Worst rental company, with the worst service I've ever had! Employees "snorting" in our faces, not to mention that they keep trying to push every extra charge... terrible experience! No wonder it has a rating of 5.5/10 on rentals!

It is not an unlimited rentcar service. You need to check first how much trip you need. I have never seen like this limited rent car service. Probably this company only. It is cheap but finally they took more money from you.

Rental car received with a lot of small damage, unfriendly staff, the previously agreed €850 self-service turned into €1,200 on site and the tank was only 1/2 full ☹️

Easy access location! Fast and simple service, good prices. I recommend booking the car in advance, to guarantee you get the vehicle and also to speed up the service! Transparent rental process!

I rented a vehicle and returned it on July 3rd. 2 weeks later the deposit has still not been refunded and the invoice has not been corrected as promised at the time of delivery. Not to mention the 40-minute wait to be served because there was only one employee on duty.

I had a great experience. The price was best in Coimbra. Everything went smoothly. Rute Rosario documented any marks on the car. She was professional and friendly when dispatching and recieving the car. It was a nice VW. Be sure to take the toll access option, otherwise without an NIF # you must pay in a ctt post office w/in 5 days of going on a toll road or pay very steep fines. All went well! :)
