F.A.S.- Rent em Espinho

This Rental shop seemed legitimate when we rented the car, although it took an extremely long time to finish the paperwork because the agent explained everything over and over. I was like “I get it”, I have rented a car before. When we return the car they found some “damage” which was a little scrape on the bumper. What followed was essentially 45 minutes of them extorting 75 Euros from us to fix the damage. Then we had to pay another 20 to cover the cost of washing the car. We got scammed and I warn other who may want to use this company because the the rental cost seem very inexpensive at first, but they “get you “ in the end. Stay Away from F. A.S. In Espinho.

To flee! Car reserved with complete confidence but without a real contract in advance, of course…. When we arrived on the day, the reserved car was extended! And of course what is offered instead is much more expensive! Scam, theft, call it what you want! Move on and choose a car rental at the airport instead :)

Reservation made for one day on April 2, 2022 Everything went well. Good welcome and the person speaks a little English. The vehicle was clean. Contract in good form. We recommend this rental company without any worries.

Opening hours are until 7:30 pm. I need a vehicle as soon as possible, and no one answers the phones or shows up at the store... I've been waiting for over two hours...
