Great experience renting a car here! We were visiting the area for a short time and decided to rent a car last minute. When we arrived at the office, I just called the phone number on the door and he came to help us within a few minutes. Very quick and easy process despite our lack of Portuguese. Super kind and helpful! Thank you so much!

Bad customer service on the phone from the attendant. I just wanted to know the conditions required to rent, but they didn't even mention the conditions for renting. Both in terms of payment (credit card), insurance, and the minimum age for a driver's license (2 years or so). I don't recommend it and there are other places with better quality in Bragança.

I was waiting there for an hour because there was an info „I’ll be right back” on the door. I tried calling the number on the door, the MANAGER doesn’t speak any language other than Portuguese. During the phone call he hung up without a word and won’t answer a simple text message (in portuguese!!). I definitely DON’T recommend.

Rental manager who speaks neither French nor English, telling us that here we are in Portugal and that we must speak Portuguese. So the rental quickly stopped! In short, to avoid for foreigners.

5 star service. Very friendly and quick in the rental process, pick up and delivery of the vehicle. Good vehicle in excellent condition. I recommend it without a doubt;

Terrible service. I tried to book a car for 3 days. Check on the website the price say 135€ for 3 days. I call them they say 70€ per days (210€). I then go through with the booking online and they announce 180€ and it isn't possible to pay an insurance for less than 3 days. My Portuguese speaking boyfriend call this morning and it's 165€. Overall very rude people and poor service. Definitely won't book with them.
