Super easy & helpful. Got car dropped off in Prazeres, dropped myself off at the airport. Good price.

All went smoothly, car pick up and drop at the hotel (we stayed at Calheta Beach hotel). I recommend this company 😊

I was supposed to rent a car for 3 days, and told them that pick-up time was important as I would drive my wife to the airport. I send them passport, drivers licence etc. Ten minutes after pick-up they send me a message that they had given the car to someone else. So suddenly I had to rush to find a taxi to the airport and I didn’t have the car for the next 3 days as expected. All in all a super bad experience.

Very good service (delivery and pick-up at the hotel) and a brand new car (Dacia Sandero) to explore Madeira Island. No problems and very friendly staff. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with Rent a car Imperial Park. I had booked with one of the big chains online but once I got here I found out that they did not have good reviews so I cancelled last minute and called this company. I have to say they were great throughout and were actually cheaper even booking on the day. One pleasant surprise was that they brought the car and paperwork to my hotel. I didn't really expect this. They didn't charge me extra for it which was really impressive. The car was brand new work apple car play. And the the perfect size for this island. I highly recommend this company. Got a Citroen C3 manual for six days. Good condition, timely delivery and pick up, with friendly service. No issues. Thoroughly recommend. As a general thing, do be aware that some aspects of the car are not insured. For example damage to tyre rims and interior upholstery. Best deal on car hire I could find.
