Very friendly and honest
I would like to alert all customers to information that was not given verbally and then they charge extra kilometers when the van is delivered. (The person feels cheated) I rented a Fiat van, registration number 18-UB-34, with dry tires and a poor handbrake. You can only put the van in gear and it will hold!... A vehicle like that should not even be rented to anyone. I would like to alert you to the complaints book.
Excellent option for renting vans/cargo vans (the vehicle we rented, but I believe it will be the same for other options). Super personalized and attentive service. Unbeatable prices, well below the competition. Tip: calling the office directly, instead of booking through the website, helps you get exactly what you're looking for (the van you needed wasn't available, but Mr. Flávio didn't rest until he found us a solution, and this in less than 24 hours... 5 *****). Experience at the Corroios branch.
