Incorrect information, abusive charges and limited fleet selection! This car rental company charges 2 euros per day for use of the toll tag. Even if you only use the toll booth once and rent the car for two days, you will be charged 4 euros in addition to the toll fee! This has never happened to me! The same applies to the insurance excess: it is very high but can be reduced by paying 15 euros per day! Also be careful with the information given at the counter - they said that the tank was full, which was not the case when you returned the vehicle (the employee who delivers it is not the one who records it at the counter). Always take a photo and report the situation immediately. Finally, at the counter they said that the hybrid vehicle could be charged at an electric station because it had a cable... needless to say, hybrid vehicles do not work like that!
They don't answer the landline at the Aveiro counter. I called 10 times in 2 hours (4/6 pm) on Friday, without success. I also wonder, how is it possible that a Rent a Car counter is closed on the weekend, when I wanted to return the car, since they didn't answer me on Friday, when I wanted to return the vehicle?? I don't need the vehicle over the weekend and I'll have to keep it for another 2 days. Does that make sense?
I have rented a car a few times from Turiscar, the old location. The new location is not functional: it is far from the cars, both when picking up and dropping them off, and the employee often has to close the store to pick up/pick up the cars. The Via Verde system is only available on one of the rental days and the fee is charged for all the days: this is not correct. A car with unmarked damages, if I had not been careful and had not documented it on my own, I would have been charged for it upon delivery… There is some work to be done to improve the service
The Sales Department in Lisbon works poorly. Rude. They have vehicles on the website. I asked for 7 and they always answered the same thing in the same way: "we don't have any availability". I asked why they are on the website for reservations, and they answered "we don't have any availability". I don't know why they have the vehicles online.

Great place to rent a car. The two workers I met during my visit were both very helpful and explained everything very clearly. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking to rent a car for a good price with good customer service.
Nice people, TERRIBLE SERVICE, to the point of delivering a vehicle that looks like it had been in a rally, full of dust, and only after the second pass through the washing machine, something not much came out, and they still say that it was not necessary to wash it upon delivery, as if I would drive the car like that, with the front window not properly cleaned inside, the dashboard full of dust, the upholstery full of stains, the carpets smelling bad, the trunk afraid of the vacuum cleaner, in short, the worst rental company I have ever worked with. HORRIBLE

Ao fazer a recepção da viatura alugada, verifiquei que a mesma estava bastante suja, após confrontar o funcionário, foi-me fornecida outra viatura que estava ainda mais suja. Após ter recusado, foi proposto a deslocação à lavagem e aspiração, tendo decorrido entre a chegada a Rent a car e ter a viatura disponível, cerca de 2 horas, nunca mais alugo lá carro.
Tem pessoas,muito simpáticas e profissionais.

Usufrui de um serviço de veículo de substituição através da Seguradora. Explicaram-me tudo o que tinha que saber. Atendimento foi bom, o problema foi quando entreguei a viatura no dia seguinte. Aparentemente a viatura foi-me entregue com o depósito de combustível cheio e comprovei isso quando me entregaram a viatura. De facto, o ponteiro indicava que a viatura estava atestada, mas, todos nós sabemos que podemos fazer, 50, 60 ou 70 km´s e o ponteiro indica que o depósito está cheio. No dia seguinte, fui atestar o depósito. Quando cheguei ao posto de combustível da marca mais barato no mercado, tinha feito 44 km´s. Paguei 12.10 para acabar de atestar o depósito. 12.10 para fazer 44 km´s? Cheguei ao balcão e expôs a situação de que não me foi entregue a viatura com depósito atestado e que tinha gasto 12.10 para encher o depósito. Depois de feitas as médias e mais uma outra justificação, informaram-me que tinha feito 57 km´s. Desde o posto de combustível até ao balcão da Turiscar, são +/- 3 km´s. Depois de algumas justificações, informaram-me que poderia ser da deslocação que a Turiscar fez com a viatura a uma estação das lavagens dos automóveis. Pois é, mas não deveria ser. Daí eu considerar um péssimo serviço. Ainda durante o dia de hoje, irei reclamar junto da Turiscar e da Seguradora sobre esta situação.

Serviço péssimo! Pessoas mal formadas, com cara de sono às 12h e com ar de que nos estão a fazer um favor, já para nao falar do espaço que está completamente decadente! Não recomendo! As seguradoras deviam avaliar melhor as condições dos parceiros de negócio! Deplorável!
