I rented it and received very good service. Nothing to complain about.

Their service was impeccable. I rented the car for the first time and they explained everything to me. When I returned it, everything went well. I am very satisfied.

I rented a van that needed to have a 17m3 load capacity and they gave me a 14.5m3 one. I didn't use the transport except from the location to my house and I returned the van with 22 km. I returned the van and they gave me one with the necessary capacity to pick up at the end of the day. They called me a few hours later to cancel and now they don't want to refund the amount paid. They kept the amount on my credit card for more than 5 days with a certain pleasure because we complained about the service and some of the employees. Shameful!!!! We're going to have to go to court for €335.79. There are already complaints on Facebook as serious as mine...

The employee clarified all my doubts, giving me good advice so that we could rent a van, being very friendly and showing flexibility in terms of schedules...
