If I could, I would give it a zero. When the delivery was made in Braga, the gentleman who received the car was in a very bad mood until I needed a car for a few more days. He didn't even want to know or offer to try to help in the case. I turned to Europcar where I was treated very well.

Such a mixed experience. On car pick up Hugo was excellent. Easy to chat to and really really helpful, not trying to con me with extras and spoke to me as an equal not a salesperson. Also he did everything in his power to help me when I had messed up some of the paperwork. On return the man was less friendly and seemed really put out when I'd parked the car down the road in the only available slot. Overall it was dirt cheap and Hugo gave an excellent service so thanks. Also a warning for those not used to driving on this side of the road (silly Brits like me!). You come out onto fairly busy city motorways so make sure you have your route planned. I went straight to BOM jesus and it was a somewhat stressful first drive on the opposite side!

I received directions to this office as a location for Europcar. It is not Europcar. This is not the fault of Drivalia. The gentlemen there on the morning of May 9 was very kind to explain that Europcar had moved and was very kind to call a taxi for us and provided us with the correct address for Europcar. If this gentleman provides that level of service to Drivalia clients, those clients would be extremely happy !

Good morning! I have not yet picked up the vehicle I booked for Friday until Monday, but based on the way I was treated by the employee Hugo, I can already rate this company with 100% satisfaction. I am just mentioning here the very friendly and helpful manner of this same employee who gave a 5-star performance! I will return to write my review after the service provided by this company!

If you need to rent a car, look no further. They are friendly, amiable, competent, fast, hassle-free, HONEST. If you're honest, they will be too. Right from the start, they make you feel comfortable by explaining what is considered normal usage and what is not. What you can do, what you cannot. In essence, they won't hassle you like AVIS or HERTZ over a minor scratch on the bumper. And all with a smile! They are also helpful. If they can assist, they will. Not to mention, they are much cheaper...

Dravalia is still new in Braga. But I can only recommend using it. I rented a car for 24 hours. Since availability was good, I even got a better car than I paid for. Very good value for money. Very nice staff. No problems with collection or return. Opening hours are usually only until 6:30 p.m.! If you wish, the employees can stay until 7 p.m. if you want to return the car that day.
