sent us a message telling us the deal was off ???? When we arrived there asking for the truck he expelled us I only didn't give 0 stars because it's not allowed. I made a reservation more than 1 month in advance for a pickup truck, 5 days before they call us to say the car has changed and that it will have to have a crane?? The day before they tell us that the fire extinguisher that the car would have (it's mandatory) would be out of date... On the day, 30 minutes before the agreed time they send a message saying that the appointment was cancelled and that there was no solution for us???

Father and son give an excellent service, are quick and very professional. Prices are also affordable.
