I was very careful, both on the website and on Facebook, to check the showroom's opening hours. I came from Setúbal on purpose to see the car and in the end the showroom was closed. I think you should be more careful with these small details. Thank you for your reply, but I believe it is your responsibility, not mine, to correctly display the opening hours of your establishment. Secondly, it is good that in Portugal all establishments are entitled to holidays, but the least you can do is give notice. Thirdly, I posted this feedback on this stand and another one, because the opening hours are incorrect. I wish you a great holiday, but as you know there are lots of stands, I will certainly find a better option. Thank you

The owner of the place was simply rude, leaving me waiting to see the cars. I asked to see the inside of the car and they told me they would bring it, but they left me without assistance. My family and I were there and, as we were not served, we had to leave amidst shouts from the owner, as we had parked our car inside the place, although there was no prohibition against doing so. I simply do not recommend it and I would like to leave my negative review for all Google users and my colleagues at the company. Take care.

My experience at this place was the worst, poor service, disdain and disregard. We waited for more than 10 minutes to be served, after a wait, a lady who was washing a car approached my husband but then left us and from then on no one spoke to her, remembering that at the time we were the only ones there to be served. They were extremely rude to my husband and I, practically throwing us out of the store when, as they did not pay us any attention, we decided to leave. At that moment the owner came up to us and very rudely and arrogantly said that we were in a private place. Private??? A store that serves the public??? The place does not have any type of notice clarifying whether or not the customer can enter with their car, considering that it is a car dealership with a large patio and open to the public. My criticism was due to the unwillingness of the only 3 people who were there to serve us (the owner, a lady, another gentleman...). The fact that we are from another country may have made them lose interest in serving us, and also taking into account that later the owner would make threats just because he received a review about the poor service provided by his company. Excuse me, sir, but when you have a company and it is open to the public, you are subject to positive and negative reviews. And when you receive a negative review, we do not threaten people, we try to correct the mistakes in the review and improve. This is the correct and honest attitude of a company that wants the best for its customers. What happened in your store, dear owner, was discrimination and prejudice, and that is what is worthy of a lawsuit.
