Hun auto gehuurd via B&B Casa Flamenga. Een nieuwe Hyundai 10i meegekregen, het reed echt zeer soepel doorheen kronkelige baantjes! Top service, vriendelijke personeel, het was All-in dus geen zorgen over ditjes of datjes. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Simpelweg fantastisch. Zonder gedoe rijd je hier met je huurauto weg en net zo probleemloos lever je m in. Echt een verademing in de wereld van autoverhuur. Ons kinderzitje was gratis. Dit is een absolute aanrader.

Die Autovermietung funktioniert komplett problemlos. Ich habe vom 04.08 bis 14.08.2024 in der Nähe meinen Urlaub verbracht. Für bereits 80 EUR bekommt man entweder einen FIAT Panda oder einen VW Up als Mietauto. Das Auto muss nicht am selben Tag zurückgegeben werden, sondern man kann es bis am nächsten Tag um 08:00 behalten. Die Autos sind sehr neuwertig (erst 35.000km) und sehr gepflegt. Dort würde ich immer wieder ein Auto mieten.

Très content davoir loué avec eux, très bon accueil à laéroport, une empreinte de 50 est faite pour les éventuelles dépenses liées aux péages et le restant est remboursé ensuite, véhicule récent et propre pas de surcoût supplémentaires par rapport a ce qui est annoncé. Vous pouvez leur faire confiance.

Un servicio excelente. Te esperan en el aeropuerto de Faro, los trámites ágiles y con todas las facilidades, la persona que nos recibió atenta y muy simpática. El vehículo perfecto. Después de buscar en muchas compañías, aquí por un precio muy razonable te entra todo y te dan la seguridad y tranquilidad para disfrutar de tus vacaciones sin sustos de última hora. Recomiendo cien por cien.

Excelent acceuil nous ont apporté lauto à lhôtel. Une Seat Ibiza neuve pour 260 euros 5 jours. Il faut ajouter 5 euros pour l autoroute et une caution de 50 euros. Mais ce nest pas necessaire vous pouvez rester sur la n125. Tout est compris meme un 2ieme conducteur. Merci a eux car Europcar na pas su nous trouver une. Voiture. Il fallait attendre 2 jours. Et le prix était plus 60 euros plus cher pour je ne sait quelle garantie et un seul conducteur.

Prima verhuurbedrijf. Geen kleine lettertjes, geen gepush over allerlei verzekeringen. Gewoon een auto reserveren, afhalen en gaan met die banaan. Geen voor- en nacontrole mbt krassen/deuken of de benzinestand. Altijd verstandig om zelf even wat fotos te maken. Overigens totaal niet nodig gehad. Dus kortom: aanrader. Hier komen we de volgende keer weer terug als we in Armação zitten

Dit jaar voor de 3e keer een auto gehuurd bij Auto Rocha, een bijna nieuwe bus met nog geen 3000 kms. Even zoeken naar P4 en dan staan er vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers die je helpen. Geen moeilijke zaken m.b.t. verzekeringen of maximale kms. En als je vakantie voorbij is lever je de wagen in, alles in wederzijds vertrouwen en binnen 5 dagen staat het te veel betaald voorschot voor de tolweg alweer op je rekening. een ECHTE aanrader dit verhuur bedrijf.

Compagnie de location de voiture au top du top! Tout est simple avec eux! Lassurance est comprise dans le prix de la location, vous réglez comme vous voulez (cash / CB crédit ou CB débit)! Le kilométrage est illimité! Nous avons eu pour 12 jours une peugeot 108 de 30 000 km en parfait état ! Cest simple aussi pour récupérer la voiture sur le parking P4 de laéroport de Faro et pour la rendre, le personnel est adorable! Je recommande Autorocha ! Franchement il ny a pas photo avec toutes autres compagnies par lesquelles jétais passée avant!

De auto stond klaar op P4 op vliegveld faro. 3 minuten lopen van aankomst hal. Dus niet met een busje naar een andere locatie. Medewerker stond ook al te wachten, want wist vluchtnummer. Dus ook niet melden bij het meldpunt op P4. De medewerker kwam op ons af omdat we zoekende waren. Hij vertelde ons dat de auto op het parkeer terrein stond, en liep er naar. Keurige auto, en schoon gemaakt. Vriendelijke uitleg over de auto, en de in te vullen papieren. Ik maakte fotos van de (kleine) beschadigingen op de auto, maar medewerker vertelde mij dat dit niet nodig is, omdat ik de full service had, en dus volledig verzekerd was, behalve sleutels en banden. Het blokje waar de schades op het formulier worden aangetekend werd duidelijk door gekruist. Geen gedoe over extra verzekeringen en aangeven waar een plekje met schade zit. Auto heeft een tolpas voor de autowegen meet tol. Hiervoor 50,00 borg. Wat over is wordt terug gestort, teveel gebruikt, wordt van je creditcard afgeschreven. Betaling verrichten met betaalautomaat. Al met al zeer snel geregeld, en vlot op pad. Na einde huur periode, auto gewoon weer terug zetten op P4. En klaar! Geen gedoe over een krasje of pitje. Zo relax een auto huren, is mij niet eerder overkomen. Dus als je naar Faro vliegt, huur een auto bij Autorocha. Wat een vriendelijke mensen en prima service!

We tried to hire a car on the same day but we struggled to find one. But luckily autorocha went beyond and managed to find a car for us. Very friendly staffs, we had a very good experience. Also, I left my sunglasses in the car and I emailed them. They were very kind enough to send it through delivery to my home address. I am very pleased with their customer service, 100% recommened.

Tout parfait, voiture impeccable et neuve, un jeune homme très sympathique nous attendait et nous a remis les clés sur le parking de laéroport dès notre arrivée. Pratique leur système de réservation avec assurance sans franchise, et pas doption à prendre en plus.

Pas très contente de la prestation, on avait réservé pour 6 jours mais il ne compte pas comme nous. 1 jour compte de lheure de prise de la voiture au lendemain suivant à la même heure. A la fin du compte vous perdez 1 jour. Voiture cabossée et pneus arrière pas en super état et la personne qui nous a remis le véhicule était pressé et nous a laissé entre les mains dune autre personne (pas très commercial).

Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal, gute und zuverlässige Autos, reibungslose Fahrzeugübergabe direkt am Flughafen, also rundum so wie wir uns das vorstellen. Wir werden auch in 2023 wieder kommen und wieder bei Autorocha buchen.

We huren hier steeds het kleinste model als we naar de Algarve komen. Altijd erg correct en zonder poespas. Aankomen naar P4 stappen en binnen de 15 minuten zit je in je huurwagen op weg naar je logies.

Top autocar verhuur center. Al 3 maal in het verleden een wagen gehuurd bij deze firma en nu opnieuw een wagen gehuurd voor de maand mei. De service bij aan komst op een bepaalde parking en het inleveren bij vertrek is top. Geen malefide praktijken achteraf of je moet die en die verzekering extra nemen. Neen 300% betrouwbare firma aan de Algarve. Autoricha is top.

Sehr zuverlässiger, unkomplizierter Autovermieter. Besonders die Übergabe am Flughafen in Faro geht sehr schnell innerhalb von ein paar Minuten. Die Rückgabe geht noch schneller. Wagen abstellen, Schlüssel im Wagen lassen, gehen. Versicherungen sind ohne Selbstbeteiligung inklusive. Es gibt keine langen Verkaufsdiskusionen.

Quick response and easy booking via email at a better price than any of the large chains operating at Faro Airport. Hired a clean and modern Fiat Panda with zero excess to pay in case of any scratches/dings offered as standard. The electronic reader for tolls is recommended and is fair and simple- some companies profit from this by charging per day but Autorocha charge 5 for the whole reservation. Simple pick up and drop off at Car Park 4, a less than five minute walk from the terminal building.

Good communication and they dropped off and picked up from our hotel. No hidden extras, the price they quoted is what we paid. We hired 2 booster seats which were 2.50 euro each. Some places were 5.0 euro each. Would recommend them.

Cea mai buna firma de inchirieri masini din Algarve. Am fost extrem de multumiti de colaborarea cu Auto Rocha, si ii recomandam cu drag la toti. Am rezervat o masina mica, cu doua usi, pentru ca eram doar doua persoane, fara aer conditionat. Aveau cele ami bune preturi. Si am primit un ford Ka cu Aer Conditionat, am fost extrem de multumiti, ca am primit AC. Am platit cash la primirea masinii, nu a fost necesar sa ne retina excess iar ulterior am platit cu cardul de credit taxele de autostrada care au fost calculate corect. Am luat masina de la un agent care ne astepta la aeroport in P4, vorbea perfect limba engleza. Politica de combistibil e cat sepoate de lejera, trebuie sa duci masina inapoi cu aproximativ aceeasi cantitate cu care ai primit-o, deci floare la ureche. La returnare am lasat masina in parcare, atata tot. Daca ne vom intoarce in Portugalia cu siguranta vom inchiria masina de la Auto Rocha.
