Beelectric has been servicing my Riese & Müller for almost 2 years and I'm super happy wit them. The shops owner Miguel is always helpful and his rates are reasonable. He is always able to order anything I need which he does not have in stock. Although i have not used yet, they rent out really nice bikes as well including a full suspension RM mountain bike! I highly recommend Beelectric for all of your e-bike needs.
The owner takes working hours flexibly and suggests calling him prior to visiting the shop. We came all the way from Lisbon to Cascais and it was closed at 5:30 PM, while official closing is at 6 PM.
Highly recommended- excellent service from Miguel renting the highest quality e-bikes that are well maintained. Not the easiest to find (it’s on the first floor of the shopping arcade) and I would definitely book prior to arrival next time - luckily we got his last two bikes.
I tried to reach them by email, WhatsApp to by a bike but there is no answer. I did all the way from Lisbon to come Saturday morning and it was close.
Hired 2 electric bikes.Friendly helpful staff who supplied comfortable saddles as requested and for small extra fee delivered bikes to hotel.Good electric bikes for first time electric.Recommend.

Hab dummerweise Urlaub in Estoril gebucht. Da geht nichts in Sachen Fahrrad. Mit dem Zug nach Cascais und zu Fuß zu Miguel. Das hat sich gelohnt. Beide Jungs super freundlich. Top Lapiere E Hardtail. Miguel hat mir dann den Fußmarsch erspart und das Bike in Estoril abgeholt. Respekt und Danke. 100 % Empfehlung!

Se anda à procura duma bicicleta eléctrica fale com o Miguel. Soluções e simpatia ele tem.
Muito atenciosos na venda, mas o acompanhamento técnico... Comprei uma bicicleta Tucano Monster (evitem) e mesmo após ter assinalado problema de bateria, enrolaram até passar a garantia. Resultado: 3 500km feitos, pouco mais de 150 carregamentos e tenho de gastar 400 para mudar a bateria. --- ---------- Very attentive in the sale, but the technical follow-up... I bought a Tucano Monster bike (avoid it) and even after having signaled a battery problem, they made excuses until the warranty expired. 3,500km done, just over 150 charges and I have to spend 400 to change the battery.

Num mundo onde metade tenta prejudicar a outra metade é bom ver equilíbrio. Excelente. Desde a compra à assistência, não deixaria a minha bicicleta noutro lado. Sérios, honestos e quando as coisas correm menos bem dão a cara para resolver. Mais não se pode pedir. Good job!
CAUTION This store is a scam: they collect your 4000 before the delivery of the e-bike and then NO answer despite many emails... do not be scammed !
Pas les meilleurs VTT électriques que jai eu loccasion de louer au niveau de la qualité du matériel. Toutefois les prix à la journée étaient intéressants et l accueil sympathique. Prévoir de fournir casque, pompe et kit de réparation pour crevaison tout de même. La zone montagneuse et boisée au nord de Cascais est accessible et offre plein de possibilités pour du ride. Enfin ça cest si vous nêtes pas accompagnés par des potes qui se révèlent être de vraies brèles en VTT (électrique ou non dailleurs)..... mais je mégare, cest une toute autre histoire (et je les aime bien quand même).
Loja com atendimento 5 estrelas. Desde 2018 a minha ebike só conhece Be Electric loja de qualidade um grande abraço
