One person being served, very slow processes, I arrived with 3 people ahead of me, 25 minutes ago and I still have 1 to serve and one to be served, before it is my turn. Very bad experience, although the employee seems to be very competent and friendly.

It was my first time renting a car and the experience was very good. The employee who helped me, Filipe, was very professional and attentive. I recommend him. However, there should be an option to pay not only by Visa, but also by debit card.
