If I could give 0 stars, I would. Unfortunately, I came to rent a vehicle through my insurance company, and this vehicle was damaged. I was charged €100 for cleaning a vehicle that was damaged, and another €100 for the accident with the vehicle, even though my insurance was comprehensive and after clarifying my doubts, my insured found out that there was nothing to pay. This is a truly unreliable rental company. I do not recommend it. Find another rental company, you will have a headache renting your car here.

I rented a car in March and had to pay tolls, which was not planned. I asked for a bill for the expenses. They sent me the invoice and charged my credit card. The next day they sent me the IBAN so I could transfer the amount of the invoice. As I didn't know they had already charged me, I paid again. This is how serious this company is!!!

I made the payment and unfortunately I didn't realize that I would have to leave €1,500. I had already made the payment for the amount of €35.95. I had to cancel the rental of the car and the lady who was at the counter gave me a contact number to call to request a refund of the amount I had paid. I called and was told that it wasn't for that number, that I would have to send an email requesting a refund. But they already told me that 10% of that amount would be deducted. A tremendous shame.

Good evening, The service leaves something to be desired, the lady has a serious face, no smile, it makes you want to leave straight away, and I also had to call my insurance company because there was a mistake and I turned to the entrance door, which is made of glass and mirrors, and the lady who was helping me made a face in my direction, it was unlucky to see it, I even thought it was funny at the time, but very unprofessional. The process to pick up the car is quick. When I got to the car, a beautiful Fiat station wagon, I got in the car, it smelled of tobacco, the car is for the family, including my daughter, the other lady who brought me to the vehicle looked at me and said that smoking was not allowed, so why did it smell of tobacco? I asked, when the cleaning was done, didn't you notice? I was waiting for a solution, nothing. I took the car, what can I do, the drive wasn't bad at all. This criticism is for improvement, so the person who usually responds with irony and unfounded excuses, doesn't need to come and show their face. Because where there's smoke, there's fire, if they don't accept criticism to improve then it's because they're not a good company.

A bit of a bumpy start but they sorted everything the best they could. Very helpful and nice. Good and recent cars.

Waited for almost an hour to drop a rental off. Only 1 person attending and a line outside.
