We are incredibly grateful to have landed here with our van. We have never experienced service like this before. We are currently traveling through Portugal and unfortunately our turbo broke a few days ago. We were able to leave the car there and everything was checked professionally. We were informed about every step and everything was coordinated. Within 4 days, new parts were ordered, installed and we were able to pick up the bus repaired and even cleaned. Since we didn't have another car, my husband was even driven to our accommodation and picked up again. We are incredibly grateful for this commitment and service. Our first stress-free breakdown. Lack of professionalism, letting customers leave with a half-repaired car, bad advice during multiple calls only to end up having the vehicle towed once again, resulting in a second much higher bill. I strongly advise against this automobile garage.
