Great service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The staff (Bruno) was friendly and simplified all the process. The car was in perfect state. The price was very good. *Note:* It's not totally clear, but Sixt is placed inside Carby building, in the 1st floor (there's a road ramp to the 1st floor). Rented with Flizzr which is part of the Sixt group, I wasn't aware.
It's one of my favorite places to rent a car. The cars are clean and well maintained. Also, Bruno and Fred were both very friendly and very helpful. I was able to call them to change my current reservation and set a new one while I was driving to a meeting. I go there because I feel I can get great service and great prices.

Oct 23: My experience was 5 stars. Got a great car for a competitive price online. On the day, I dealt with Bruno, he was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Had a week long hire of Seat Arona and had zero issues collecting or returning. I've hired cars lots in Portugal but this was my first time in Aveiro and I'd happily hire a car at Sixt again. (Useful info : its located on the edge of the town centre, about a 20 mins walk or 5 mins taxi from the train station... reception office is on the first floor, just walk up the ramp... )

Recomendo para quem necessita de alugar um automóvel ligeiro ou outros veículos, staff super simpático carro em ótimo estado condições de contrato de aluguer acessíveis para todos é a segunda vez que utilizo estes serviços e certamente que continuarei com a sixt

Cela nest pas la première fois que je loue un véhicule au Portugal ainsi quà Aveiro... (Déjà plusieurs expériences) Cest la première fois que je loue avec SIXT et je suis ravie Jai téléphoné parceque jétais en retard (30 min) et la un monsieur me répond très gentiment... Arrivé sur place nous avons été accueilli par BRUNO, super gentil, accueillant, tout de suite très honnête dans la présentation du véhicule, les explications du contrat. TOP quand jai rendu le véhicule tout était clair, pas de surprise sur la facture ou déventuels frais supplémentaires... Merci BRUNO ça rassure... malheureusement au Portugal aujourdhui les agences de location de voitures ont mauvaises réputations et avoir à faire à vous me reconcili, me rassure pour les prochaines fois MERCI !!!! Je recommande A très vite

He devuelto un auto aqui en el mes de Mayo 2023. Un auto alquilado en Porto. Casi pierdo mi tren por un inconveniento al momento de la devolucion. He pasado uno de los momentos mas angustiantes de mis viajes. He recibido un auto todo rayado en el aeropuerto de Porto y al momento de la devolucion me quisieron cobrar por danos que no he realizado. El Sr Nuno quien atendio, mas que preocuparse por el cliente, solo ha prestado atencion a no perder su puesto de trabajo. Me ha impedido hablar por telefono con quien le habia indicado iniciar un reclamo de cobranza. Por favor alejate de esta compania.
Me cobraron dos veces el alquiler de un auto y mando infinidad de mails sin respuesta.
Muito mau. Numa viatura de substituição faturam 10 entrega por atraso por ser entregue às 17:26 sem terem avisado que a entrega é às 17:00. Facturaram a mim e um dia a mais à empresa que forneceu o carro de substituição. Se não se reclama, e a informação só é dada se pedirmos, recebem de nós e da empresa. Justificação: é tudo automático no programa de computador...
Um atendimento de excelência. Carro muito novo, super confortável, fui atendido pelo Gonçalo, com muita cortesia, simpatia, e profissionalismo. 5 estrelas para tudo!!!
