Quelle deception ! Nous louons une voiture sur le site dAvis.com pour Aveiro. Voiture sur le site disponible, donc compte bancaire débité. Arrivés pour recupérer la voiture à lagence dAveiro, la voiture nétait pas disponible et même pas de voiture du tout. Commercialment cest très moyen. De plus lemployé au comptoir dAvis, na pas été concerné par notre situation. ET ce dernier na pas chercher de solutions,. Heureusement que votre confrère Monsieur Guerin, situé en face de votre agence, a su nous aider.
