Very friendly and comfortable service when renting, but unfortunately for the bikes my rating plummeted down. We paid 6 € / day, per person. We had 5 bikes. The bikes were pretty heavy, two of the bikes had a loose seat which kept falling down, we had to fix it ourselves but it wasnt a hard fix. One of the bikes had a gear stuck in 2, which made it impossible to go uphill and. And another bike had the steering handles completely turned away from the wheel so i had to ride with the handles turned away around 20 degrees from the wheel. We were too far away to switch the bikes with some that worked and unfortunately these issues made our trip worse. I acknowledge that this is not a high price for a bike rental but i would have atleast expected the bikes that didnt work to be phased out .

Probably our worst experience ever in Portugal after some 20 trips to the country. On Monday May 15 th in the afternoon we entered the MobiCascais office close to Guia in order to check if we needed a reservation for a rental the next day. We clearly stated this a few times but the female employee still misunderstood since her English was poor to non-existent. When we tried to confirm this she became increasingly frustrated and aggressive to the point that bystanders intervened and tried to help out. She returned the payment we had done in cash in a very impolite manner. It was a terrible experience and it is incomprehensible that MobiCascais lets employees with practically zero English knowledge and even worse human interaction skills be in contact with the public.

Not a nice experience.We were planning to take electric bikes but lady in a shop told us there's no hills up there. So we switched for a regular ones and boy oh boy im telling you it was a torture to ride it 😁. Half way I was about to leave it in a middle of the road and just walk. Because of strong wind towards you pedaling as much as you can only gets heavy monster to go like 2km/h. The steering wheel is crooked to a side, seat do not go up enough, all rusty and beaten up, randomly changes gears and makes noise like it is about to kill you. It's 5 km ride to the beach so be aware and think twice before you get them. Regular ones are very cheap but it's a trap. Also if you do not speak Portuguese don't expect friendly service.

Worst customer service experience ever. Went to rent a bike with a friend on 30/12/2022 in the afternoon, the guy that was at service was super rude, and arrogant. Refused to take cash, didn't explained why, and then throw the card machine on the table. It was like we had personally offended him. People like this should find a different job because they are obviously in the wrong profession. If this guy is still there next time I go, I will for sure go to a different place.

Very convenient and affordable, but the bikes could be better maintained They are a bit old and rusty. However, I rented three different bikes on three different occasions and did not have any technical issues.

Don't expect to get precise informations even about their own services. The bikes are in bad state and the docks don't work properly. It's a shame cause it used to work but they are obviously not giving the due attention to the service or the users.
