Friendliness on the phone leaves a lot to be desired

Not one deserves incompetents.... Lack of professionalism. A person goes to pick up a replacement card and they say that there are no cars even with the insurance order..... a zero employee rude, just because the person was wearing work clothes he limited himself to being arrogant and rude, and saying that there were no cars. After all, this is our country.

Very disappointed with Europcar car rented in France which broke down in Portugal they lent me a car very inferior to the range I rented they lent me a car with 50,000 km with lots of scratches due to the agency we afraid that returning to France with not being serious about all that
