Very friendly staff. Used this rental 6 times already.
DISAPPOINTMENT. I rented cars from Guerim Almada three times in the last year, always using the same card, without any problems. However, today, when I needed the service most for work, I was surprised when my card was refused. They said they don't accept debit cards, but it's exactly the same card I used for the other rentals without any problems. This left me completely in the lurch, jeopardizing my work. It is unacceptable that a company changes its rules so arbitrarily, without any prior notice, causing inconvenience to customers. Disappointing is the word that defines this experience. A lack of consideration for those who trusted the service so many times. I do not recommend it! They lost a regular customer.

Really disappointed about this place. I don’t recommend! The staff wasn’t really friendly when we came to pick up the car, felt like we were not welcomed. They told us to bring back the car by 5pm and when we did he told us it was 4pm, it wasn’t clear at all. So when we were back we had to pay for a FULL DAY more just because apparently we were 20mn of schedule ! We paid for everything for this “extra day”(insurance and all) and apparently there’s nothing they could do ….. we felt wronged and it left us with a bitter taste of this rental company. I will not come here again
It’s the second time we rent here, as The team at Guerin Almada are very efficient and helpful. We rented via the web and everything went smoothly! We highly recommend them !
Good cars, good prices, great location for quick getaway via A2 north or south, easily accessible from LIsbon by public transport (ferry then tram) - much better than picking up at airport. Very helpful staff (especially Rui Silva).

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Betreuung. Das Auto war sauber und entsprach der vereinbarten Größe. Maut-Regeln wurden detailliert Erläutert. Toller Service, gerne wieder.
Ao devolver a Viatura, notei que minha Carrinha de serviço, estava sem Carga na Bateria. Em posse do cabo para conectar a outra bateria e dar a partida para sair do sufoco, pensei que GIERIN fosse ajudar-me. Pois, havia acabado de devolver a Viatura locada por 3 dias. Ocorre que eles simplesmente NÃO AJUDARAM-ME. Logo, busquei ajuda na CONCORRENTE HERTZ, que imediatamente se propuseram a ajudar-me e ai, resolveram comigo em 3min... Muito obrigado HERTZ! Porque embora não tenha sido cliente dessa respeitosa empresa, infelizmente, conseguiram me ajudar a voltar para casa e para minha família... Quando uma empresa mostra humanidade a cliente de concorrente, mostra seu enorme valor e o quanto é superior! Grato por tudo HERTZ!

The service at the counter is completely personalized and very friendly. This store is flawed because they never answer the phone, everything has to be resolved in person and for this reason it cannot be rated 5 stars.

Entregam me o carro com 1/4 depósito e quando entreguei tinha quase o depósito cheio , nao foram capazes de ter em ATENÇÃO isso, não atendem chamadas ao cliente, horários redusidissimos. Mau atendimento
