I was treated with an arrogance and lack of humility that is completely regrettable. The worst of all is that this attitude came from the current owner and it is not an isolated case, as I know of several similar situations with business partners and clients who, for that very reason, cut ties with this company. I can only imagine the relationship with the employees! The former owner and founder, yes, he was on another level... It goes back a long way...
