Easy and affordable. Good service overall
We rented a Citroen Cactus from YOR Car at Faro airport to get around during our 10 day vacation with 2 children (6 and 1). It was great that we could rent child seats with the car at a reasonable price. The car was in perfect condition. Only the air conditioning didn't work, which we only noticed the day after our arrival. We were then able to exchange the car easily at the next YOR Car location. The staff at YOR car were all, without exception, very friendly, helpful and courteous. The next time we come to Portugal and need a rental car, we will rent through YOR Car again.
We love YOR car. We are repeat users and they have been great to deal with while providing very good rates. No hassling about buying extra insurance. Fast easy pick up and drop at Faro airport. We have never had a bad car, always new or nearly new. We'll be back again. Thank you

This place is has only shabby and almost broken cars. They are incredibly loud, rude and threatening. They rely on hidden fees and they scam you on insurance. This company is worse than RyanAir

Após ter a chave na mão e ter bloqueado cartão de crédito, Pediram nos a devolução da viatura uma vez que não podíamos sair mais 250 km da fronteira com Espanha. Onde na reserva fomos completamente esclarecedor com o nosso destino.

A melhor agência de aluguer do Algarve. Experimentámos um grande serviço, o carro estava perfeito, e o atendimento foi muito simpático. Sem dúvida, é uma experiência a ser repetida!
Uma só estrela sem dúvidas. A pior do Portugal
Onlangs een auto gehuurd en niets verkeerds op aan te merken. Ze kwam de auto bij ons hotel brengen en daar alle papieren ingevuld en we hebben haar wel nog even bij haar auto afgezet. Toen we weg gingen de sleutel bij de receptie afgegeven en ze halen de auto ook weer op. Goede service! De auto was een zo goed als nieuwe Citroen C3, leuke wagen en lekker zuinig. Iets meer dan 100 euro voor 3 dagen inclusief verzekering betaald, oftewel totaal niet duur. Wij hebben ook vervelende ervaringen met auto-huur in het buitenland maar hier was niets op aan te merken. Als we terugkomen huren we weer bij hun!
