My family was treated in a xenophobic manner by an employee at the agency. When we returned the car on the morning of 01/09/23, the employee, whose name I believe was Silvana (a short, blonde woman), told us very angrily that Brazilians leave their cars dirty. We had brought a child who had left biscuit crumbs on the seat. Due to our mistake, we did not clean the car properly after the days of travel. However, there is no justification for such an absurd reaction, since the extra cleaning fee is included in the contract. On the other hand, it is worth mentioning that we were treated very well by the other employee (a dark-haired woman, whose name I believe was Isabel) when I picked up the car on 01/02. She helped me with all the politeness about the details of the rental and how the car works.
Excellent.. Mrs. Isabel's service was more than perfect. Attention from beginning to end...
