I rented a car 3 weeks ago and used my non embossed name and number credit card for the insurance deposit with no problem, after listening to them explaining how important it was to have their own full coverage insurance for more than 15 minutes… Nevertheless they brought the car, all wet, and asked me to take many many very detailed pictures because any additional damage, to a very scratched car with more than 80k km, was going to be charged from a price list that they had made me signed previously. I wanted to rent another car today and I made the reservation online. The rental was unusually very inexpensive (2€/day). When I went to the office, they wanted me to pay for their full coverage insurance instead of the one provided with a Visa international card. They said that they couldn’t accept a card with a name and number that was not embossed. The last time I saw somebody using one of those manual machines was many years back… On the other hand my card was perfectly good if I accepted their full coverage insurance which would have increased the price 6 times the price on the voucher. Of course I didn’t accept the deal and left. Read other reviews to see that this is a common practice. Don’t take chances going with the cheapest because it will ruin your day and maybe your trip. Go for the more recognizable names in the business. I have been renting all over Europe, US and South America and this company has been my worst experience by far (even worse than OPO Rent) To Klass Wagen: Please, don’t insult my intelligence answering me with a lie.
Really difficult review to write My booking was cancelled as I was ‘three hours late’ this is correct, I was, I booked the car from 0630 and got there at 0930 I was told I was a ‘no show’ and it was part of the t&c’s. As I booked through booking.com I received no notification nor have I ever come across this t&c, the cynical side of me says this is because it was Xmas break they wanted to sell the car again. However the manager (Dan) was very helpful in sorting me another car and i genuinely felt valued as a customer and we were put in line to receive our car. As I completed the paper work I was told that because I didn’t have a physical Mastercard CREDIT on me (I had two on my Apple Pay and a physical Amex on me and two master card debit cards) my booking could not be honoured. The guy taking it flipped and flopped in his explanation between this being because Apple Pay randomises numbers for refunds, I pointed out many other hire companies and other businesses have no problem, but in the end I had to book again on the rate that allowed me debit card which was twice the price of what I had agreed on booking. Took the car, it had 3/8 of a tank and was overdue a service but no main issues. Brought it back and the guy assessing it was great, friendly and professional, I didn’t have it in me to bring the above up. So all I’ll say is go prepared and be on time, they are cheap but I can see their business model is to catch people out in their t&c’s, worst part is the people enforcing them are just doing their jobs and aren’t empowered to change how Klass Wagen operate. I will be contacting my bank and booking to get the above rectified. I did however get a €6 voucher for returning the car with slightly more fuel than I put in. It can only be used on another booking with Klass Wagen so I will be gifting this to someone I do not like in the near future.

I rented from this company during my trip to Portugal. Overall, the experience was decent, but there were a few hiccups. First, I was charged an extra €30 for a late check-in, even though they advertise 24/7 service, which felt a bit unfair. The car itself was in good condition and the customer service was very friendly and helpful. However, we had to wait over 30 minutes at the airport for the shuttle, despite the company claiming it runs every 15 minutes. I ended up having to call their office, and after a further 10-minute wait, the shuttle finally arrived. Once the car was picked up, the rest of the process was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, the service was good, but they need to work on their punctuality and transparency regarding fees.
Nice service, the car was great. I had to wait a couple of pickup vans when I arrived at the airport as these were already full but otherwise everything went smooth, recommended.
We booked directly through KW, opted for the full coverage. We didn't get the car we wanted but we still got a newer car that got us where we needed to go. Quick process in and out. There is a petrol station about 7 minutes away but extremely busy to top it off before dropping it off. The shuttle was quick, we maybe waited 10 minutes for the ride to the airport. Would use them again. We did see some people having trouble but they booked through a 3rd party who's insurance doesn't cover the KW car, not KWs fault. It was theirs from not researching and asking questions. We researched for a couple of months and are very happy with the professionalism of KW Obrigado
I have recently used this company and it was the worst experience ever renting a car with them. So much I will never ever rent a car again and I would like to warn others to be very careful or *AVOID* this car rental company. If you believe you are saving money you will soon find out you are not after going through all the stress and hassle when they blame you for a scratch that was already there. The reasons why you should AVOID Klass wagen are also shared with others users like myself: First, they insisted about taking their full insurance which would cost me more than 100€ on top of what I had already paid with with a 3rd party in advance. Second, they wanted to refuse renting me a car because my name is different from my ID card. How? First and last name incorrect? Never had been an issue before! Finally, when they brought the car, considering that the model I was supposed to have was given to the next person and when I had questioned the excuse was there's no more of that model available. Unbelievable! I rented the car for only 2 days and as usual I take all the precautions to avoid any damage to the car and all the stress that comes with it. When I returned the car, they thoroughly checked the car in front of me as if they knew they were to find a scratch and so they did and that was a surprise to me as I had never seen a company thoroughly checking a car the way they did. I knew immediately they were up to no good. They showed me a scratch that magically appeared there and asked if I have pictures of the scratches. Unfortunately, I had lost my phone the day before and so all the images I had of the scratches while the car was in my possession. Luckily for me I claimed the money off the Insurance but I had to go through all the emotional stress to get this resolved. It seems though some scratches magically appear and/or do not get register and so they rely on the user's distraction to claim more money than they would have otherwise gained with only renting a car. I am not the only person to have gone through this experience and there is a pattern that needs to be watched. My advice to new users is, be very careful or AVOID using this car rental. It seems they have systems in place to try and get money off you and they heavily rely on client's distractions like no images/proofs to be able to succeed in blaming you for the scratches.
Overall service and price was great. They were insisted about the full insurance of theirs but i had already made it much more cheaper 3rd party insurance before renting. When they deliver the car they have not told me and show me the scratches etc just gave me the key. After i returned the car they told me did you scratch this lower corner do you have any pictures ? Luckily i recorded a video of the whole car before get in and i showed him. What if i did not record that video ? I think they were going to blame me about that. My suggestions is that before getting the car take a video or pictures of the exterior and the interior just to be in safe side.

Não aceita o seguro feito na enjoy Travel(website onde fiz a locação), tive que pagar mais 260 euros. Quando é feito o seguro pela e enjoy Travel eles fazem vc assinar um termo em que os Danos nos veículo tornem se multa, então não tem cobertura por nenhum seguro. Carro cheio de problemas luzes acessas no painel, veículo com mais de 70.000km Não caiam nesse golpe. Eles tem uma equipe treinada para aplicar golpes!
Fiz simulação para aluguer de viatura e surpreendemente peguei 14 por 5 dias de aluguer. Pesquisei bem nas condições as franquias e todas aquelas questões que nos preocupam habitualmente nos alugueres, seguros, etc e aceitei confirmar o meu aluguer. No ato de levantamento foi-me proposto um seguro de quase 300 para cobertura total/isenção das franquias. Caso contrário bastaria apenas um risco ou um dano com dimensão de 1cm para pagar 900 !! Basta ir na estrada e saltar uma pedra ou alguém riscar o carro e no mínimo 900 vão à vida. Cuidado com esta tabela de preços de danos.

Essa locadora é uma cilada. FUJAM! Quando cheguei para buscar o carro, a locadora só libera se você pagar um seguro CARÍSSIMO (280 euros ou 3000 euros de caução) para te liberarem o veículo. Argumentei que já havia pagado um seguro (680 reais) pelo portal mas ainda assim queriam me cobrar esse outro seguro. Eles sinalizaram que esse primeiro seguro não tem nada a ver com eles e que poderíamos cancelar, mas que ainda precisaríamos pagar o seguro deles no local para retirarmos o veículo. Um absurdo pois eles vendem um veículo barato mas na hora de retirar, o barato sai caro (e muito caro). De 14 euros para 294 euros. Além dessa propaganda enganosa com o valor, fechamos um carro no porte do T-ROC e nos entregaram um outro um pouco menos (pelo menos de porta mala) para nossa viagem.

La peor empresa de alquiler de coches, te obligaban a un seguro CARÍSIMO (el doble de lo que cobran otras empresas por vehículos de más categoría, por ende más caros) , auto en mal estado, y pretenden que devuelvas el depósito lleno (lo normal es que con seguro devuelvas la gasolina como quieres como hacen TODAS las compañías que operan en España donde alquilo de forma regular) no recomiendo y nunca más contrataría con ellos.
Péssimo! Tudo é um engano! Funcionários que enganam o cliente ocultando informacoes importantes do contrato. Mentem sobre as condições contratuais. As cláusulas do contrato não são apresentadas de forma clara ao cliente. Não reconhecem seguro feito fora da sua alçada levando o cliente a contratar um seguro mais caro no local. Deviam ser proibidos de operar em Portugal!
Booked 3 day car hire, from Lisbon the flight was delayed.They had the flight details and knew it was delayed as other passengers were on the plane and were allowed on the transfer shuttle. The team on the phone and ground where very unhelpful, just shrugging shoulders and telling me the car had gone and I had been designateda no show. How you are supposed to tell them in mid air by calling them lord only knows. They made no effort to contact or to be honest care.No offer of another car or a further new booking. They left me stranded at 11pm on 30 December at the airport a further hour from my hotel. Probably because they were too lazy to prepare a car. Absolutely, appalling and would not recommend or ever use again. Use Europcar, much more amenable and helpful. Thanks for nothing Klass Less Wagen.

Rented this tiny monster (fiat 500) with my partner from KW in Lisbon. Great experience and very transparent transaction indeed. Katia helped us with the booking and the paper work and she was very nice. One of the best rental experience even though this car was a gas monster and a lot of £ spent on gas. The return process was simple and massive thanks and shout out to Younnes, he was very friendly and professional. 10/10 for the service and the staff!
Make sure you read your contract with Klass Wagen. They ask you to have embossed credit card to pay the deposit which is BS and they force you to take their full assurance package. My sales representative was Paolo Rebucas and I didn t enjoy my experience with him.
Péssima experiência. PROPAGANDA ENGANOSA E ABUSIVA!! Fazem parceria para vender o serviço por 14 euros e quando vamos pegar o carro o preço fica em 290 euros por conta do seguro. Compramos seguro pelo site de locação (pagamos 100 euros pela rentalcars) e quando chega aqui na locadora eles dizem que esse seguro não é válido e oferecem um seguro de 270 euros ou caução de 3 mil euros MAIS pagamento mínimo de 450 euros por QUALQUER DANO, inclusive pneu furado. Fujam dessa locadora, não vale a pena!!!! Nota ZERO

Dans la continuité des commentaires précédent je vous conseille déviter à tout prix ce prestataire malhonnête. Franchise exorbitante de 3900euros, technique de vente agressive dans le sens où le choix nest pas laissé et que si le véhicule a une rayure dun cm la franchise sera retenue. Le seul objectif est de forcer lachat de lassurance par pression. Personnel administratif désagréable. Situé à 20min de laéroport, grosse perte de temps et dénergie car nous avons fait le choix de fuir.

Não recomendo, visto que não quisemos fazer seguro contra todos os riscos não quiseram aceitar o cartão de crédito porque o primeiro nome estava abreviado no cartão. Não me ajudaram a fazer nova reserva estive de me ir embora alugar um carro em outra agência . I do not recommend it, as we did not want to take out insurance against all risks, and they refused to accept the credit card because the first name was abbreviated on the card. They did not help me make a new reservation, so I had to leave and rent a car at another agency.
Avoid this company This company is a scam. The staff appear to use high pressure sales to make you buy expensive insurance. They lure you in by offering too -good- to-true car rental prices. They would not accept my credit card because it only had my initials on it rather than my full name. But by some miracle they would accept it to buy their expensive additional insurance. They also lie about any pre-purchased 3rd party cover such as that from Zurich. They claim it doesnt cover you. They wasted 2 hours of my time as I had to go back to the airport to find a real car rental firm. First time I have had to walk away from a pre-booked car rental in more than 40 years. Booking.com you should be ashamed of allowing them onto your platform.
Klass Wagen is negligent! Do not book with them. I booked a month-long rental of a small size SUV. The vehicle was faulty, with the tires skidding and auto-sensors for skid control pulled the steering wheel and gave warnings that were scary. I called Klass Wagen customer service and shared that I was scared to drive with my two young children. The agent suggested tips for how to address the problem. I explained I felt the vehicle was unsafe and I wanted to come in and exchange it for another. The agent said this was not possible and became very angry and hung up on me. It was clear to me that the vehicle type has issues, as the employee was ready with remote fixes. Should you have a serious issue with your rental - this group would not take care of you as I spoke with their head of customer service. Klass Wagen é negligente! Não reserve com eles. Reservei um aluguel de um mês de um SUV pequeno. O veículo estava com defeito, com os pneus derrapando e os auto-sensores para controle de derrapagem puxavam o volante e davam avisos assustadores. Liguei para o atendimento ao cliente da Klass Wagen e contei que estava com medo de dirigir com meus dois filhos pequenos. O agente sugeriu dicas de como resolver o problema. Expliquei que achava que o veículo não era seguro e queria entrar e trocá-lo por outro. O agente disse que isso não era possível e ficou muito irritado e desligou na minha cara. Ficou claro para mim que o tipo de veículo apresenta problemas, pois o funcionário estava pronto para fazer reparos remotos. Se você tiver um problema sério com seu aluguel, esse grupo não cuidará de você enquanto falei com o chefe de atendimento ao cliente.
Dommage quil ny ai pas le choix de mettre 0 étoile. Je réserve via rentalcars une voiture a Lisbonne (déplacement pour un enterrement dans ma famille...), le prix est de 17 /jour. Bien. Arrivée sur place, on nous demande un dépôt de 3000 mais avec nos cartes de crédit françaises, impossible pour eux de prendre le dépôt. Donc, on nous contraints à payer une assurance obligatoire de 150 . Résultats: 200 pour 2 jours. Au retour du véhicule on nous demande si tout sest bien passé et quel est notre niveau de satisfaction, je réponds 0. La dame sénerve, puis nous conduit brutalement a laéroport en manquant de se prendre des voitures et décraser un piéton. Inadmissible. Ce sont des voleurs. Et bien évidemment, de mauvaise foie. I m a frequent renter of cars in Lisbon. Be careful of this company. Their business model is to offer cheap rentals and then to charge outrageous fees to fix scratches that they never have any intention of fixing. I ve been told I ll be charged for a small scratch that was literally next to another previous scratch, that they obviously didn t fix, on the mud guard of the vehicle. So they ll make their money twice on this one panel. Make sure you have photos since, on a previous rental, I was able to demonstrate to them that a scratch they tried to charge me for was already there when I picked up the vehicle. I m not using them again.

ELES NÃO ACEITAM SEGURO DE TERCEIROS! Booking e etc Se eu pudesse, daria nota ZERO! Foi uma das experiências mais absurdas que já tive. Enquanto aguardávamos na recepção, várias pessoas estavam reclamando de abusos nos preços e cobranças indevidas, como arranhões inexistentes. O ambiente era caótico e desagradável. Além disso, tentaram nos obrigar a pagar 90 por um seguro deles ou a deixar um depósito absurdo de 3000 no cartão de crédito. Em nenhum momento essa informação foi mencionada na hora da reserva, especialmente porque já havíamos fechado um seguro pelo site da Booking. Esse tipo de prática é desonesta e enganosa. Recomendo que FUJAM dessa empresa! Não sei como ainda têm uma nota 4.2 aqui, porque definitivamente não merecem.
Serviço péssimo, desde o atendimento em loja pelo Ruben que fez nosso processo ate o carro. Ruben foi extremamente grosseiro conosco, perguntando se alguma x eu ja havia alugado carro, me ameaçou de não retirar o carro, mal educado e prepotente. Um perfil de funcionario que nao deve estar em empresa alguma que faz atendimento ao cliente. O carro escolhido foi trocado por eles como conveniente, e nao foi revisado, o ar condicionado nao estava funcionando. No dia seguinte, ao contactarmos a empresa ainda estavam duvidando das minhas questoes, e apos envio de fotos e videos, disseram que trocariam o veiculo, porem EU precisava ir a loja. Qdo me recusei, enviaram um carro mto mto inferior ao que tinha alugado. Experiencia horrivel, não recomendo esta locadora a alguem.
Primeiro foi-me cobrado um seguro de forma ilegal. Ao alugar o veiculo, fiz também o pagamento de um seguro contra todos os riscos, seguro esse que me livrava de pagar qualquer outro tipo de franquia para proteção de danos, ao chegar à locadora foi me dito que esse seguro não era válido. tinha duas opções perder a totalidade do valor que já tinha pago, ou adicionar o seguro deles, mais 526 . mas visto que assinei, concordo, mas as opções eram apenas, pagar o seguro, ou oferecer cerca de 250 por nada... Continuando. A viatura que me foi dada, tinha os pneus totalmente ressequidos, tinham o 1,6mm que é exigido por lei, mas encontravam-se completamente queimados do sol, foi por pouco que não tive um acidente com o piso molhado. o sistema de travagem também não se encontrava em condições, obrigando-me a ter de o dobro da condução defensiva. após alguns quilômetros, acendeu a luz do óleo, ao verificar a vareta deparo-me com menos de meio centímetro de óleo no motor. o motor estava também ele cansado sem força nenhuma. o carro também tinha danos, que não estavam presentes na folha, para mim não me afecta, pois paguei o seguro contra tudo(duas vezes), mas receio que o próximo cliente se possa prejudicar. o ar condicionado não funcionava e no interior faltavam peças, que não punham a segurança em risco, mas que mostrava que o veiculo que acabei por pagar cerca de quase 800 , não valia o valor. e a folha de entrega, diz que os quilometros com que foi entregue são de 96810km mas eu entreguei o carro com mais de 103000km! apenas não tirei foto, os quilômetros aparentam estar a ser manipulados. já aluguei veículos Novos, mais baratos pelo mesmo período. Ao entregar o veiculo pensei que fosse o único com problemas com azar, mas deparei-me com vários clientes insatisfeitos. a empresa não é portuguesa, mas é Portugal que fica com a má fama.

Méthode de voyous, aucun état des lieux nest possible avant la prise du véhicule par contre la caution plus les frais annexes sont prélevés. Aucun document ou justificatif nest donné au client. Not a Customer-Centric Experience, But a Push for Profit The pick-up process was centered around pressuring me to buy their car insurance. Instead of being efficient and clear, the staff had me sit through a lengthy process, using scare tactics to push their coverage. It was not about informing or protecting the customer but entirely focused on selling the insurance they wanted me to purchase. Despite declining multiple times even after signing the rental contract the staff seemed visibly upset that they couldn t convince me. I received a car with 26 scratches and had to spend the next 30 minutes meticulously documenting every single damage, fearing they might later charge me for something I didn t cause. Unfortunately, my concerns were validated during the return process when they attempted to hold me responsible for a pre-existing scratch. Thankfully, I had taken pictures proving it was already there, despite it not being recorded in the official inspection report. Although the return process itself was smooth, the overall experience was disappointing and felt more like a hard-sell operation rather than a customer-first service
Reserva feita para levantamento às 10h00 do dia de hoje por 19 dias, cheguei à agência às 12h00 e já não tem carro disponível! 0 estrelas. Edit: Houve comunicação sim! Telefonei para o número da empresa que aparece no Google maps, e foi confirmada pelo V. Operador a reserva e eu indiquei que chegaria pelas 12h.. Uma vergonha! Pior ainda o desprezo que os funcionários demonstraram perante o meu incrédulo. Klass wagen, nunca mais.

Worst car rental experience (rented cars 12 times this year from various companies). Booked a car for 250 EUR which included the new car upgrade for an additional 50 EUR. On arrival I was made to pay an additional 350 EUR on top of the 250, and then was given an old bitten car. Rep forced me to sign the contract and said there is no time to read it, or to inspect the car you either sign now, or leave without the car were his words. Had no choice as it was late and I was with young kids, so had to take it on the chin. Hope this review and similar ones Ive read here help you avoid these guys altogether. Dont be fooled by their response. You can see that they did not even offer a refund of the fee I paid for a new car which we didnt get. PS. They are the furthest away from the Lisbon airport from all other rental companies.

The attitude of the lady checking out the car to us, changed the instant we did not sign up for the full insurance coverage, so I can only assumed they are paid commission for signing people up for the insurance. The car was underwhelming and full of scratches, so the model seems to be to charge people for fixes that are never executed. On the positive side, the guy doing the return was super professional. I would rather pay more in the future and get a more professional experience when I rent a car

The money I payed for the reservation just went to the trash and I could make any reservation. Only possibility would be to pay the klasswagen insurance which is between 40 and 60 a day

Dirigi-me ao rent a car, mal cheguei o primeiro contacto com o senhor do rent a car, foi de nos informar que não deveríamos fazer reservas através dos sites, mas diretamente com eles, que no site da autoeurope iamos pagar taxas de administração e que a eles diretamente não eram cobradas, que através do site tinhamos de deixar uma cauçao de mais de 3000 euros que ficariam cativos durante 90 dias pelo banco, no caso deles não havia caução, que através do site, fosse o mínimo risco no carro, nos iam cobrar 550 euros por cada risco, se o carro tivesse uma avaria, que eles nos cobravam diretamente 400 euros e se o motor do carro por qualquer motivo avariasse teríamos de lhes pagar 7000 euros. Nada disso aconteceria se quisessemos fazer a reserva através deles e cancelasse a da autoeurope. Obviamente que achei tudo muito estranho, disse para manter a reserva, no entanto disse que teria de ser tudo em meu nome, inclusive o recibo e teria de ser um cartão de crédito físico, com o meu nome, expliquei que apenas tinhamos o cartão de crédito da minha esposa, mas que o nr do cartão é exatamente igual ao meu e mostrei uma foto do meu cartão que tenho no telemóvel. Disse que não era possível. Obviamente me apercebi que iria fazer tudo para que o aluguer fosse feito através deles e cancelar a reserva inicial. Não posso aceitar este tipo de comportamento e acho que vocês também não o deveriam aceitar. O senhor que nos atendeu foi do guichet e a senha era a 62, avisei o senhor que ja não ia alugar carro nenhum. Tiago Correia

Colocam o aluguer do veiculo barato criando mil e uma condições para aluguer do veículo. Prevendo a KW de ante-mão que se algum desses requisitos falhar como o cartão de crédito expirar dentro de três meses ou o cartão não ter o nome como está no contrato, dãose,ao direito de recusar o aluguer se o cliente não comprir estes e/ou requisitos. Sabem com antecedência que o cliente não ira recusar o aluguer sendo obrigadoa fazer o seguro. Se tiver seguro de viagemenão aderir ao seguro. Estes vão buscar os danos anteriormente pagos pelos clientes anteriores e apresentam alguns destes para o cliente atual pagar. O que é considerado burla para extorquir dinheiro de um dano que já foi reportado e pago pelo cliente anterior. Aluguei um VW Polo por 28 dias (importado da Roménia), sede da Klass Wagen, perto do aeroporto Lisboa Não entregaram o veículo em condições. O veículo com 98.000 km com uns pneus budget MAXIMUS que eram AUTÊNTICA MANTEIGA EM PISO MOLHADO, a fazer curvas iam a direito, senão fosse a velocidade incrívelmente baixas como a 20 km hora. Eu, com quase 3 milhões de quilómetros de experiência, nunca tinha vivido tal situação, ou seja a KW coloca a vida dos clientes em causa a troco de poupança na compra de pneus para mercados de 3º mundo. No veículo faltou a chapeleira, o que num veículo de aluguer é imprescindível para esconder a mercadoria na bagageira. Recusei-me a receber, e por fim o funcionário foi roubar a chapeleira a outro carro. Esperando que outro cliente não dê por isso. Mesmo que o cliente tenha seguro de viagem que cobre os danos no veículo. Os funcionários da KW tentam ludibriar o cliente com afirmações como o Seguro de viagem com a cobertura de danos do cliente não está em conformidade com a lei portuguesa. Eu com o conhecimento que tenho na matéria, mantenho a minha recusa na campanha de manipulação agressiva de vendas de seguros da KW. Na altura da entrega do veículo ao cliente, a Klass Wag apresentarem o relatório de danos com menos danos que o veículo têm in loco. Ou seja, não fazem a vistoria com o cliente dos danos na entrega da viatura, argumentando que já nenhuma rent a car faz essa vistoria com o cliente e que está escrito no relatório Aconselhamos vivamente o cliente a tirar fotos e fazer vídeos no acto da entrega ao cliente. Tarefa que me obrigou a usar quase uma hora do meu tempo de férias/aluguer para registar todos o danos do veículo, que no total foram 29 danos, comparando com apenas 13 danos reportadas no relatório da entrega do veículo ao cliente. Ou seja basta um pequeno risco já na viatura mas não registado no relatório de entrega e não apanhado pela foto/vídeo para o cliente ser obrigado a pagar 450 euros. Enviaram-me relatório com novo risco no qual me tentaram extorquir 450 euros, ao qual exigi o relatório de clientes passados, no qual estavam 29 danos que curiosamente não estava no meu relatório de entrega de veículo ao cliente. Eu reagi, perguntando como é que existe relatório anteriores com mais danos que o meu relatório de danos , quando este foi feito depois? Curiosamente, há medida que foram fazendo mais contratos, os danos anteriores nunca ao ficaram nos contratos posteriores. Não souberam responder à questão e que iriam anular a conta apresentanda no calor do dano de 450 euros e que iriam reequacionar os procedimentos para situações destas não voltem a acontecer, e que colaborariam com as Autoridades competentes no caso de investigação do incidente. Este é o modos operandi da Klass Wagen. Se não paga o seguro Extra, não fazem a vistoria com o cliente e arranjam esquemas para fazê-lo pagar de outra forma através dos danos no veículo embora não colocados (com intenção) no relatório de entrega do veículo ao cliente. COMO PROVA APRESENTO O RELATÓRIO ASSINADO POR MIM E O RELATÓRIOS ANTERIORES ASSINADOS POR CLIENTES ANTERIORES, NO QUAL SE PROVA QUE O MEU RELATÓRIO TEM MENOS DANOS QUE OS RELATÓRIO ANTERIORMENTE FEITOS, SEM QUE TENHA SIDO FEITA A REPARAÇÃO DESSES DANOS. Uma situação que vai reportada as autoridades de competentes.
Mais uma daquelas que funcionam a vender o seguro contra todos os riscos mesmo que as pessoas não o queiram... Venda de seguro muito agressiva, bem estudada e para intimidar o cliente e que normalmente funciona, onde dizem que o seguro normal nem assistência em viagens tem. E que se tiver algum problema tenho de esperar 48 por assistência. Não identificam nenhum dos danos e é a própria pessoa que os tem de verificar e poder provar que o dano já lá estava. Nunca tinha visto tal coisa. Mas pude presenciar na devolução a tentativa de imputar ao cliente um dano e em que o cliente teve de provar com as suas fotos e vídeos do carro que já lá estava. Via verde é Obrigatória. Outra coisa que nunca tinha visto. O carro não era grande coisa, não estava muito limpo e tive algumas duvidas quanto as condições funcionais em que estava. Tinha vários ruídos e uma direção estranha. Provavelmente desalinhada mas podia ser mais que isso. não me inspirou confiança. Se quer um aluguer em Paz de espirito, aqui tem mesmo de fazer o seguro total e adicionar mais o custo disso que no meu caso foram 150 por 3 ou quatro dias... Ou então é melhor ver se vale a pena correr o risco. Entendo o negocio mas não gosto. Se calhar mais vale 20 a mais noutra empresa que não funcione neste moldes.
Arnaque à fuir ce sont des voyous qui vous obligent à prendre une assurance alors que vous n en voulez pas, moi ils ont assisté pendant une demi-heure et ensuite quand on s est fâché tous les deux, il a bien voulu me faire passer la caution mais comme par hasard ma carte ne passait pas alors que j ai demandé à ma banque si j avais le solde pour la caution, et j ai reçu la confirmation comme quoi j avais bien de quoi prendre la caution donc il a fait un truc avec sa carte pour qu elle ne passe pas, ce sont des vrais escrocs la méthode est très très bien organisé. Ça se voit qu ils ont l habitude de rouler les gens à la chaîne. Nous, on était déjà trois dans ce cas-là et ça se passe dans toutes les agences de klass wagen. J ai vérifié les avis c est partout pareil, si vous ne voulez pas gâcher vos vacances, passez votre tour pour la réponse. Je tiens à préciser que il ne vous laisse pas le choix, vous leur dites non mais ils insistent, ils insistent tout le temps. et après ils font semblant que votre carte ne passe pas pour vous obliger à prendre l assurance de 250 accessoirement.
I had a great experience with Klass Wagen. Staff was helpful and I got an upgrade car for free. Also they provide road toll service thats very good for traveling and safe time. Returning the car was easy and mr. João Pedro Rodrigues was very helpful with me and did a great job!! I would highly recommend Klass Wagen.

Another bad review. The apparently changed their terms and conditions meaning that I cant use my insurance for rental cars that I always use for rental cars. They tried to charge me 7 times the price for basic cover that I dont need. If you dont want to walk out of here 7 times more than your booking and already have rental car cover then run a mile. This is not my first horrendous experience renting here but will be my last. My last rental was given to me with unsafe brakes and was never apologized for or compensated. I feel for the staff that have to work here with these shit policies where they try and squeeze people for their holiday money. This is a response to your reply - Your words are empty, you didnt confirm if these were your actual terms or not? Will you no longer accept third part insurance and allow customers to pay the extortionate deposit? or was your employee telling the truth. Klass Wagon is beyond poor - easily the WORST car hire experience I have ever had, Dont be fooled by low prices which could lure you in, its simply not worth it. High pressure scare tactics, dishonest staff, poor service. Avoid using Klass Wagon, awful company.
Terrible experience. I booked and paid for the car using booking platform but I end up not taking the car and lost my money. We intended to travel to France and company has a policy of only allowing you to drive to Spain. The problem is that this detail is not clear in the platform and the voucher does not mention it. When I asked the lady to explain further because I really wanted to understand the reason why my holiday will be ruined and this was the worst part of the experience: she could not explain the details and adopted a very entitled and rude attitude. It was very bad. Sometimes it seemed she really did not know (she was very young and maybe new to the job) and sometimes it appear that she was making things up (such as the cost you should pay in case you do go to other countries). No customer service, no staff training and no clear policy. Please avoid this company if you can.
WORST EXPERIENCE RENTING A CAR!!! They charge extra insurance cost even though insurance was already paid via booking.com. They re defending it by either blocking 3.000 on a creditcard or their extra insurance. Very unusual high prices and scammy. Absolut unseriöser Autovermieter mit interessant effektiver Drucktaktik. Merk ich mir auf jeden Fall für mein Geschäft! Ich schließe mich den unteren Rezensionen an. Lange Wartezeiten. Warum die so lange war ist uns dann auch klar geworden: Es liegt weder an einer fehlenden Kapazität noch einer mangelhaften Strukturierung. Ganz im Gegenteil, der ganze Anmietungsprozess ist ein abgekatertes Spiel bei dem es darum geht den Kunden weich zu klopfen bis er nachgibt und sich eine Zusatzversicherung aufschwätzen lässt. Stufe 1: Man fährt die Kundschaft weit raus auf ein Industriegebiet, wo man außer Uber oder Taxi keine Chance hat eigenständig zum Flughafen zurück zu gelangen. Stufe 2: Man baut extrem lange Wartezeiten ein und hält die Kundschaft mit Wasserautomaten bei Laune. Stufe 3: Wenn man es denn endlich an den Tresen geht, macht man Gebrauch von einem passiv aggressiven Verkäufer mit zurückgegelten Haaren, der darauf erpicht ist den Kunden in ein umfangreiches Versicherungsverkaufsgespräch zu verwickeln. In dieser Situation gibt es für das Opfer (dem Kunden der sich auf eine schöne Zeit in Portugal gefreut hat) nur 2 Alternativen: Entweder geht man auf die sündhaft teure Zusatzversicherung ein und gibt sich damit dem übermotivierten Verkäufer geschlagen oder man verlässt den sympathischen Laden und versucht auf eigene Faust klarzukommen. Wer denkt er kann den Profis dort etwas vormachen indem er Kreditkarten mit horrenden Freistellungsbeträgen vorlegt, hat sich leider geschnitten. Auch in diesen Fall wird von Verkäuferseite ein Argument vorgehalten warum die Kreditkarte nur akzeptiert wird wenn man auf die Versicherung eingeht. Zusammenfassend muss ich sagen: Gut gespielt und meito Obrigado! Meine Kohle gebe ich in Portugal aber doch lieber für eine ordentliche Pastel de nata aus.

A fuir absolument arnaque totale En arrivant sur place, le personnel a insisté pour quon prenne leur assurance qui coûte le double du prix de location, prétendant que celle de Booking nétait pas valable chez eux. Ils nous ont forcés à souscrire, et la négociation a duré plus de 30 minutes ! Le type refusait catégoriquement de nous laisser partir avec la voiture sans nous faire payer cette assurance en supplément. On a clairement senti la menace dans ses propos, et au final, on a été contraints de céder et de payer.
Une véritable arnaque ! Klass Wagen affiche des prix de location très bas pour attirer les clients, mais une fois sur place, c est une autre histoire. Ils forcent à souscrire une assurance supplémentaire qui coûte plus cher que la location elle-même ! Si vous refusez, ils bloquent 3000 sur votre carte bancaire et vous menacent que la moindre rayure entraînera des frais astronomiques. C est clairement une stratégie pour piéger les gens et les extorquer. Le personnel utilise des tactiques de pression et d intimidation, ce qui est inacceptable. Si vous voulez éviter une expérience stressante et coûteuse, fuyez cette entreprise ! Une honte totale!

Un piège à touristes bien organisé. Réservation avec Booking, assurance incluse évidemment. Arrivés sur place, entreprise éloignée de tout, on nous explique que lassurance de booking nest pas leur assurance. Il faut donc ajouter 200 euros dassurance pour SEULEMENT 2 JOURS de location !!!! On nous menace presque en nous disant que personne ne loue sans LEUR assurance, à plusieurs reprises et que le véhicule sera vérifié avec grande attention au retour. Une bonne préparation pour sous entendre des éventuels chocs ou défauts qui nous coûterait jusquà 3500 euros de franchise, par la caution à verser si on ne prend pas lassurance !!!!!! FUYEZ !!!!

ARNAQUE à touriste ! Si vous voulez vous faire arnaquer, n hésitez pas à y aller. Je fais une réservation pour 2 jours d une golf. Arrivé sur place, je m installe avec un commercial qui commence à expliquer tout un baratin sur son assurance, tous risques. Attention assurances a plus de 50 par jours alors que la location coutait 4 . Une fois je refuse deux fois je refuse troisième fois c est soit je prends l assurance, soit je ne prends pas de véhicule car sur la carte bancaire qui doit être CRÉDIT que j avais il doit y avoir écrit prénom plus nom de famille complet sinon ces assurances. Il ne mon pas eu. Je suis retourné à l aéroport et j ai réservé chez SIXT pour 25 les deux jours sans avoir besoin de prendre leur assurance et pas besoin non plus de carte de crédit et surtout une qualité de service irréprochable. A bon entendeur les économies oui mais ce faire ARNAQUER non.

Pros: convenient extension policy, decent prices. Friendly customer service by email. Cons: Very insistent on selling extra insurance, they always try to bamboozle you into paying more; they do not always give you the car you reserve, or even one similar, you may have to argue to get the size car you reserved; and this most recent time i had a very defensive and argumentative agent who would not believe that I have insurance with my credit card. He got quite angry with me and then talked about me rudely to other agents right in front of me assuming i could not understand Portuguese. This is not how it should feel to pick up a car. Also I ve had a few other strange experiences at the desk, like needing to prove my master card is a credit card, and taking another customer in the middle of serving me. Hidden fees for after hours pickup if you reserve from RentalCars.com, and very high charge for an extra paper to take the car to Spain. Agent typically does not assist with the inspection at pickup time.

AVOID THIS CAR HIRE COMPANY!! Travelling from the UK, I booked a car rental through Booking.com. Upon arrival, they refused to let me take the car unless I paid an additional 270 Euros on top of the hire and insurance costs I had already paid. The reason: my credit card only had my initials instead of my full first name. They claimed this would prevent me from renting a car anywhere in Portugal, which was untrue since I immediately rented a car from Europcar without any issues. The staff were rude, ignorant, and unreasonable. They wouldn t transfer the hire to the second driver, who had a credit card with a full name on it, and refused to accept any other bank cards, even with my passport and driver s license. They also wanted to place a 3,500 Euro hold on my card the highest I ve ever encountered. In contrast, Europcar didn t impose any charges on my card, had no issues with my initials on the credit card, and only required a fully refundable 300 Euro deposit. The process was a dream from pick-up to drop-off. I would advise anyone to think twice about booking with KlassWagen. They may appear cheap, but they seem to look for any way to extract additional money when you arrive. Edit: Thank you for your response. However, it was not made clear before booking (or subsequently in the terms on our booking voucher) that my credit card, which had my first name abbreviated, would be an issue despite matching all other required documents. This is the first and ONLY time this has been a problem for me when renting a car. Your staff claimed that I wouldn t be able to rent from any car rental place in Portugal with my credit card, which was untrue. We refused to pay the additional 270 Euros and rented a car from Europcar on the same day without any issues, using the same credit card. We also had no problems renting from Green Motion Lisbon the week before. While this may be your policy, it is not the same for every car hire company and should not be hidden away in small print, waiting to trick people. Additionally, your system & contractual obligations may not have allowed us to switch to the second driver instead, but your staff member very smugly mentioned that this change should have been made 24 hours prior, knowing this meant we were in a total bind & would have no choice but to pay the additional money. (Fortunately, Booking.com was more understanding.) The entire experience was very unpleasant and added a lot of stress to hiring a car, and really spoiled that part of our holiday. And it was disappointing because on first impressions I initially thought your company looked well set up & professional, & wouldn t use these manipulative tactics to lock people into having to pay extra -knowing people are tired from travelling, in an unfamiliar environment, dropped off in an industrial estate far from the airport, knowing majority of people will have no choice but to pay the extra. Its simply neither professional nor considerate to conduct business this way.
Shocking customer service. Liars and frauds. I booked with my credit card through Carjet. Arrived to collect my car to find a queue. Customers were taken to desks where they were pressured into taking out the extortionately expensive extra insurance. They have lots of little tricks in their small print to give them an excuse to refuse your rental if you don t take out their insurance at 395 euro for 10 days. They even told me I would not have breakdown cover if I didn t pay for the insurance. Their offer of cheap car hire is a total con and their insurance cost is borderline theft. I had my own insurance but they weren t interested. In the end they said they wouldn t accept my credit card because it only showed my initials. They have my address, date of birth, email and phone number and two forms of photo ID, plus they were happy to charge a deposit to it for possible toll charges but said they couldn t use it to hold a damage deposit. They would use it if I paid for the insurance. Total con. Unless you re happy to pay ridiculously expensive extra insurance do not use this company. They ruined my holiday leaving me stranded without a car. A disgrace and extremely unpleasant employees.

Estive no balcão da empresa para arrendar uma viatura, fui presencialmente justamente para evitar problemas, mas infelizmente foi uma péssima experiência. No dia 03/12 por volta das 20h14 retirei a senha para atendimento, fui chamado por um atendente, que me explicou que se eu pagasse o seguro contra todos não era preciso pagar uma caução de 2.400 , e não deixaria nenhum dinheiro preso na empresa, me orientou a realizar todo o processo pelo website, porque precisava atender outra pessoa que estava a espera, e depois que tivesse feito o pagamento ele continuaria com o meu atendimento, ao finalizar a escolha da viatura e os dias que a iria utilizar, realizei o pagamento de 207,92 , fiquei com o número LIS-184920251551794 de reserva, o mesmo me chamou novamente quando acabou de atender os outros clientes e solicitou o número da reserva, ao inserir o meu número no sistema solicitou um cartão de crédito para segurar mais 150 (o que não havia informado anteriormente no atendimento que prestou), eu o informei que não tinha cartão de crédito no momento, e o mesmo então disse que não poderíamos prosseguir, a menos que eu arrumasse um cartão de crédito de outra pessoa, coisa que nao consegui. Então pedi para que o funcionário realizasse o cancelamento e estorno do valor que eu acabará de ter pago de 207.92 , o mesmo informou que eu teria que fazer esse cancelamento e estorno por telefone, porque ali no balcão ele não conseguiria, ao ligar para a central de apoio, fui atendido por uma pessoa muito educada e que tentou me ajudar de todas as formas, mas a resposta que ela tinha para mim é, que o valor não poderia ser estornado, porque eles só devolvem valores com pedido de cancelamento de 48h, (mesmo sabendo que eu acabara de realizar o pagamento, e estava no balcão da loja, e por falta de informações da empresa prosseguir com o arrendamento mesmo sem ter a informação de que era necessário um cartão de crédito), uma extrema falta de respeito e sensibilidade da empresa, sabendo que o cliente estava no seu balcão e acabará de realizar um pagamento e não devolver o dinheiro, a atendente disse que entendia a situação e que iria passar para um superior para ver se ele autorizava a realização do estorno, mediante os factos, mas sem sucesso, a resposta foi que era impossível o estorno, mesmo sabendo que eu estava ali na empresa e que tinha acabado de pagar, posterirormente no mesmo dia, por volta das 22h00 recebi o contacto informando que eu poderia fazer uso de um vaucher de 175 por conta do acontecido, para usar em outra oportunidade na empresa, e sem alternativa eu tive que aceitar, eu acho um absurdo em um caso desse, a falta de sensibilidade de uma empresa desse porte, sabendo que o cliente foi até seu balcão, foi orientado a fazer tudo pelo website e a pagar e só posteriormente do pagamento informar que não era possivel prosseguir por falta de cartão de crédito e não devolver o dinheiro que acabará de ser pago, deixo aqui a minha insatisfação e a não recomendação desta empresa.
Serviço Terrível - Não Recomendo! A minha experiência com a Klass Wagen foi péssima. O serviço é extremamente agressivo no momento da recolha do carro, especialmente para tentar vender o seguro contra todos os riscos diretamente com eles. Apesar de explicar que já tinha um seguro que cobre integralmente os danos através do meu cartão de crédito, insistiram de forma muito desconfortável e comercial. É absolutamente ESSENCIAL tirar fotografias detalhadas de toda a viatura no momento da recolha, mesmo que demore mais tempo. Se não fizer o seguro deles, vão tentar cobrar por qualquer risco na devolução, mesmo que já estivesse no carro antes. Sem provas, torna-se praticamente impossível argumentar. Além disso, o processo de recolha é muito demorado, e o atendimento deixa muito a desejar. Resumindo: o serviço é péssimo e não recomendo. Se procura alternativas melhores e mais confiáveis, sugiro empresas como Centauro, Europcar, Guerin ou Hertz. Apesar de serem um pouco mais caras, o serviço é muito superior, e não sente que estão a tentar enganá-lo a cada passo.

Ich habe ein Auto für 3 Wochen über Kiwi und dann letztendlich booking.com für 64 euro gebucht. Billig, gebe ich zu. Vor Ort blieb mir nur übrig, entwedereine zusätzliche Versicherung für über 300 Euro zu bezahlen, oder meine Kreditkarte mit über 2500 Euro blockieren zu lassen, bei jedem noch so kleinen Schaden, dazu gehörten kleinste Kratzer auf Lichtern und Lack, eine Strafgebühr ab 400 Euro pro Schaden zu entrichten und eine weitere Blockade meines Geldes bis zum Abschluss der Klärung und Schadensregulierung in Kauf zu nehmen. Ich habe einmal mehr dazu gelernt. Der Flughafentransfer war gut, das Auto selbst in Ordnung. Und dank meiner 19 Euro pro Tag musste ich nicht reinigen und auch keine Schadenskontrolle über mich ergehen lassen. Zwei Punkte wegen der gefühlten Erpressung und den Anfütterungsangeboten, für die Klass Wagen die Verantwortung trägt. Am besten direkt bei den Autovermietern oder bei anderen Vermittlern inklusive Versicherung buchen.

Parece que é assim que as empresas de aluguel de veículos low cost trabalham aqui em Portugal: o aluguel é barato mas quando vc vai retirar o carro eles praticamente te obrigam a pegar um seguro de 35 euros o dia, caso contrário qualquer pequeno risco e eles vão te cobrar 500 euros. Eu caí nesse golpe com outra empresa, então cuidado. Tive que pagar 320 euros por um risco na calota. Se quiserem tomar o risco, tenham paciência com o mau humor do atendente e coloquem no contrato TODO E QUALQUER dano, inclusive os menores riscos na lataria, rodas ou falta de qualquer coisa na parte interna. É uma pena que essas empresas trabalhem com esse tipo de modelo de negócio, certamente não são sustentáveis. E sendo bem sincero, dos meus 20 dias na Europa, isso foi a única coisa que estragou de verdade. Não consigo acreditar que a Europa ainda permita esse tipo de palhaçada, mas tenho certeza de que em breve eles e os outros como a TURISPRIME estarão fora do negócio. Explorar turistas é a coisa mais errada do mundo, principalmente para quem vive disso. Graças a Deus a Internet está aí para divulgar essas ações anti éticas. Sabe o que eu não sei, como os funcionários dessas empresas dormem a noite. Eu não tenho problema em pagar 35 euros na diária. Só não é honesto você fingir o preço para atrair turistas e ficar pondo medo neles. Eu até entenderia se isso fosse em um país do terceiro mundo, como o Brasil, apesar de que lá as empresas que alugo são mega idoneas . Positiv: Das Auto ließ sich ohne Probleme fahren und die Abwicklung am Ende lief schnell über die Bühne. Es gab einen kostenfreien Shuttle zum Flughafen. Der Mitarbeiter bei der Abwicklung, Herr Antunes, war überaus nett und hilfsbereit. Negativ: Penetrante Masche bei der Abholung, um dem Kunden noch eine Zusatzversicherung anzudrehen, die gar nicht nötig ist, wenn man z.B. über Booking.com eine Versicherung abgeschlossen hat. Es gab ein ewiges Hin und Her, bevor der Mitarbeiter uns damit in Ruhe gelassen hat. Er hat an einer Tour gelogen, dass wir seine Versicherung auf jeden Fall bräuchten, da die von Booking nicht wirklich zählt. So eine penetrante Art habe ich noch nie erlebt. Und die ganze Zeit wurde fast im Flüsterton mit uns gesprochen... entweder, damit wir nichts verstehen, oder die anderen Kunden im Raum. Hinzu kommt, dass das Auto viel mehr Macken vorwies, als von der Firma protokolliert wurde und keiner der Mitarbeitenden begleitet die Kunden zum Auto zur Erfassung aller Schäden. Dies obliegt einzig der Verantwortung des Kunden. Ich würde diese Firma nicht weiterempfehlen, da hier nicht mit offenen Karten gespielt wird und viel darauf angelegt wird, dem Kunden das Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen.

All in all it was ok to rent the car here. But a big minus was the worker being very rude after not signing up for not needed extra insurance. By handing over the car to us he was not helping us to identify scratches or damages that where not already marked in the system with the words you have full responsibility for the car because you booked no extra service . I recommend to check the damage report before signing the contract and leaving the place. Returning of the car was no problem and after reporting that we where not happy with picking up the car the worker was very sorry.

Hände weg von in diesem Verleih. Zuerst sollte ich nur 26 Euro bezahlen, dann wurde meine Kreditkarte nicht akzeptiert mit der ich sonst in Hotels nie Probleme hatte und musste dann 96 Euro bezahlen. Dann war der Tank nicht mal voll. Das habe ich dann erst bei der Rückgabe, beim volltanken gemerkt. Bei der Ausgabe wurde ich nicht drauf hingewiesen das der Tank nicht voll ist.

I rented a car from them for three weeks. After three weeks, I wanted to switch to a different car, so I booked it online using the same credit card. Their policy requires a deposit of 2,500 3,000 on a credit card. When I returned the first car, they refunded the deposit back to my card. Using the same card that I had used for the initial booking (and that had just been refunded the deposit 20 minutes earlier), I went to pick up the new car. However, the employee said they couldn t charge the deposit on that card, despite the fact that I had successfully rented a car from them with the same card a few weeks earlier. I contacted my bank s support team, and they confirmed that there were no issues with the card and that my account had sufficient funds. Despite this, the employee said they couldn t proceed with the booking and offered only a voucher for the amount I had already paid. I took the voucher and tried to book a car for the next day. Surprise! The new booking, which was for one day less than the original, cost more than twice the initial price. I completed the booking, and guess what? The next day, my credit card magically worked again with the same card that had been declined the day before. On the first day, they refused to return my money, even though I provided all the required documents and a working credit card. This company is full of scammers and liars. They outright stole my money from the first booking. I do not recommend them at all.

Não aceitam cartão múltiplo (funções crédito e débito) para locação (Garantia) - Exigência totalmente quetionável. Isso não está claro nos seus Termos e Condições (Item 6.1): ... A garantia será bloqueada num cartão de crédito físico que mostre o nome completo do condutor principal. Essa questão faz que você tenha que contratar seguro (com isenção de franquia) direto com a empresa, o que eleva, em muito, o valor total da locação. Sugestão: solicite cartão adicional no seu nome com seu banco (virá somente com a função de crédito). O cartão principal, em todos os bancos brasileiros, será sempre múltiplo. Caso se negue a contratar o seguro da empresa e visando a reclamar com a empresa que intermediou a transação (Qeeq, DiscooverCars etc), exija que o atendente da Klass Wagen coloque, por escrito, essa negativa em aceitar cartão múltiplo. Quanto à devolução do carro, não houve problemas, mas nunca esqueça de tirar fotos e filmar os problemas por ocasião da retirada do carro. Devolução rápida dos depósitos (garantia e pedágios). Pague os pedágios nas máquinas (praça de pedágio) existentes nas estradas. Não utilize o Via Verde (passar direto no pedágio) disponibilizado pela empresa, pois haverá cobranças adicionais.

Eu aluguei um carro pela booking.com a Klass Wagen, primeiro que pela minha surpresa eu achava que a empresa fosse dentro do aeroporto, mas que eu teria que pegar um shuttle. Quanto a isso não tem problema, pegamos a orientação de esperar do lado de fora que o transporte passaria a cada 15 minutos. Enquanto aguardava o transporte fiz diversas ligações para a empresa , mas o telefone ninguém atendia . Só fui conseguir o contato e chamar o shuttle quando fiz a ligação através do booking.com. Depois de esperar muito tempo, veio o shuttle e após dar bom dia fiz o comentário que eu estava esperando 45 minutos sob o frio com 2 crianças e minha esposa. Comentário que não vejo nada demais, e até do ponto de vista construtivo, visto que NENHUM TELEFONE da empresa respondia o meu chamado quando tentei ligar. O motorista do shuttle me responde assim que se dá bom dia, o problema não é meu se ficou esperando e me recuso de levá-lo até a empresa porque você falou assim . Na sequência ainda falei que eu falei bom dia, e só fiz um comentário. E aí que começou o problema, pois o rapaz entrou no shuttle deixando para trás sob o frio a nossa família, as 06 horas da manhã após um voo longo e cansativo. Ainda tentei impedir, até que meus familiares convenceram de deixá-lo ir e pegaríamos um táxi para a empresa. Fizemos isso e quando chego lá, ele simplesmente cancelou a minha reserva. E entendo o porquê de tanta arrogância deixam na mão da mesma pessoa ser motorista e responsável pela empresa. Nunca me ocorreu algo parecido após tantos anos viajando. Já tinha lido alguns comentários da grosseria deles. E não levei a sério. Lamentável .

Isto a 1h da manhã, acompanhado da minha esposa e da minha filha!!!! Para que.conste o meu recepcionista foi um tal Mohamed Arakeeb. E claro que aquela hira nao me retou outra solução que pagar o que me foi indevidamente exigido e de uma reservacao de 150 eur , acabei por pagar mais 330 de seguro!!!!!!!!!!! Isto eu vou participar a Ryanair e espero que nao mais trabalhem com uma empresa com metodos mafiosos. Der Autovermieter hat uns vor Ort Zusatzleistungen angeboten, obwohl das Auto bereits über Check24 mit Vollkasko bezahlt war. Er hat das Auto , so wie gebucht, nicht herausgegeben. Nur mit über 100 Aufschlag wäre das möglich gewesen. Die Begründung hierzu war nicht nachvollziehbar. Wir haben das Angebot abgelehnt. Der versprochene Shuttle zurück zum Airport war dann nicht mehr möglich, weil der Fahrer nach Mitternacht Dienstende hatte. Eine andere Familie, die zeitgleich mit uns eingetroffen ist, hat das gleiche erlebt. Wir mussten dann ein Taxi bestellen und selbstständig zum Flughafen zurückfahren. Das ganze wirkt durch und durch unseriös und sieht nach einer Abzocke aus. Die Vermietung liegt abseits des Flughafens. Zu Nachtzeiten oder als Alleinreisende ist man diesem Geschäftsmodell nahezu ausgeliefert. Klass wagen ist nicht zu empfehlen.
Sono stato costretto a sottoscrivere unassicurazione completa, nonostante il prezzo iniziale fosse pubblicizzato come molto basso per attirare i clienti. Le penali applicate per eventuali danni sono esorbitanti. Inoltre, lauto ci è stata consegnata bagnata, rendendo impossibile scattare foto per verificare lo stato del veicolo al momento della consegna. Ci era stato anche garantito che il servizio Via Verde fosse gratuito, ma successivamente mi sono stati addebitati ulteriori costi. Péssima experiência com a Klaus Wagen. Valor cobrado diferente do valor da reserva, carro sem revisão, tive que colocar óleo no motor no meio da viagem pois a luz do óleo acendeu. Entreguei o carro antes da data e não recebi o valor não utilizado. Nunca mais farei reserva nesta empresa. Comprei o seguro máximo oferecido na booking. No entanto, o atendente me fez comprar outro na empresa alegando que o anterior não valia, gerando um valor de mais de 600 euros e a empresa alega que isso foi pelo motivo de eu não ter cartão de crédito, sendo que, eu tenho e tinha cartão de crédito com limite, no entanto, o atendente solicitou que fosse pago no cartão de débito. Enfim, péssima experiência.

AVOID Klass Wagen AT ALL COSTS!!! SCAM!!! The purpose of this review is to make you aware of the modus operandi of this company and avoid it at all costs. I booked a car rental with them through Booking.com. It was a great deal indeed ( 95 for 25 days) and I decided to try it out. At the counter, they offer me their full insurance for my rental which would cost almost 500 more. I always rent with basic insurance because I have a Mastercard Black credit card which provide me full insurance on my car rentals, so I never get full insurance from the car rental because I have my own and it works perfectly, and I have used it many many times. So, when you refuse to pay for their full insurance, they start to be unhappy and push you many many times to pay for their full insurance because this is how they make money. They are very pushy and put you in an extremely uncomfortable situation saying you will pay for any damage and even saying your own insurance will not cover it (which is a lie to scare you). Finally, with lots of concerns, I signed the contract with basic insurance and went to get the car. The car was parked in the dark (very weird) and I was smart to bring the car inside the building where I could see its conditions. The car had many many risks and small damages which I photographed to prove it was already there when I returned the car. They didn´t show me all this proactively. When I got home and read the contract, I decided to return the car because it was too much. The contract says they can charge you even after 90 DAYS you return the car for damages, they might find in the car which is very odd, and it is not a practice in other car rentals. They should check the car when you bring it back and give your deposit back straightaway. To make things even worst, they have an Annex 1 - Penalty Costs (see the screenshots) which is 6 pages long listing many many penalties that they might give you if the car get scratched. Things like, they charge you a 500 fee for a scratch in the door or more 600 for a scratch in the car wood. which are all cumulative. Things unrealistic. Remembering that they can charge randomly up to 90 days you return the car. After reading all of this I decided to bring the car back and lose my 95 euros and rent with another company that I know I won´t have any problem and will need to pay only for the damages I cause to the car if I really do. I rent cars quite often in Lisbon, every month, and it never happened to me before. So, I would highly recommend you AVOID Klass Wagen if you want to have peace during your holiday and not get yourself into a SCAM. Rent with companies like Drive in Holiday, Green Motion, Turisprime and Rent a Star that is very unlikely you will have problems. I have never had any problem with them myself. Unfortunately, I can´t give 0 starts but this would be the case. They have many many bad reviews online, so research a bit more to see the amount of people that are complaining about these guys.

O veículo estava com inúmeros danos, o documento mostrava todos, mas na hora de entregar o vistoriador só aceitava o dano apontado se tivéssemos foto, por uma sorte fotografei e apareceu na foto, ele foi radical e disse que não importava o documento que eles mesmos fizeram, só aceitava se tivéssemos foto e com data. Então não confiem, fotografem e filmem ou melhor , aluguem de outra empresa. Veja as anotações na foto, ficaria o dia todo para registrar todos os danos, por sorte tinha o que ele queria.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with this company a couple of years ago, and unfortunately, the issues have persisted. My initial booking promised a Volkswagen or a similar quality vehicle, yet I was handed a Nissan that smelled strongly of dog hardly what I expected. However, the real frustration stemmed from their pushy sales tactics regarding insurance. Despite clearly explaining that I already had comprehensive coverage through my gold credit card, the representative was dismissive and unrelentingly arrogant. This led to an uncomfortable and near-confrontational interaction that left a lasting negative impression. Fast forward a year and a half later, I decided to give the company another chance, hoping for a better experience. To my dismay, I encountered the exact same issues. Once again, I was pressured into purchasing their insurance in a way that felt manipulative and anxiety-inducing. The representatives attitude mirrored my previous encounter, suggesting this isn t a case of one or two bad employees but rather a systemic problem with their training and policies. It s hard to shake the feeling that these representatives are incentivized through commissions to push unnecessary products, leading them to employ high-pressure tactics. This approach not only undermines the trustworthiness of the company but also creates an unnecessarily stressful customer experience. If you value transparency and respectful service, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. My repeated experiences suggest that these issues are ingrained in their operations rather than isolated incidents. PS: I have read some reviews just now, and my hunch is confirmed as many customers were victims of pushy and aggressive selling techniques. I come from a country like the UK where we are all about making profit, nothing wrong with that, but through quality and dedication, not fear and manipulation.

Service téléphonique très faible, on a eu un problème de blocage suite à un stationnement interdit, le monsieur ne parlait pas bien anglais et on a galéré pour débloquer la voiture .
This is an awful car company. We arrived having booked a car which appeared very cheap online. We should have known. In order to proceed they either pre charge you 2800 to a credit card or you have to pay about 130 for their insurance, money you would not get back but for total peace of mine. We did not have a credit card that qualified for their purposes so we were told our only option was to pay the 130 or to let go of the money we had already paid with no refund. Very reluctantly we paid the 130 as suddenly something that was only going to cost tens of euros was now over a hundred euros. But we were not done! They then said that there was another 150 euros compulsory charge on top of all that, which is supposedly refundable after 15 days. Its all a bit of a scam. You think you are renting a car for 20 euros but you end up paying quite a lot more. Once they have you with the initial money you feel you cant back out without losing money. Stay away!

I arrived to pick up the car. After a long flight. Only one sales representative gets 10 people in line. For each customer on average it takes about 15-20 until he gets the car. So I waited in line for over an hour. The representative was nice until I took out general insurance without a deductible. I got a car that I didnt order. And not a hybrid. When I asked to exchange it, he yelled at me. Picking up the car is a sad thing. He parks the car. And thats it. Doesnt check with you. Doesnt explain anything about the car. Bad experience. I will never order from this company.

Para terem noção, minha reserva era de apenas um dia e com o carro de modelo mais simples, e custou menos de 5 euros. As opções de seguro eram ou 2100 euros de franquia (com devolução do valor total no final), ou 60 euros de seguro por apenas um único mísero dia (sem devolução). Ou seja, o valor do seguro foi quase 12 vezes o valor do aluguel. Isso foi uma propaganda muito enganosa! O máximo que havia pago em outras locadoras nas outras 5 vezes que aluguei carro em Portugal foi de 1000 na franquia ou 12 de seguro por dia. Não recomendo esta empresa, pois me senti assaltado, roubado pela Klass Wagen Lisbon.

UNE HONTE. J ai l habitude de voyager et réserver des véhicules de locations. Pour vous expliquer le monsieur me fait tout un cinema pour me vendre les assurances. Ce que je décline vue que j ai une carte crédit visa gold et que je suis assuré par ma banque. Au moment de faire l empreinte bancaire il me dit que ma carte est pas à mon nom car il y a écrit M. Bonhomme et M. (Qui veut dire Monsieur) n est pas mon nom sur ma carte d identité.LOL la grosse blague je vous épargne les détails et ça mauvaise foi Du coup il me dit soit je paye les assurances (environ 300 au total alors que de base c est 30 soit la porte.) Du coup je suis parti car je préfère galérer que leur donner mon argent JE DÉCONSEILLE FORTEMENT SVP POUR VOTRE TRANQUILLITÉ N ALLEZ JAMAIS CHEZ EUX.

Reifensensor hat beim opel corsa durchgehend geblinkt. haben das vorgehen beendet und sind gegangen. wirklich schlimmer laden mit schlecht versuchter masche uns das geld aus den taschen zu ziehen. nutz bitte andere autoverleihfirmen. NIE WIEDER zu diesem quatschladen!

Canalhas!!! Mau caráter!!! Vestem roupas elegantes, falam muito bem para tentar extorquir as pessoas. TURISTAS, corram para longe desta empresa. Viajando em Portugal me indicaram alugar veículos pelo site da Carjet pois havia preços muito bons. Realmente tinham preços excelentes. Fiz um aluguel do veículo e contratei o seguro da franquia. Chegando na Klass Wagen o jovem muito bem arrumado utilizava um tablet de última geração pediu meu passaporte e a Carteira de habilitação. Com uma habilidade muito boa colheu todos os dados. Foi aí que começou o problema. Ele começou com uma história que as empresas de locação virtual como a CARJET, BOKING, RENTCAR, RETALCARS... usam de má fé vendendo um seguro da franquia que eles não pagam, que um arranhão no parachoque custaria 450,00 três arranhões seriam multiplicados por 3. Disse que para receber o seguro precisava acionar a polícia para fazer registro e que nas pequenas avarias a polícia não iria e dessa forma jamais seria ressarcido. Até tentei dizer que meu cartão tem seguro e que não teria problema. Segundo esse rapaz os seguros do cartão de crédito brasileiros não valem em Portugal e que eu não seria restituído. O rapaz disse que o melhor a fazer era contratar com eles o alugue + seguro por 129,00 a diária mais 100,00 de calção que assim não teriamos nem um problema. (Para se ter uma ideia na melhor empresa de aluguel de veículos da Europa a Europcar o valor do mesmo veículo com todos os seguros ficou em 86,00). Voltando a história eu disse ao atendente que não teria problema, pois o seguro do cartão poderia cobrir os danos. O atendente disse que além de nao fucionar em Portugal a responsabilidade civil do veiculo é do condutor e que se o veiculo quebrasse ou sofresse qualquer avarias que não fosse um sinistro de trânsito os valores seriam superiores a 7000,00. Disse que o correto seria fazer o seguro deles que este sim é garantido. Diante de tudo isso e muito mais que foi falado percebi estava lidando com um estelionatário. Avisei que recusaria a fazer qualquer negócio com a empresa deles e fui embora. Agora estou com medo, pois eles estão com todos os meus dados: passaporte, endereço, CNH... Graças a Deus não entreguei meu Cartão de Crédito a eles. Amanhã irei no Consulado Brasileiro esclarecer quanto aos meus dados.

Let me be completely upfront I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Klass Wagen. From start to finish, this was an ordeal I shouldn t have had to endure. First, when I was handed the car, the tire pressure warning light was on. I reported it immediately, and the lady in charge brushed it off, assuring me there was no issue and that everything would be fine. Spoiler alert: it wasn t. By the very next day, the pressure issue persisted, and I had to constantly refill the tires with air. Driving didn t feel safe, and frankly, it was stressful. As if that wasn t enough, three days into the rental, the car s dashboard indicated it was overdue for an oil and fluids change. Seriously? How can a company hand over a vehicle that s clearly not maintained? I was constantly worried the car might break down, especially while driving on the highway. That s YOUR responsibility to ensure the cars you rent out are safe and roadworthy. I shouldn t have had to stop repeatedly to check on the car s condition just to feel somewhat secure. And to top it all off, when I returned the car, I was told I d have a shuttle to the airport at 3 a.m. as originally agreed upon. Instead, the person in charge informed me I d have to wait 40 minutes because they were busy with another client. What kind of service is this? I had a flight to catch and couldn t afford to wait around. I had to pay out of my own pocket for alternate transportation something that shouldn t have been necessary if your company had honored its commitment. To say I m unhappy is an understatement. This entire experience has left me frustrated and feeling let down. I trusted your company to provide reliable service, and instead, it s been one problem after another. They sent me an email saying that they could compensate with 20 Euros of CREDIT .. I said NO, as I dont live in Lisbon or Europe, but alternatively I proposed a refund of 20 euros (which is not much, but is symbolic ) but they said no.. so Thanks for nothing KLASS WAGEN..

They dont take Amex and force you to have a physical CC with you (they wont take cards from your phone). All i had was a debt card other then my amex. They forced me to pay full insurance and it cost me over $600 when the booking was supposed to $34. Also very slow service and i had to wait 25 min for my shuttle both to and from the airport.

Não caia nesse golpe. Eles põem um valor baixo no Booking.com e quando você vai retirar o carro, querem te cobrar 86 euros ou pagamento de 3.500 euros retidos no cartão. Põem a faca no seu pescoço para você pagar os 86 euros. Super desonestos!
I have rented over 100vehicles in my life but this company is the absolute worst. Don t book them. I have booked via cartrawler for 42 and the additional full coverage AXA insurance was another 27 . Upon arrival (they are located somewhere in the barrias) they try to aggressively sell you their full insurance for 274 extra. When pushing back and showing him the AXA contract he said this insurance is not covering . He tries all the excuses like roadside assistance, etc which in the AXA insurance said it was all covered. Then he got all arrogant , got up walked away and bluntly said he d cancel my booking. I never have been treated so unprofessional by scammers at bright daylight. I d had to get back to the airport , rented one from Eurocar with a flawless service. Lost nearly 3 hours thanks to this bunch of amateurs. Wat a ripoff.

À ÉVITER À TOUTE PATATE ! Déjà pour commencer on arrive au dépose minute de l aéroport de Lisbonne à 23:15, pas de navette pour aller récupérer notre véhicule, on attends avec ma petite s ur dans le froid 30 min au minimum! Sachant que j avais une réservation à 23:30. On essaie d appeler le numéro donner par le site intermédiaire et il nous redirige avec un message vocal, en stipulant d aller sur le site internet. Interminable ce jeu du chat et la souris ! Je vais sur le site j appelle malheureusement aucune personne pour me répondre ! De ce fait nous attendons la navette mais le temps passe ( pour le retard j ai dû payer une taxe de 30 euros sur le prix final c est osé quand même ! ) Et voilà une navette rouge après que j ai pu faire 10 aller retour du dépose minute. Nous arrivons sur place nous sommes pris en charge et là surprise du chef! Alors le prix final a été multiplié par 3 du prix initial ( que j ai payé sur le site intermédiaire) pour les raisons suivantes: - obtenir leur assurance ( sachant que je l avais prise aussi sur le site intermédiaire) -ne pas payer de franchise avec ma carte de débit. En effet, comme j ai une carte de débit, et non de crédit il m ont sortis leur excuse « vous pouvez pas payer avec une carte de débit ici car dans les conditions c est écrit ». Nous avons tous une carte de débit immédiat par défaut et j ai déjà loué au Portugal avec la même carte sans soucis donc tout est manigancé pour nous ARNAQUER. Pris par le piège on s exécute à payer pour obtenir le véhicule, mais c est pas le véhicule qu on a choisi au départ mais une équivalente qui est toute cabossée et l agent ne nous dis rien du tout! Bref pour vous dire ne vous contentez pas de payer moins cher à défaut de vous faire avoir, utilisez des compagnies classiques, concis, transparentes et rassurantes.
