Don't fall for this idea of ​​giving the card details! They make double and improper charges. They are very disorganized, there is no way to contact them, they do not answer the phone or respond to messages. I called the center explaining the improper charges and they ignored me, did not give me a claim number and said they would call me back. The phone at the Vigo airport store does not answer. There is no contact email. Once you provide your card details, there will be no way to contact you. I paid for an automatic car and they gave me a manual one (cheaper), I complained at the Vigo airport store but they didn't pay attention to me either.

Negatively

Not great. They only accept a credit card for the holding deposit. No cash, no debit card. I have a debit card linked to my account at a local bank but that didn't cut it.
