Simple car collection through insurance company, reasonable

Extremely unpleasant employee, there were 2 minutes left until closing and she didn't want to hand over the car, saying that her time clock said 12:34, when it was 12:28. Only after threatening to call her boss did she go back on handing over the car, she was doing us a big favor. In addition, I wasted 5 minutes finding the rental car company, there is no identification anywhere.

I really liked the professionalism and friendliness of the two ladies, with whom I picked up the vehicle and who received it.

Location very far from the city center

Terrible service...👎 The car was delivered with a nauseating smell, the tank was almost empty, it had been in an accident with a broken bumper, and the engine had yet to be serviced.

Excellent service

We rented a small Yaris for 5 days. By far the cheapest option in Evora for us. It was there when we came and we returned it without any issues. They did not try to sell us any further insurance or anything.
