Since May 18th I have had a problem caused by a vehicle rental from your company Manobra Ribalta. I was identified as the driver of a vehicle that I did not rent or drive and they want me to pay the tolls. Every time I call you they say that they will speak to your lawyer and after 3 months they still haven't managed to speak to that lawyer! Quite honestly I feel very angry and frustrated with all the disregard that you are showing in this situation!
