At first, when taking our booking the staff was nice. Promised us to meet us at our hotel with the car. They didn't show up and had a very bad attitude when dealing with us from that moment until we returned the car the following day. The car had service need but we were told everything was fine and that we could take another clients car since "they hadn't seen their car yet"😳 Strange when you meet people like this..just fake and bad service. Don't rent your car here..

Lack of professionnalism : we had to pay cash because the machine didn't work and they didn't refund the excess fuel charge like most rental car companies do

Very good car rental, good cars, clean and well maintained. Everything went great, without any problems, would be happy again at any time.

We rented a Fiat Panda 1.2, and the car was almost like new. The guys from the store were very cool, giving us a few hints on what to see and where to go on the island. Special thanks to Rodrigo. :) In addition to the compliments above, the price was the best compared to the other rent-a-car agencies. Insurance was included. 5/5 stars with all my recommendations!

We have a good experience with this car rental company. Rented a car for 5 days, then a scooter for 2 days. No problems, friendly service!

They have tried to deceive us, they told us that it had comprehensive insurance and then they told us that it does not include it and that they do not have that service

I definitely do not recommend doing business with this car rental company. A day after we paid, they said that they made a mistake and wanted me to pay more; saying that they will cancel if I do not. Later when I decided to cancel, they refused to refund my money. So I ended up giving up part of my payment. They were very difficult to work with, and left me with a very unpleasant experience during my vacation. I regret that I rented a car from them.
