Very helpful and attentive girls. Excellent service. After serving two very complicated and conflicting clients, they maintained their professionalism. Nowadays, clients are not civilized, unfortunately the pandemic did not serve to appease their lack of rudeness. Congratulations to these two girls.

The car was what we rented, and it was in good state (minor scratches). However, there are several issues with service: 1-lunch time of 2hr for 2 staff members (leaving the office empty) whilst the Europcar office next-door as an alternate lunch time allowing one staff to be out while the other is serving clients during this busy hour; 2-No drop-off boxes for keys if you have to drop-off the car on weekends, as they are closed on weekends. That means you have to wait until Mondays or Fridays to drop your car, which is a problem if you have to end your trip on a Sunday. There should be a dropping-off carpark allowing only their cars to enter and a dropping key box. You can take pictures of the car before dropping it so that everyone is aware of the state of the car when leaving the parking; 3-At dropping time (rushing to ensure we drop-off the car before their 2hr lunch time) one of the employee, a woman, wanted us to do her job. She couldn't look at the car parked right in front of their office, 'no, no, no, no!' we were told. Instead, we were instructed to park the car in the carpark behind their building when the paperwork indicates black on white that the car should be dropped at the office. The carpark behind their office is public parking. It is not my job to do this, she even sent her colleague doing the job verifying the car, while going on lunch break. I mean the organisation needs to be much more client-friendly, we are not working for you. My advice is to go the Europcar next door, the service looks better, they are open on lunchtime. Next time we'll go to Europcar without a doubt.
Both employees are rude and arrogant. I am just renting here because I know Avis for a long time and I always rented a car with this company. But this 2 employees should really get a mother job and not one with customer support.
Sometimes they have awesone deals. I recently paid $320 for an Astra for 27 days, with everything - automatic toll device, fully insured, could go to Spain, while others charged me $60 a day.

Muito mau atendimento. A senhora que nos atendeu foi super arrogante e ainda nos entregaram um carro totalmente sujo de sangue por dentro.

Tive uma excelente experiência com a Avis Covilhã e com as simpáticas meninas na loja , sempre dispostas a ajudar , muito satisfeita com atendimento e com o veículo alugado . Com certeza voltarei a alugar carro com vocês . Bem hajam !
Très mauvais accueil,aucun sens du business, dans le sens où tu réserves une voiture sur un prestataire internet avec qui ILS travaillent , qui tenvoie a une adresse non valide depuis 5ANS ,au lieu denvoyer a Cette adresse ou Avis nous remet eux même notre véhicule.deplus ils nous disent ne dit devoir rien faire pour cela et que les clients doivent galérer par eux même pour trouver la solution, cest une honte , aucun sens de la logistique et de la logique ! Atenção. Sugiro que seja feita a vistoria com muito cuidado ao fazer o levantamento do veículo, pois ao não fazer podem cobrar por danos já existentes no veículo no momento da devolução.
A autonomia apresentada no levantamento da mesma até ao enchimento do depósito não corresponde à realidade apresentada.

Malgré la gentillesse de la conseillère, jai été très déçue de la location de voiture. Ayant récupéré une voiture à cet endroit, il sest avéré que celle-ci navait que le quart en essence (alors quelle était censée avoir le plein) carrosserie toute rayée à certains endroits et sale aussi bien à lintérieur quà lextérieur. Jai dailleurs envoyé un mail au service client afin davoir une indemnisation.
A maior roubalheira! Tivemos atraso devido ao transito intenso e pelo atraso de 45 mimutos cobraram mais 24 horas!!! No nosso caso foram mais 260 de penalização! Fujam desta gente, se não querem ser assaltados!
Bom atendimento
Pouca flexibilidade, não trabalham ao sábado de manhã o que torna os preços mais elevados para quem pretende alugar sábado e domingo, pouco interesse em captar o cliente ao ponto de referir que a concorrência é uma boa alternativa, talvez um dia se esforcem para faturar mais.
