I was very well looked after, they gave me a Fiat type van, it was very well looked after and with a half deposit. The prices are a bit high but justifiable.

Avoid!!!!!!! (For the agency near Lisbon airport) Zero organization. Arrived at 7 p.m. at the airport, no one to wait for us at the airport, no place before 8:30 p.m., in the agency's only 8-seater shuttle which goes back and forth, because there were too many people to take at the same time. As a result, we were made to pay an “out of hours” tax because we were picked up after 8 p.m. (normal closing time of the rental agency). We got our car at 10 p.m., we waited 3 hours with our 2 children and on top of that we had to pay a tax. Staff who don't even apologize. Total rubbish. (There were about ten families of us who were scammed with an out-of-time tax while we were all waiting for the shuttle before 7:15 p.m.) In short, absolutely avoid
