I strongly advise against the Aveiro agency, the agency manager has no know-how bordering on insulting. I canceled my reservation when I arrived and went to sixt. A word to the wise!!!

Interesting quotes regarding the rental. Regarding the service, I would give a very negative rating regarding customer care, on the phone it seems like we are calling a private individual, they do not show any interest in wanting to serve the customer, they responded arrogantly and rudely and even made fun of the situation. A place I will definitely not return to again. I am talking about the agency in Aveiro, I do not know the others!
