Visited Qatar from the UK hired the Camaro Zl1. Excellent communication through WhatsApp, very clear about existing damages etc I went 8km over the agreed mileage but they didn t charge me any extra. Paid the deposit through debit card and received my refund on time. Would recommend to others.

I was positively shocked with a 15 min or so turnaround time for a flat battery in my car!

I always use strong rental car in Doha and they have always provided a good and a professional. The people at the offices are very friendly welcoming and supportive and they do everything possible to meet clients expectations and customers satisfactions

My wife surprised me with a BMW 3 series car for our marriage day. 3000 QAR was taken from my credit card as deposit. It supposed to be returned to me in 14 days, however its not returned even after 20 days. Despite multiple follow-ups the response is so poor. Mr. Franz Pineda, even he committed to me that he will share the refund receipt and nothing was shared. Finally after regular follow-up, we got a shock that we were charged for driving 1km extra. The capping on the km was not mentioned neither to my wife at the time of booking nor to me when handing over the car. Funny part is the driver didnt even asked me to confirm the mileage while returning the car. When raised this concern, Mr Franz Pineda told me that since the car was delivered to my house, these terms were not told and he added that anyhow its mentioned in the form. Its ridiculous way of treating (cheating) people especially someone renting a luxury cars. He is so rude to tell me to complain wherever I want. I never ever try or recommend anyone to Strong Rent a Car. Its so unprofessional and cheaters.
