I didn't like it.
Terrible service, condescending attitude towards customers. Service provided at great cost and with little enthusiasm. There was not enough fleet, when the website had no information in this regard. They asked me for double the amount that had been shown to me when I booked online. Lack of information, justified with a shrug of the shoulders.
Terrible service. I have been to several Turiscar rental car companies and I have never had such unprofessional and cynical service twice in a row. The same ladies were there twice, one older and the other younger. The younger one helped me the first time and the second time. The first time they gave me a car in very bad condition, dirty. As soon as I had driven the car for 5 minutes, the tire lights came on. When I asked if they didn't have a car in better condition, she still gave me a bad look and cynical expression, saying she would see what she could do. The second time I went to the store to exchange it for another car, they fixed a dent in the car, saying it was me, even though there was no inspection when they gave it to me, they just said I had to sign all those papers. I must reiterate that I have been to the Corroios rental car company several times and they are extremely concerned about giving the best to the customer. They always ask me if I prefer a gearshift or automatic, taking every possible care. This rent a car in Barreiro has no consideration for the customer, they just want to give me the worst possible outcome. From what I see in the comments below, I believe that the superiors should take action, there are complaints after complaints.
The car was delivered covered in dust and had problems not recorded by Turiscar. It beeped every 50 km asking for an urgent service, made strange engine noises, and scratches on the car that I was told were on the car's damage report. I rent cars quite often and I have never received such poor service from the moment I picked up the car to the moment I returned it. The car was delivered in a rush, parked in the second row, blocking traffic, and the employee did not confirm the condition of the car, as is usual in this service. This seemed like a deliberate act of bad faith, considering what later transpired when it was returned. When I was delivered, I was told that the scratches and the mark of the tape removed from the license plate had been caused while I was with the car and that I would have to pay for the repairs, because there was no record of any damage and it had to have occurred in my hands. I was also told that it was my fault for not taking a photo of the car when it was delivered, so it was my word against theirs. I was charged 300 euros for scratches that can be seen in the photographs. In addition to the damage not justifying the value, it is also clear that an attempt had already been made to disguise the scratches by polishing the paint around them. A franchise of Turiscar and Budget that should embarrass the company, from the service provided by the employees to the condition of the vehicles.

5 star staff, super available, I really liked the friendliness and patience
It didn't go badly. But at the beginning they almost intimidate people into buying the proposed insurance. The eighth point of tension is checking for pre-existing damage to the car. It's like you're going around with a magnifying glass, and the same tension is felt when you deliver the car. In my opinion, all that pressure is exaggerated. But it actually went well.
