We planned a trip Dalhousie Dharamshala Amritsar in May 2023. We hired Innova crysta which was well maintained by our driver Sonu Singh ji. The driver arrived on time and helped us with all the sight seeing. Considering the zig zag and steep turns in himachal , Sonu ji drove the car safely. My kid fell sick, he made sure that he drove us right in front of gate/point in peak market area, for our comfort. He is professional driver cum guide and kind hearted person. Disappointed with Driver and service. 1. Didn t put on AC even on non hill area when we had booked AC car. 2. He parked car half a mile away every time to save parking fare. 3. Out of the total travel time, he was on phone more than half of time. After advising from the company to use hands free still continued to talk over phone. You can t expect someone to drive single handed in the hilly region of Dalhousie. 4. Tried to avoid tourist places. To show tea garden he just shown from car some random garden and moved away. 5. Arrogant driver and won t recommend again. Created big headache.

For us as a couple, Etios driven by Mr. Rinka was given. Car condition was good. Driver was good. What I liked was that Mr. Nishan was calling daily about the ride and asked for feedback. Even My driver was not operating AC for most of the route as he said that its cold and ac drive is not recommended. But i thought it wud have been better if he cud have operated on ac/heater rather than allowing cold air of outside. For this also, Mr. Nishan after the trip told me that I should have told him about the issue and he was sorry for this. Overall, I would recommend this CarRental to everyone. Nice clean car and nice service.

Nishaan car travels ace in their field as they have such amicable staff. Nishaan himself is best when it comes to driving, showing around, and giving brief of each place we visit...I along with my family booked the cab for 2 days for a trip to Amritsar, Katra. It was a pleasant trip. He showed us around all the famous spots. He also took us to the famous restaurants in Punjab to make us taste the delicacy of Punjab including Kulcha Land and Haweli. He also took us to for shopping to shops who charge you very reasonable.

What an excellent service that was provided by Nishan Ji. He collected us from Amritsar airport at 3am and looked after us for 5 full days covering 1000km and 4 cities. Despite the atrocious weather at times he remained cheerful and ensured we reached our next hotel safely. He gave great advice on where to eat as well as things to see and ensured the trip ran as smoothly as possible. I can heartily recommend Nishan as a driver and guide for both experienced and new travellers to India. The car was always clean and well stocked with bottles of water. He ensured that we even experienced eating safely roadside and trying things like sugar cane juice.

Our trip was unplanned one which was incorporated suddenly almost in a very short notice we were doubtful that our trip would turned to be sucessful ..but however we were delighted with the service provided from Nishan Travels ... We had started our journey from Amritsar to Mcleodganj at Himachal Pradesh. And Nishan Singh from Nishan Car Rentals had been appointed for us. I wish I could provide more than 5 stars for Nishant. From the time I contacted Nishant (got his number on internet), his behavior has been thoroughly professional. I hired him for our day trip to Amritsar in the month of Nov 2019. I had family including kids reaching Amritsar in the morning 8:30 am and departing from Amritsar on the same day. We wanted to cover the Golden temple, Jallianwala bagh, and Atari border retreat ceremony. I was deeply concerned about the timings as we had out bus leaving at 6:40 pm. I give full credit to Nishant to execute the plan dispite of heavy rush. He guided us with his tips to be on time, and also made us taste the Authentic Amritsari Kulcha.
