Rented a gravel bike for the day and had a great time out in the mountains and coast north of Cascais. Great cycling with lots of logging and other trails for gravel riders. Fellow Australians will feel at home with all the eucalyptus. The bike performed well over 60kms including some decent climbs on sealed and unsealed surfaces. Only mechanical issue was the front derailleur wasn’t working, so was locked out of some gears which slowed me on descents a bit. Climbing was fine. The staff member was very friendly and she was happy to spend some time selecting the right bike and making adjustments, check tyres ahead of the ride etc helmet, lock and bottle holder included. The late closing time is handy so there’s no sense of having to rush back. Fair price for the whole day on a brand-name gravel bike.

BEST BIKE RENTAL IN THE WORLD! Super friendly service! We got super many tips for trips and had a super chill conversation with the service women. She took her time adjusting all the bikes to our needs! Bikes did their job wonderfully!

Had a great time on the bikes cycling along the coast to Guincho beach. Bikes were just what we needed, we had 3 city bikes and one electric (very good). Friendly staff, fair prices and no issues :)

Rented a city bike for one day. It's rather a female trekking bicycle, so it's good to ride outside the city as well. I went with it to Cabo da Roca (20km through some nice hills) and had so much fun. The bicycle looks average but it's so comfortable. It's not a new bike, the brakes are not perfectly aligned, but it works good and it's in a reasonable price. The owner is interested in you, answering questions, but not forcing you to rent/buy or anything.
Impeccable service, great suggestions for destinations, ebike and road bike we rented were in great condition. Many thanks for a perfect day cycling along the coast.

Matige stadsfietsen, matige service. Aardig bij halen, onaardig bij terugbrengen. Slechte bui kan gebeuren maar dan moet je wel goede fietsjes leveren voor het geld.

Die auf Google angegebene Adresse führte mich vor ein verschlossenes Gittertor oberhalb des Supermarktes Auchan, es war weit und breit kein Bike Rental zu sehen.

Ottimo servizio, entusiasmo, cordialità e consigli utili per escursioni nei dintorni. Controllo gomme, altezza sellino e assetto prima della partenza. Consigliato!
The bikes were okay, nothing special. The spokes were a bit rusty and the saddle very uncomfortable, but they were fully functional. The service was poor though. We arrived 13 minutes late for drop off and had to pay an extra 5 euros per person(!) even though 1. nobody pointed out this regulation to us, it was also not written anywhere in the shop 2. this means we paid as much in total as if we had rented the bikes for 24 hours, although we only had them for 12h (and 13 minutes) 3. I explained that we only arrived late because the roads in Cascais were closed due to a festivity. The staff remained stubborn and referred to an angry boss. Would not recommend!

Amazing service and quality equipment, easily the greatest experience of my trip was taking their gravel bike up the coast to Guincho beach. Highly recommend
Really nice and friendly guy. Sadly, my unbranded mountain bike was in poor and unsafe condition. My rear bike was extremely weak and struggled to stop the bike. The cable to the disc break was extremely frayed and appeared to be on its last strands. The front gears wouldn t shift down to the lowest cog. The suspension was very clunky and didn t move much and was often sticking.whilst cosmetic, the front brake cable had no end cap so that had also frayed past the caliper. My wife had a btwin mountain bike which was nice and in good condition. She was very happy with her bike. Upon returning the bikes, the place was locked up. We called the owner who arranged for someone to come and take the returned bikes. I fed back about the gears only as I wasn t sure if all the info would be passed on. 50 euros for the day was far too much money considering the condition of my bike. If it had of been the same as my wife s then we would be looking at 5 star review.

We arrived with no one there, waited 20 minutes as they were out to lunch. We hadnt booked ahead though so thats understandable. The bikes were (city and mountain bike), were OK, but the gears jumped and we had to change the chain a few times, luckily we had wipes for the oil chain. The mountain bike was ok, but the seat was in a terrible position, and we couldnt adjust which made it uncomfortable. The front brackets also felt loose too. Benefits were being able to pick up a bike lock and helmets, value was ok too. We would recommend really checking the bikes before riding.

Very easy to deal with. We were able to rent bikes for 10 days (other companies only wanted to do it on a day basis) and there were no hidden extra costs to those advertised on the website. We dealt with Guillherme who was very helpful and pleasant

Fair prices, the bikes are what you can expect for this price. When youre a little bit picky, you can find also some jewels. Service is great, very friendly, interested in you, definitely not focused on your wallet! Perfect for a beautiful day to discover Sintra-Cascais Natural Park!

We recommend this shop. Rode along the bike path to Praia do Guincho (6+km). Fair price, convenient location, pretty good sit up bikes.

Very disapointing experience. Very poor quality of bikes, gears and brakes dont work properly. The price is same like in other places.
The quality of the bikes was really poor, the gears and brakes were not working properly. Other clients and us told about the problems to the owner and all he could say was okay.

We went to the trip from Cascais to Cabo da Roca by bike and the owner ensure us that the city bikes that he provides are totally enough for this kind of trip. Unfortunately, it wasnt true, as the road to the Cabo de Roca is all the time uphill and it was very uncomfortable on the city bike position and hard to get there with this set of gears. Some of my colleagues had a problem with bike e.g. bicycle chain was falling down. But besides that they provided us full equipment, like helmets, phone holder etc. I fully recommend this kind of trip cause views are awesome.

Buen sitio de alquiler de bicicletas en Cascais. Cogimos dos bicicletas durante 2 horas y salimos a 5 por cabeza. Las bicicletas estaban perfectamente cuidadas, con las ruedas bien hinchadas y con una buena amortiguación. Lo que no nos gustó es que no nos informaron que las bicicletas no había que devolverlas en el local, sino en el garaje de un hotel cercano. Os recomiendo que antes de alquilarlas os informéis bien de dónde hay que entregarlas después.
