Efficient rental service with excellent customer service.

Extreme bad experience Movyng car rental Aveiro. I paid, deposit went to the middle of nowhere to pick up a car, and there was nobody, although Discovery told me, that there would be people waiting. Than i had to col to Lisbon Headquaters then they found the lady. She told wanted me to send the voucher and I did. It took an hour and half to get the answer to cancel the reservation, because they were closed at the moment of reservation. Very bad anti-proactive approach, strongly not reccomend

Had a great experience with Moving car rental they went above with courtesy and professionalism and were very flexible in changing our vehicle to something..cooler..in thier lot ...would use them again
