no one picks up the phone. I know we are in Covid times, but the lack of professionalism of Avis over all, surpasses anything that I have seen as far as car rental companies are concerned. Never again !!!!

I don't question the 5-star service at the counter, but not over the phone because on the 13th and 14th I tried several times during business hours and there was no answer. I wonder if the service is only at the counter. His to his master, after the comment, I called again and was answered very well. The reason for the lack of answering is due to the fact that the phone was busy and there was no busy signal, which leads me to believe that they don't answer. It would be so simple with an answering machine.
