After overcoming the difficulties caused by a change of facilities, which was not communicated at the time of booking, the rental went well. They did not give me the car in the category I wanted, but they did upgrade me. Overall 3 stars.
Avis is always the best, no matter the location, quality and promptness are strong points of this brand.
Very poorly received. Poorly treated and there were problems with documentation that could have been resolved in a better way.
Staff very friendly and helpful. The car was checked back in with no problem, and they called us a taxi to get back to our hotel.
Unfortunately they don't answer the phone.
