Serviço de TOPO O staff amigável,diretos,sem rodeios e bastante prestáveis. Qualquer marcação que seja feita ao telefone,não será esquecida. Boa comunicação entre equipa,e daí o sucesso desta firma. Tempo de espera pelo veículo muito reduzido. O veículo que me foi atribuído,foi como esperado. Limpeza e preservação no ato de entrega dos veículos ao cliente é palavra de ordem desta firma. Os contratos entregues aos clientes são bastante claros. Veículos com preços muito acessíveis. Sem dúvida alguma,que será um serviço ao qual irei recorrer sempre que tiver que alugar um veículo em Cascais.

Unbürokratisch konnten wir vor Ort für 11 Tage mit einer Debitkarte einen Wagen mieten. Kaution und Vorauszahlung für Mautgebühren wurden vom Konto abgezogen. Nach der schnellen und stressfreien Rückgabe am Flughafen, wurde die Kaution und der nicht verbrauchte Rest der Mautvorauszahlung innerhalb kürzester Zeit wieder zurück überwiesen. Hat also alles super funktioniert.

I rented the NC750 Honda for a day up to Sintra. I Went in the evening before and they had they had the bike ready at 10am next day. Great service, lovely people and perfect bike for the roads. Highly recommend. Thanks Dan

The prices are reasonable and they accept debit cards for the security deposit. However, our Fiat Panda had a pressure issue with one of its wheels and the personnel were not responding to our calls (although they told us to call them if there were any issues) simply because it was a Sunday. They should provide a contact line that is always available (also we tried the google chat feature and got no answer). Aside from that, the car was ok and we enjoyed renting the car from them.

Friendly, good prices, good English, very clear rental agreements, and the guy gave good recommendations for places to visit and eat!

Motor scooter gehuurd om vanuit Cascais naar Sintra te gaan. Super ervaring om der met de motor/scooter naar toe geweest te zijn, zeker een aanrader. Vriendelijk geholpen, zonder reservering waren we langs gelopen. 10minuten later konden we op pad. Goed degelijke motor.

Night and day experience to their counterparts on the first floor. This rental agency is incredible. I came in at 1252 and was out by 1pm. They stayed a little over their lunch to help me and another customer. The price is better than competitors and the car gets the job done. (Automatic for 2 days at 127)

Voilà la deuxième fois que nous louons une voiture à transrent nous sommes ravis de leurs prestations et nous en avons pour notre argent, la première nous avions louer une voiture chez un concurrent et nous n étions pas du tout satisfait, c était beaucoup de problèmes pour pas grand chose A transrent aucun problème et c est très simple et ce qu il y a d intéressant à savoir c est qu il ne prélève pas la caution ! Il prenne juste les N de la Carte bancaire ! Nous sommes amenés à aller au Portugal une à deux fois par an et nous passerons toujours par eux ! Vraiment je recommande, les personnes qui y travaille sont très avenantes !

We rented a mountain bike (24 gears) and E-Bike to tour around the wider cascais area. The Bikes were in excellent condition, cheaper than any other offers we found in Cascais, and allowed us to go even to the top of the highest hill. The Crew is very friendly and helpful, we got free helmets and locks and there were no issues when returning the Bikes. Can only recommend for renting Bikes.

Bardzo sprawna wypo yczalnia. Szybkie i konkretne opisanie samochodu podczas jego odbioru + za zaczenie istniej cych uszkodze i instrukcja dalszego post powania. Przy oddaniu pojazdu równie konkretnie. Samochód, Fiat Panda, prawie nowy. Co wa ne akeptowane s karty debetowe.

Uiterst betrouwbaar verhuurbedrijf met geweldige service. We kwamen zonder te reserveren en binnen 10 minuten konden we met een auto wegrijden. Een creditcard was niet nodig, we konden gewoon met onze pinpas de borg betalen. Ook het inleveren ging eenvoudig en we kregen binnen 2 minuten onze borg terug. Absolute aanrader als je snel en vooral zonder zorgen een auto wilt huren!

Very good price quality ratio for the car rentals. Had a pleasent interaction with the staff (especially Carlos whos a top professional) and a nice overall experience because they didnt try to rob the customer for normal rental depreciacion like all other rental dealers do.

O objectivo era alugar um furgão de mercadorias. Fui à empresa concorrente (com o nome a começar por euro ) mesmo ao lado e é só condições encapotadas. Mudei de porta para a Transrent e em 10 minutos tinha a situação resolvida. Pessoal simpático e prestável.

Requer redobrado cuidado. 1- O local de entrega do veiculo foi dentro de uma garagem mau iluminada. E o carro estacionado rente a parede, o que dificultou dar uma volta completa durante a verificação do veiculo. 2- Atendimento simpático e apressado para entrega... 3-Recomendo que verifique com muito cuidado e tire fotos da viatura, ou pague pela cobertura total sem caução. Porque de um modo ou de outro vão cobrar no final. 4- Quando da devolução do automóvel, verificou-se uns riscos na parte dianteira (justamente a que estava estacionada junto a parede). 5- Este é uma artimanha comum que muitas rent a car em Portugal utilizam para tirar mais algum dinheiro do cliente, apontando danos, que supreendentemente não estavam na lista de verificação. Eles tem uma precário pronto para aplicar, mas se negociar pode obter um desconto. PS: só tive oportunidade de escrever esta avaliação agora, o fato correu a alguns meses. O veiculo em si não estava mal, mas para um aluguer de emergencia tive que me sujeitar por simples falta de opção. Custou caro este improviso. Na próxima vez usarei o uber.

Just amazing! Such great personal service. You can reach the team all the time. No stupid hotlines where you have to wait forever to be nr 10 in the cue. Cars a super and extra wishes like special drop off places are no problem. I can absolutely recommend them ask for Sandra ;)

Ridículo nas fotos mostrarem uma variedade de 6 motos disponíveis e depois ir à loja e só haver 3 à disposição dos quais 2 são scooters das quais uma 125cc e uma 300cc e a outra só dar para a carta A de 750cc, eu que ando todos dias de scooter quer alugar uma mota de mudanças e não posso, não são só os estrangeiros que alugam motas por isso fico muito desiludido com as prestação dos serviços.
