Ich hatte bereits eine Full-Service Versicherung über Europcar online gemacht und sie wollten mir On-Top noch eine für 89 EUR für 4 Tage verkaufen. Das ist ein gängiges Modell, das ich glücklicherweise kannte. Ansonsten ist das Personal super nett und freundlich.

Worst car rental ever. They tried to cheat me out of 180 euros for excess mileage, even though the staff explained that it was unlimited.

Simpatia e rapidez

Tenho um renting anual e após 3 meses o carro está a alertar a manutenção de 20000 kms. Ao contactar o apoio ao cliente, infromam que tenho que ligar para o balcão (quando se consegue, porque na maioria dos casos após aguardar alguns minutos a ligação simplesmente cai). Estou a ligar para o balcão cascais a DIAS e não atendem o telefone (como de se esperar). Como se resolver essa situação?

Terrible staff! They let their guest to park on the driveway, regardless block 4,5 cars behind. They other drivers went in to ask them move the car. They tried to kick other drivers out. Never use this company, particular this shop! Will report to police!

Attention très mauvaise expérience! Je me suis fait arnaquer: J ai rendu ma voiture avant la fin du contrat de location et j ai eu la surprise de recevoir une contravention dans ma boîte aux lettres pour non paiement de péage. Date et heure de la fraude après la restitution du véhicule. L agence a donc utilisée la voiture sans avoir clôturée mon dossier de location et en a profité pour frauder un péage !!!! Après une tentative de contestation auprès de l agence de péage (sans succès bien sûr) j ai du m acquitter de la somme de 8 pour régler le problème et ne plus être embêté...

This particular rental location is an extension of Guerin/Enterprise where we returned our car. While we picked up the car in Lisbon, but Guerin as a company could do better from the start as the car that was all set up in German and we had to go back to have them set it up in English, second, the wifi modem we paid extra for did not work, third, the cars heater fan sounded broken and there was a distinct hum even heard over the radio that what sounded like front wheel bearings. The car was very tired. The wait time in dropping it here in Cascais was over 40 minutes! The pick up in Lisbon was over 30 minutes. To top it all off I left my hat in the Lisbon location and when I returned shortly, it had disappeared.

Super Service; sehr freundliches, unaufdringliches Personal. Das Auto (ein Toyota Aygo) war in einem Top-Zustand. Gebucht hatte ich über eine online Plattform, daher kann ich über die Preise vor Ort nichts sagen. Hier würde ich jederzeit wieder ein Auto buchen.

Arrendo carros regularmente por motivos profissionais. Decidi experimentar a Guerin pela primeira vez. O serviço em Cascais é absolutamente inacreditável. Demorado, mal educado e com uma caução que não encontrei em nenhuma outra empresa rent a car em todo o mundo. Até na Noruega a caução é mais barata. Um risco prácticamente imperceptível numa jante (menos de 2 cm) deu direito a uma dedução de 130 euros no cartão de crédito. Primeira e última vez.

Very good. Picking up the car was easy. The lady at the counter was very polite and gave us a good and honest advice. The man who inspected the car with us did not speak english. This was the only disadvantage. Furthermore I like the fuel policy. You dont have to pay for a full tank in advance. You only have to pay when you do not bring back with a full tank. The car was quite new and very good.

Já reservei carro por duas vezes e sempre fui muito bem atendido. Seus preços de uma maneira geral, batem as concorrentes. Facilidade de ter uma loja em Cascais.

Our first time renting a car. We ended up renting from Guerrin two times. Our experience was great and I would have no problem renting from Guerrin in the future. I especially liked that the cars were fully insured when rented, so if I came back with a scratch or damage of any kind there would be no extra charge at all.

It takes more than an hour to pick up a car because there is only one person to handle the service and the entire rental process! Very bad indeed

Booked here via Sunny Cars. Got an almost new car. Unfortunately they didn t have the correct baby chair we asked for in the reservation. We spent 1h installing it and got no help. The office was manned by 1 employee and she didn t know how it worked.
