Do not rent here. First of all the app to rent is extremely buggy. If youre lucky it works. The cars are in disgusting dirty condition and the company provides the worst customer service ever. You would definitely expect more from Hertz. Additionally they charged me a fine for low fuel of the car and even try to charge me a cleaning fee for the already low fueled and disgusting car I tool over at rental. This is completely unacceptable. I will never ever come back to this bad experience.
An innovative service with a sustainable cost!
Horrible customer service. I tried talking to them regarding an accident and their insurance. I was told they will transfer me to the manager. They did that 3 times. After every transfer, I waited on the line for 20min and then the call got disconnected.
Nothing to report! I recommend it for the competence and availability of the staff to help over the phone, and for the quality of the transport. Regarding the Hertz service, I would repeat it if necessary.
