Ecomobile Rent a Car em Aveiro

I had a voucher to use, as I needed to go to Spain, I used the voucher, when I was about to leave the employee told me that I could not leave mainland Portugal. In the meantime, I asked to cancel the contract as I did not need the car as I was going to have to go to Spain. They told me that if I had paid in cash they would give me a voucher, but since it was with a voucher they no longer pay. As a result, Susana from Ecomobile even apologized saying, "Don't forget that yesterday we went to Aveiro on purpose and came back. Those are costs... Petrol and time." That's how they earned €100. And the guy who went told me that he didn't even work there, he was just doing me a favour. So this company is out of line for me, as I feel like I was being robbed, because if €100 is nothing to them, it is to other people. THIS IS HOW THEY LOSE CUSTOMERS

Hello! We wanted to rent a car! When the contract was ready to be signed and the credit card processing was completed, I wasn't informed in a word that I had a deductible of 6,750 euros!!!!!!!!! When I read that in the contract, I canceled everything! For me this is not a serious company!

If you are in Portugal and you are looking for a car rental company, you absolutely have to avoid Ecomobile. They offer cheap prices but you can't trust them; I rented a car with them and they deceived me and my friends, just because we were young and foreign. it's full of better and more reliable companies, so look for another company!

Looks like a cheaper option but with hidden costs you pay much more than better known companies. Would avoid.
