Well-equipped auto workshop, well-organized service with excellent customer service

I hereby complain about the fact that I left my car at this garage over 6 months ago, and I was initially told that it would be repaired quickly! My car was there for 3 months, and I started calling and was told after much insistence that the car was ready! I went to pick it up, paid over 800 euros for the repair, and immediately after leaving the garage, the car showed the same problem, so I quickly went back and told the garage owner! He convinced me to bring the car home since I needed it for work and to leave it there later. After 2 days, the car stopped starting completely, so I went back to the garage and it has been there for over 4 months again. The owner told me that he would solve the problem and every week he finds excuses not to give me the car, including not answering my phone calls, so I have to travel from Figueira to Coimbra to get the same answer as always! I had to buy a new van due to the delay in the repair and I still have the problem unresolved! The case will be resolved in court so that Mr. Leonel can learn once and for all that problems cannot be resolved by deceiving customers!

Terrible experience. Mr. Leonel is a real fraud. I don't recommend it, just read the negative reviews. A few months ago I left my car for repairs and they gave me a diagnosis that didn't match reality, I later took it back to the dealership and it was fixed right away. It's not worth going to this garage at all, unless you like being ripped off 👍

I am from Lisbon and I do not hesitate to take my cars to Coimbra whenever they are for more demanding and complex interventions or diagnostics. The excellent service, the technical capacity superior to many brand workshops, the high level of professionalism and the dedicated attention to the customer, shorten the distance between Lisbon and Coimbra. I have complete confidence in Mr. Leonel and his team!

I would recommend finding another option for your mechanic services. They really don't take the time to speak with their clients, explain the processes, or find the best solutions at a fair price. I never leave negative feedback on services, but in this case the customer should be aware of the risk.
