Overall, everything went well. I booked a car on the rentacars app, but for some reason I couldn't buy full insurance. When I arrived at the office, the amount of full insurance was almost three times higher! So I decided not to buy insurance. The car was delivered with damage, but all the damage was listed in the contract. Overall, a positive experience. The manager was polite. So I can recommend this company! Thank you very much!

What a scam! They saw a small scratch on the paint, they said we had done it, and they made us pay €180 for the repair! Incredible!
